i just started reading this story..its quite different from the usual arshi stories...totally different equation...i am really intrigued by this story...

i have a lot of questions too in my mind...while i am reading this...i hope i will get my answers in the coming update...

wish u luck with this story...i am loving it...

OMG...what happened between them? Poor girl...everyone was judging her because of her clothes and background. I don't know why her parents never thought that sending her to a very high class school would only make her life miserable. Children can be very cruel and insensitive. Kindness and compassion are the qualities that come with maturity. But I think in the case of people like Payal it doesn't come at all.

This is a beautiful story. I love all the characters. They are not black and white. They are more realistic.

And interesting discussion b/w you & Stripepurple on La vs Payal. I do think that Payal has been relatively straightforward because she has never seen Khushi, or for that matter anyone, as a threat.
I kind of ship La-Aman too 😆 Since La is not marrying Arnav, Akash or NK, there is a possibility of the groom being Aman. Or Shyam. Plot twist! But she does seem disconnected from the school gang, so I am not sure.

If I were to logically defend that point, I'd say that NK is much younger and has always lived in Bombay. Living in the same house breeds a different kind of closeness.
But truthfully, I just like conspiracy theories.

I like to think that Payal is too secure a person (probably because of her enormous money and privilege at every level) to ever see anyone as a threat. But then again, Payal has never faced the possibility of losing something she cares deeply about. Be it her work, or her fiance. In fact, we don't even know if Payal cares THAT much for her fiance. Of course, I may be entirely mistaken. Maybe Payal does care deeply about Arnav in her own way.

Lavanya's fiance is a downright mystery. Why won't YB just tell us and put our insatiable curiosity to rest? 😭

A friend of mine recommended the story (Ms.KKN, Thanks Nihu..) on Thursday while travelling to friend's place for the long weekend. And I couldn't rest untill I completed all parts despite the friend's compaining that I was always on phone (bad manners I know)..

I'm absolutely loving the story, this is a refreshing read with depth to every character not just Arshi. I just love how you are alternating between past and present while slowly peeling the folds away to reveal the characters' characterstics..although I would say the past is more intriguing.

Payal took La's place (from the show I mean) and that makes this story refreshingly different. She has it all for now and whether she cares or will let it go easily remains to be seen.

Along with your updates, I'm also enjoying the discussion amongst your readers, one of them I know personally (I can say that na Semanti? :) ) and is a writer herself.

Waiting for "Notes fron the Past 4" 😃

Hey, Yellowboots, my friends jduke and Ruchi referred your story to me and I read all the parts and I am just blown away by this story.

First and foremost its one of the most refreshing stories of Arshi I have read.

Payal and Arnav, why are they getting married??😕

Looks like they dont love each other, are they even good friends????

Are they getting married just because they share a good camaraderie? I think they have to rethink what they both want from each other. Are they atleast attracted to each other physically??

NK is such a lovable character.

I loved Anjali the best. The confused soul who is trying hard to find her identity, her passion. Eager to meet her Jun.

Wow Arnav's mom scared me.

Coming to Khushi, she was a good runner, good sportsperson. Parents worked hard and sent her to a elite school. Yet why is she still making jalebis and ladoos and selling them. What happened to her passion for mathematics???

Why did some random Tewari pass on his sweet business to Garima gupta??

Finally what happened between Arnav and Khushi!!!!!

Well scripted story I came across after long time... Live the way you go back n forth , plus character discription in wonderful ... Could not able to figure out how they will come together .. Or story will take form, but reading these few well written chapters I am very much looking forward to read ahead pl add me to your pm list

I hope we have not overwhelmed you with our interest in the story that you have not visited this thread in last 2 days...he he he (really bad one...yeah I know)

The characters come with so many layers which in turn impart great depth to the story

I have started to care for Khushi deeply, a girl of 14/15 thrown into a new world ..scratch that..a new planet actually (new-on)...where nothing is as it seems...all the incidents back in school or college must have left a deep scar which she effectively hides behind her cool facade

Khushi wanted to avoid her conversation with Arnav but is willing to speak with Lavanya...so things got bad only betweenA&K ?

Are Khushi and Akash still in touch?

There are moments when I want to know it all and some more when I just want to sit back and enjoy ...I like the pace at which you are going with the story and the subtle revelations

Keep going... :)
