I am late..but the good thing is, i got to read the SS in one go..beautifully written, even though it is a collab, the chapters and the style of writing gelled well..
Loved the plot and the characterization. I did suspect Shyam till the end..and you surprised us with the ending..keeping his ethics intact...lol..

Loved Aruna too..super cool and she knows her child's heart too..:)

The description of the forest and arnav and kushi convos were a delightful read..thank you..

Hey girls...What a beautiful story!!
The setting was amazing...in the woods of the Corbett! I couldn't have imagined an ArHi story with that background.
Coming to the backdrop, I can imagine what an extensive research must have been involved in writing this story. So many facts, places, job profiles etc. That all of it feels plausible, is only due to all the research and thought that you all must have put into it. For that, I applaud you all.
The characters were also so beautifully sketched. the protagonists, with their history and their strong connection even after all these years, the way they are drawn to each other and finally come together...everything was so wonderfully depicted.
Shyam and Aman...their personas were so well done. It was difficult to guess till the end who the real culprit was!
In spite of being written in parts by different writers, it did not feel disconnected at all. You people pulled it off really well! If that is not awesomeness, I don't know what is!
Amazing work!! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. thank you for this lovely story!! :)

Let me begin by saying that I'm equally skeptical and in awe of collabs. They possess a lot many risks (and I use that word with respect to several aspects like lack of cohesiveness, problems in frequency, etc.) and IF has had its share of such stories which haven't seen their end. That was the primary reason why I did not read this story when it was ongoing. After reading this story now, I can say that me fears were unfounded.

Now for the actual story...an unusual setting is a ready reason for you to be absorbed into a tale, and this one served to be a good example of the same. Jim Corbett Park was indeed an enticing location to base 'The Last place on Earth' in. And if the romantic season (monsoon, I believe still is, despite the difficulties it generates) and an unsuccessful past between the protagonists wasn't enough, there was the intriguing element regarding the culprit behind the smuggling.

It goes without saying that whenever there is a person named as Shyam Jha in a story, your suspicion meter gets into overdrive. I was no exception tot hat; especially since a dubious picture of him had been pointed since the very start. Yet, while I retained my doubts about him, it was easy to point out towards Aman. he might not have forayed much in the story (and I must commend you all for keeping him in that manner), but the clues pointed towards him on several occasions.

Finally I must commend you all on putting up[ a story that didn't seem like it was written by six different people. Given the marked difference in your writing styles (at least the ones whom I've read), that is laudable.

P.S. Disha di, that was a fine writing debut. Would love to see you write some more.

P.P.S. Arnav's father has two names, Narendra and Avinash. Kindly look into the same😊

Thanks for this lovely tale. Arnav got approval and acknowledgement from his parents to pursue his dream career and he got his girl back. It's good that Shyam is not corrupt despite his womanizer personality. I'm happy Arshi united.
