Like everyone else, even I was cursing Arnav thinking he stood her up.

Nafisa this was really good. Loved it.
Happy Birthday Rae once again. Because of you we got to read this wonderful story.
I was wondering who stood up Khushi on her birthday, somehow knew Arnav couldn't do that not on her birthday and not even on any other day. Loved how he knew she was crying, how he knew she would like a hot chocolate and to watch movies. This is what caring truly means. Loved it. I want part 2 of this birthday evening, please. 😊

For some time in the beginning I was pretty sure it was Arnav that stood her up. Every other line I expected Arnav to pop out and reveal it was a prank of sorts and give her a pleasant surprise.
All that aside. I love how brilliantly you described Khushi's insecurities. They're so real and something I suppose every person goes through at a point of time. So relatable.
All in all I loved reading this.
