I guess Khushi suffers from stockholm's syndrome because she has been held hostage for a long time now. She is psychologically not well enough to make decisions for herself. And what she feels for Arnav is not love, but its her psychological defense mechanism to make her feel that she is not as helpless (as she actually is) and is here by her own choice. As for Arnav I really don't care what he feels.
Guys plz don't assume things on your own...
This story is different and difficult to understand and the plot is complicated...
