Next morning
Rey was the first one to wake up. He was first confused y was he sleeping in the guest room. Then he remembered last night n automatically a smile crept on his face. Taani, he just met her yesterday. Her smile her attitude... He had liked d way she was...he was fallen for her...like love at first sight. He woke up from bed n went to freshen up. He then went to kitchen to prepare coffee for him n her.
With Taani,
She was dreaming something n smiling like an idiot. She pulled the quilt on her head to hide from d sunlight. But d smell was not d same. It smelt like something manly. She inhaled again n felt she was not in her room. She woke up slowly n then remove the quilt from her face. She started to look around d room n then at the door she found rey entering with two coffee cups. She looked confused at him like wat was he doing here. Then she remembered last night. "Oops "
Rey looked up at her...she passed a sheepish smile to him n said "sorry, last night bcoz of me...but whr m i?"
Rey smiled " its k, dis is my home. U were drunk last night n wanted to sleep so i got u here...i ll drop u home u get ready.." N he passed her d cup of coffee.
Taani: actually m looking for home...
Rey: huh..!?
Taani: m new in mumbai, yesterday only i came. M living in lodge now.
Rey: okay soo i ll drop u there
Rey really didn't wanted her to go.. But he didn't dare to ask her to stay here in case. Taani was also thinking its better to ask help from him as she don't know anyone else in town
Taani: rey, can u help me with a broker or something to find a new house out here.
Rey: yaa sure u get ready we ll talk on dis
Taani went to freshen up had a shower n came out in bathrobe. Rey had kept a dress on bed for her she confused how he has a female outfit at home. She wore it n came outside. Rey was sitting on couch ready watching tv. Taani couldnt controlled n asked out of curiosity
Taani: rey, nyc dress, gf ki hai..!!
Rey: (smilling) noo m single... Actually it belongs to my bst frnd (sharon) she has some clothes of her in guest room..
Taani: ohk cool
Rey: so first we ll look for place or to want me to drop u at lodge
Taani: noo first home (exited)
Rey smiled n made way to his car she followed him behind they went to a broker near by. But found out d houses were to expensive. Taani had not even started her job n to pay so much rent was not possible for her. She was upset bout so costly house n if she gets one in her budget location is not nice. She was thinking wat to do. Rey finally thought to ask her bout staying with him.
Rey: taani if u dont mind u can stay with me till u find a good house in your budget and favorable location.
Taani thought for a while, tat rey has an extra room too n tats not a bad idea coz she found him a nyc guy to leave with. Rey was waiting for her positive answer. Finally taani spoke
Taani: okay tats not a bad idea.. But u have to accept rent from me till m leaving at ur house...
Rey: tats not needed really...u can stay as many time u want but to rent n ol
Taani: arey ase kaise...u have to accept the money...dont worry i ll give half only.(winking at him)
Taani was really stubborn n not ready to listen to him...after all rey agreed n asked her to move in now. They went to the lodge she was staying in n got her luggage. They reached his home n set her things in d guest room.
It was 2 pm by then both were really hungry. Rey slumped down on d leaving room sofa n taani sat beside him she kept her head on his shoulder n closed her eyes n said.. " rey m really hungry"
Rey was thinking wat to prepare for lunch. He use to stay alone so was use to cook sometimes. But he was tried to cook now so he pulled out his phn n ordered pizza. both were waiting for the delivery. Rey switched on the tv till then. Rey was switching through channels as he was not finding anything good to watch. Taani got irritated.
Taani: wats is it rey...ek channel rakho naa...y u switching so many times.
Rey: so wat can i do..ek bhi acchi movie nahi hai
Finally he found grudge 3 playing...he kept tat channel. Taani didn't knew it was a horror movie. She kept on watching wid him. Later when d horror scene came she got scared but didn't show it on her face. She got up silently and went inside the kitchen to drink water. She was really scared. She opened the fridge door to get a bottle n while closing she saw rey standing there behind d door. She was shocked, she screamed n was almost about to slip but rey caught her. The bottle was open n bcoz of tat d whole water spilt on her face n on her clothes. Rey first made her stand took d bottle from her hand n started laughing. She was confused y was he laughing. She just gave him a glare n he shut up. Both had got to know tat she had come up in kitchen as she was scared n rey was laughing on her.
She ignored him now n then went inside to change. She wore a Capri pant n a loose top. The pizza had arrived till then. When she entered in dinning room rey was arranging the plates. She silently sat down on dinning table n was looking here there rey came back wid water jug. He looked at her n then again started laughing n taani also joined him. She knew it was stupid to be afraid of horror films but she couldn't help.
Rey: ok so tum horror films se darti ho...humm...
Taani: haan...not actually but...kabhi kabhi...
Rey: haha...its k...so start kare
Both were having pizza n taani was telling him bout her...both were sharing der likes dislikes. Now der was only only one piece of pizza left in d plate. Both saw it n ran to get it. They fitting over tat piece. But at last dey shared half. Taani was tired so she went in room for a nap n rey went out to meet his friend. It was a good start of there friendship... :)
