It was 12.45 a.m. when Swayam entered his home. . .He went straight to the dining table and sat on the chair. . .It had been a long day for him emotionally.Swayam closed his eyes when he realized someone's hand careesing his head. . .He smiled.
"Mumma?"Swayam opened his eyes and saw his mother standing beside him smiling.
"Tired?"
Swayam nodded in positive like a small child.His mother started pouring his food in his plate and sat on the front chair with him.
"Here. . ."She offered the plate to Swayam.
Swayam gave a hearty smile to his mother and started eating.After a while he started juggling with food.
What happened Swayam?Is there anything bothering you?"
Swayam shot his head up at his mother's words and thought how does she always come to know whenever I am tensed and as always couldn't find the answer.
"Yes Mumma. . .Can I ask you something?"
"Go ahead. . ."
"Mom there is a girl. . .Her name is Sharon. . .She is rich,successful and has got everything in life. . .But she does not have a family. . .Her parents died when she was twelve and since then she is alone. . ."And swayam told everything about Sharon from his first meet till what happened two hours ago.
"Swayam you know even my parents died when I was a small kid.My grandmother brought me up. . .She cared for me,loved me and did everything she could do for me. . .I loved her to death but still there were many atimes when I used to miss my parents. . .When during vacations everybody used to plan to meet their mom and dad I used to sit in my room alone,when I went outside with my granny and used to see a kid in his father's arms it hurt me because I knew I can never be in that position. . .I can never make my friends meet my parents. . .On my wedding day I missed them like hell. . .There are times Swayam when No one can be the substitue for your parents. . .I had my grandmother with me so the pain was still less but Sharon has No one with her. . .That one hour in her house in that silence made you feel so uncomfortable. ..Imagine she is living in that silence for years. . .there is no one with she can share her happiness or pain."Swayam's mom explained to Swayam teary-eyed.
Swayam was lying on his bed. . .He never knew his mom has faced so much in her childhood. . .No wonder his dad tries to give her mom all the happiness. . .And both of them shower so much love on him and Taani.His thoughts drifted to Sharon. . .He didn't know why her pain effected himso much?Why he cant stand those tears in her eyes?What was the connection between them?But he did know one thing She deserved Happiness and care and Love and he will try to fill the void in her life anyhow.He finally thought of something and drifted to sleep.
NEXT DAY
Swayam went straight to kitchen after getting ready. . .It was time to take the fisrt step to make Sharon happy.He entered kitchen and saw his mom making breakfast for the family.It was a ritual in his home that his mother made the breakfast every day.There were so many workers for that but she loved to feed her family the first meal of the day.
"Mom I was thinking of calling Sharon on dinner. . . I mean I was. . ."
Sharon's mom looked at her son and his concern for the girl he just met some weeks ago.She realized there was something changing in Swayam. . .He has always been Kind-Hearted but this. . .Maybe he was falling. . .
"Mom?"
"Yeah. . .yes you can beta. ..She will also feel happy."Smriti said coming out of her thoughts.
"Thanks Mom. . .Thank you so much"
Swayam told Taani about the dinner tonight and asked to bring Sharon home with her as she has never come to home before.
Taani was a little surprised but then after listening to Swayam's reason for organising the dinner she got convinced.
IN THE OFFICE
"Sharon. . .this deal is big for both of us. . .So I have organised a dinner party tonight and I wanted to invite you. . ."
"But Swayam. . .Dinner. . .Achanak. . .I don't. . ."
"Sharon,please. . .come on now apart from being my client we share another relation and that is Freindship. . .So consider it atreat to our new freiindship"
Sharon smiled and agreed. "OK,Swayam"
Sharon was a little nervous. . .She was wearing a White Anaarkali salwar suit paired with a silver pair of earings.She had a bracelet in her one hand and that was it.She was checking herself repeatedly in the mirror. . .She has never been to any such family dinner before.
"Chalein?"Taani came from behind and asked her.
"Haan. . .Taani I am very nervous. . .What if I make a mistake?Gosh!"
"Sharon its just a dinner. . .Why are you taking so much stress?And my parents are very cool. . .you will love them."Taani said trying to calm her down.
"U sure?"
"Yes. . .Very Sure!Ab chalein?"
Hmmm. . .Sharon nodded and they both drove off.
In a few minutes Sharon found herself standing in front of a huge mansion. . .Her heart suddenly started beating fast. . .Afterall she was going to have a FAMILY dinner after so so lomg time. . .
