CHAPTER TWO

Car came to an halt in front of singhania mansion, Rey step down from the car then held out his hand for her, Her eyes were still glued on ground, hesitatingly taani took his hand and come out of the car, Hand in hand they both walk toward the entrance of the house where rey's mom was waiting for them to do the grihapravesa of new bride. Rey's mom do the aarti of newly wed couple then Taani lightly kicked the kalash of rice with her right foot and entered in house. Taani kept her foot in thaal filled with vermilion water then walk toward the puja ghar of the house leaving imprint of her foot behind.

Taani and rey took the blessings of god they headed toward hall where they will perform next ritual.

"Taani Rey, main iss ring ko isme daalne wali hu, Jo isse pahle dhoondhega uski relationship main chalegi" Sharon said to them, She put a big bowl filled with milk and rose petals in front of them, Taani and rey were sitting opposite to each other. Sharon drop the ring with some stone pedals in milk.

"Come on Taani, tum he hi jeetna hai" Kriya said, all girls were on taani's side and boys on Rey's.

"No-No, Rey hi jeetega, hume pta hai" Shivam said confidently, swayum and other boys agreed with him. soon there was boys vs girls war start.

Which stopped by mrs. singhania who seemed little angry seeing her kids childishness.

"Baccho, Ab yeh bachpana chodo aur jaldi se rasam khatam karo, Rey aur taani bhi thak gaye honge" sumitra said in stern voice, making everyone silence.

"Sorry ma" Kriya and sharon whispered together and boys too gave apologetic look. In all this no body notice the couple who was lost in each others eyes, Rey was enjoying the ten shades of red her cheeks were adoring. Taani was having hard time to concentrate on any other thing when he was staring at her intensely. Their trance broken by sumitra who asked them to proceed the ritual.

Taani and Rey both put their hand in bowl to search the ring. Kriya and sharon were cheering for taani while shivam and swayum for rey. Their hands touch with each others, taani shiver slightly as their skin come in contact causing him to smirk at her. His smirk grew wider when he get the ring, then he glance at her and find her searching for the ring very hard. He hold her hand, she look at him surprise when he slid the ring in his finger and pulled his hand back and wink at her.

Taani smiled shyly and show every one the ring, every one clapped for her, Rey smiled at her.

"Kriya sharon, taani ko uske kamre main le jaao aur fir tum log bhi aaram kar lo" Sumitra said, she and other elder ladies left for their respective rooms.

Kriya and sharon take taani with them, Rey tried to follow them but his elder brothers stopped him.

"Bhai, what you both are doing? Let me go" Rey said to his brothers who were holding him tightly, Where as Rey wanted to go and see his newly wed wife.

"Itni bhi kya jaldi hai, Let us give you some tips, After all we are your senior in this" Shivam said with smirk, Raising his invisible collar.

"Yeah yeah i know you both are very experienced but i dont need your tips" Rey replied as he pulled away from their grip.

"Pahle yeh bta tune taani ke liye gift toh le liya hai na?" Swayum asked him, Shivam too look at him waiting for positive reply or else they were ready to beat him for forgetting something important like this.

"Ha maine gift le li hai but ab yeh mat puchna kya" Rey said in irritated tone. He tried to leave but they didnt let him, They kept giving him "Tips".

Here with Taani

The room was decorated with red and white flowers, well lit by candles. The smell of rose and lavender filled the room. Kriya and sharon made her sit on the decorated bed, her cheeks were dipped in crimson reddish shade. Nervousness with mixture of excitement was running through her veins. Sharon and kriya left from there. Taani was ready to submitted herself to her husband.

Rey open the door quitely and entered, The sight in front of him was heavenly, his wife was sitting on his bed waiting for him, she was looking beautiful. Rey slowly goes and sat on bed, Taani lowered her eyes, her face was covered with veil. He raise his hand and slowly remove her veil, finally he saw her face, Rey put his finger on her chin and lifted her face, she lifted her eyes and found her husband staring at her with soft Love filled eyes.Her heart was running so fast that it could win gold medal in Olympics.

"Are you scared" Rey asked her in soft tone. Taani nodded in no, still he could see how nervous she was, so rey thought to make her comfortable.

"Taani did you like you new house house, our room" Rey asked her changing the topic so that she couold get relax which actually worked.

"Its beautiful, I like it a lot" Taani answered in low tone. Rey smiled at her.

"And family members?" Rey questioned her.

"All are very sweet, Specially kriya bhabhi and sharon bhabhi" Taani replied, she was continuously talking about family member while Rey slowly made her lie down n he crept besides her listening to her resting his head on his palm. Listening her with small smile playing on his lips.

"Aur main?' Rey asked in middle, she stopped her talking and looked at him, thats when she realize their position, they were very close to each other, in shyness she lowered her eyes lids, rey let out a chuckled and made her look into his eyes.

"You didn't said anything about me, don't you like me?" Rey asked in fake complaining tone.

"Nahi esa nahi hai, aap bhi.." she stopped in middle seeing him smirking at her, she realize it he was teasing her. She pouted cutely.

"Bolo na taani, mai bhi kya?" Rey asked her, teasing her. she blushed more deeper shade of red.

"Aap mujhe tease kar rahe ho?" she said with pout which Rey found it very cute and tempting.

"Aww you are too cute" rey exclaim pinching her red cheeks, she giggle on his actions. Rey leaned forward causing her to stop her giggles, they both stare at each other with affection and Love. Then his gaze fall on her trembling lips, those rose petal like lips were inviting him to taste them, with last glance at her face he close the gap between them and captured her lips in his, His arms encircled around her, pulling her close to him. Rey was kissing her softly, not wanting to rush in anything which hurt her. She kissed him back with affection n love. The kiss got a break when much needed air made them part away. Rey look at the nagel lying in his arms, her eyes were close, panting heavily and those red cheeks. Rey couldn't hold him back from kissing her red ckeeks.

"Open your eyes" rey whispered in her ear. Taani shook her head in no, she was hell nervous and shy to face him.

"Please, For me" Rey pleaded, Taani slowly open her eyes. To hide her blush taani hug him, hiding her face in his chest, Rey too wrap his arms around her, holding her close to him.
