CHAPTER 3

When Arjun walked out of the classroom , he was fuming. The mere arrogance of the man..he swore to himself .. He pandu putr Arjun dint belong to anyone... He was his own person...closing his eyes and calming himself down a bit , he walked outside he had come early to see the college,but there was nothing to see..so he sat down on the entrance steps to wait for his brothers...and very soon 4 shiny new cars parked beside his as his brothers walked up to him...whats new ??bheem asked..nothing bhaiyya..arjun muttered.."nothing"? Nakul asked "nothing at all" ?? Bheeem continuoed .."are you sure??"sahdev finished,Arjun sighed..his brothers always teased him, but it had never annoyed him before, buf today his mood was bad..no worse! Worse than worse.."just shut up will you?" He snapped , his brothers looked at him in surprise... Then yudhi began to laugh...did you have a run in with the college topper?? Arjun stared at him his cheeks flushing in anger and irriation his brothers began to laugh again.. soon the college parking slot began to fill and everyone arrived...arjun pulled out his bag and checked his timetable..his first class...arjun sighed was survey..even the timetable here was boring..early morning!! And Mumbai heat! It was soo bad for his skin...picking his bag he left for the gruelling class ... Walking looking downwards arjun was swearing under his breath trying to make sense of the map in his hand , when he bumped into someone...all his heavy books fell to the floor his papers flying in all the directions,Arjun moaned he had been wrong his day had just gotten worse...he heard laughter..laughter which had ruined his day from the morning..

A cheerful voice greeted him.."hello prince I see we meet again"

Arjun moaned "not you"

Well prince don't say you are sad to see me ,nobody can be sad to see me..

Will you just leave me the hell alone..

Wow!prince calm down..for the drama you always seem to create..i should call you princess!!

That map is around 5years old ,we got a new block or two after that.

Arjun sighed he had been soo proud of getting that map..his brothers

had taken pictures of it and saved it in their own phones too for

navigation..he hoped they weren't lost

Krishna laughed again ,Anyway prince,Krishna had picked most of his

books with him..will you walk with me?

Arjun knew he was doomed

They walked walked and they walked..exactly how huge was this

place..the duo walked in silence for which Arjun was very grateful

Hello!Arjun turned around to see a boy who seemed to be around his

age , he was wearing specks and looked at Arjun as though he was the

most amazing thing in the planet.. Arjun stepped back...the boy smiled im satyaki...will you help me? Sure,but I've got class now..oh!I'm the same class as you are. Will you walk with me?? Arjun nodded and on the way answered satyakis rapid fire questions.. where are you from? Are you a new student too?? What is your average score?

Arjun looked at the boy in amusement..delhi,yes and im the college

topper he said..does that answer your questions??

Not for long our class incharge is very intelligent and smart too,he's

the topper around here,will you be able to beat him?

Arjun laughed, we are here for gaining knowledge,by learning we are

trying to do some service to the nation..by acheivimg excellence,we are trying to make our nation proud..this is not a wild competiton for

supremacy...

The boy looked at him in awe..well enough about me Arjun said , tell

me about you!

Satyaki smiled my parents dont live in India.., I live with my grandmother in a remote village near Gujarat with my sister..shes such a dear...

Arjun smiled fondly...he had always wanted to have a younger sister..he missed satya soo much right now..

Satyaki suddenly said "i usually dont talk to people,but something about you is different"

Arjun laughed "in just a little too awesome than ordinary people"

Satyaki stared at him blankly...i was joking!Arjun sighed... They were given the equipment and the two proceeded to work in silence

By the end of the class Arjun found out that satyaki was very intelligent and willing to learn but he was always as quite as a mouse!Arjun mentally swore to change that,he just had to wait for the boy to start trusting him a bit and then he would hand him over to nakul to do some of his handiwork,in the hope he would get a more strong personality than now...

Time passed and soon it was time for lunch,Arjun needed to find his brothers...they were pacing in the canteen...and all four swung around when he came..

Sorry??Arjun said weakly..we were Half an hour late thanks to you!

I dint know the map was old Arjun tried to defend himself...

Arjun sighed in relief and looked around for satyaki...he was missing!

What happened bhai?? Bheem asked , grabbing his hand and rushing to a table..its getting full,and I'm starving,you can dream later...

im not dreaming...he said looking around the canteen..but there was this boy ,he's new too , and I think he needs help,he was with me all this time..dont know where he went...

why should you look after him Nakul snapped,he was still annoyed about that map, even his amazing looks couldn't charm his way into the class..and he had been standing out for 3 full hours...

Arjun thanked the gods for sahdev and rushed out of the room ...

SATYAKI!SATYAKI! There was no response , arjuns heart beat faster and faster as he ran ,he stopped, he was sitting on a bench in a lonely corridor all alone...arjun walked and his shoes made an unnaturally loud sound on the silent ground..only going a bit closer Arjun realized that he was crying, dashing forward he knelt down in front of him,hey!he whispered , what's wrong??

Arjun heard another voice, a voice chillingly familiar, a voice which for some reason Had given him crazy nightmares and he would wake up shaking,
