Chapter 01
(A small chap on Geet's Family An Intro)
New day, Udaya was feeling so refreshed and happy. She always like to watch the sun raising every morning to see the darkness being chased out but the rays of the sun Moreover she recalled the words of her mother when ever she sees this. Because her mother use to say that she have named her Udaya because she was the sunlight in the life of her parents. (Her mother named her Udaya as she came as a Sunlight to chase the darkness in their life. While her Father named her Geet as her voice and laughter was like a song to them. So our heroine of the story is called in both names)
The next girl was Ankhuka. She was like a sun rays so they have named her so. And she s beautiful just like her name.
When Geet asked the reason for the names her mother told that before she was born they were all suffering because of being in the huge family in the village and as her father was the least earning person in their family and all treat them like a slave and if anything wrong happens it will fall on their head instead of the real culprit. But once she was conceived with Udaya things started to change and her father also got a very good job in a jewel shop and people started to show some respect to them.
Later after she was born they moved to a new house and had their own happy family. People will come to see her as she was the light and easy going with all.
When Geet asked about Anshuka. Her mom replied that she was a demon to all when she was small..
Geet: But ma, Ankhu was the most beautiful baby na. All could have given more importance to her only na than me...
Rano: She was beautiful but she was adamant at the same time. She will be only with me or your father if others take her without her concern she will make their life hell but pulling off their hair and scratch their faces and everything. But you were not like that. You were able to adjust to the person who is carrying you, but ankhu was like she see to her own comfort than others.. so all loved you more than her.
When you were born all relatives were here. But when she was born all started to get scary to come here.
Geet: But ma think this way that she was punishing the people who made you two suffer. So you shouldn't talk about my sister like this. Geet showed her fake anger face made her mom smile and kiss her on her cheeks.
Rano who was missing her second daughter started to miss her more after the conversation with her first daughter Udaya.
Ankhuka who left for her Post Graduation to US soon found a job there and settled there. It was like 4 years since she left India and her only family. Soon she too felt that she have to meet her parents and her lovable sister Geet who sacrified her own carrier for her to send her to US as they were from a Middle class family. She respect her sister more and love her sister too... Soon she was able to convince her boss to get permission for a month time to meet her family and then to continue her job in Indonesia. She got excited and informed the same to her family who were as eager as her to meet each other.
Rano who was looking forward for her daughter's marriage is happy to have her second daughter as well but she s sad that as its only a week time they cant arrange everything so they have decided to conduct the engagement while Ankhu was here and later after finishing her job from Indonesia for 3 months they can plan for the marriage of Udaya with Vikram, son of her schoolmate Pamela.
As Geet and Vikram know each other since childhood they don't see any problem in marrying each other as they know each other very well.

Lets see what is gonna happen after Ankhuka returns from US.
