CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Taani and Rey were sitting in Rey's cabin, Taani was wondering around in cabin and Rey was doing his work. Taani took one of his business magazine then sat on chair opposite to him, start reading it with full concentration. Rey look up at her from his file and smile seeing her reading it Just then something click in his mind.
"Taani what do you want to do now after 12th" Rey asked her, He knows that Taani studied in home school and cleared her 12th last month before coming here in mumbai.
"Business Management, Then I will also go office just like you and dadi" Taani replied immediately, Rey could feel the excitement and happiness in her tone.
"Why business management?" Rey questioned her out of curiosity. Rey look at him for a minute then her lips curve in a sweet smile.
"Because of Dadi, I wanted to full fill her wish and its mine too, She always wanted me to study hard then work with her in office, I am missing her" Taani told him, by the end she was in tears remembering dadi and the moments she had spent with her. Rey close the file he was working on and placed it on table then rushed toward his kitten. who was sobbing silently now.
"Ssh, stop crying, I know you are missing her, even me too but it will make her sad if she saw you crying from there, do you want to make her upset" Rey said soothing words in her ear, his arms protectively wrapped around her, rubbing her back soothingly. His heart was feeling the pain of his taani.
"No" taani whispered while Rey wipe away her tears. She gave him little weak smile. Rey decided to enlighten the atmosphere.
"Taani in which college you want to go, I show you some then we will decide" Rey said, He sat on chair beside her and took his laptop. he open sites of some famous colleges of mumbai and shows them to her. All the while taani had a feared look on her face.
"Taani what happen? are you okay?" Rey asked her worriedly, not liking his kitten fearing something.
"Nothing, I am okay" Taani stuttered, avoiding meeting his gaze.
"You are not, Tell me" Rey demanded, He held her chin and make her face him.
"I am not comfortable in going college, I am scare. Can i do my graduations from home like I did my school" Taani opened up herself to him.
"Why you don't want to go, don't you want to make new friends, learn new things?" He asked her.
"Its not like that, I want to learn new things, study but I am not comfortable between so many new peoples, from staring I chose to be alone only dadi was the one whom I was so close. I scared of new people and aap bhi waha nahi honge" Taani tried to expalin him her fears. Rey took a deep breath. Rey was aware that she has never gone out on her own, was always stayed at home.
"okay kitten, as you say" Rey says, he peck her forehead lovingly. Rey was worried about her, One day she has to go out and face people, she can't sit in home all her life because of her fears. Then he thought to talk to her later and will make her leave her discomfort and fear about going in public.
"Thank you for understanding me" she said then got up from her chair. Rey made her sit on his lap, encircling his arms around her.
"Aap bahut acche ho" Taani said to him, gave him a sweet peck on his lips. Making him shiver a little.current pass through their bodies. Rey was about to claim her lips but cut off by someone's scream "rey" , it was the person who barged inside the cabin without knocking and saw them. taani got up from his lap and look at person. That was uncomfortable moment for her, the way person was staring/ shooting daggers at rey making it more awkward for her and rey.
"Sharon, what are you doing here?" Rey asked her, And the look sharon was giving him made it clear what was coming in his way.
"Rey I think We need to talk" Sharon said in stern tone, Rey gave her a "will talk later" look but she didn't budge. Rey took a deep breath then nodded in yes.
"Taani stay here in cabin, me and sharon will be back in some time, don't go out" Rey said to her, Taani nodded in agreement seeing how both are serious, Rye look upset and she didn't want to make him more upset by arguing.
"Okay" taani replied, Rey and sharon left from there and goes in conference room to talk, nobody was there.
"Care to share what was happening there in cabin a while ago before I came?" Sharon questioned him while angrily staring at him.
"Mind your tone sharon, You know that I hate it wehn someone talk to me in this tone even if they are my friends" Rey told her, not liking the way of her talking to him, He is reyansh singhania, nobody has the right to raise their voice on him.
"I won't, you are playing with her innocence and I won't let you spoil her innocence, She is just seventeen year old damn it" Sharon shouted on top of her voice. Right now she is not seeing him as her best friends.
"Taani abhi bacchi hai rey, baad main jab woh badi hogi aur use pta chalega ki you were using her just for your sexual satisfaction tab kya hoga woh tume kabhi maaf nahi karegi, and tab kya hoga jab tumahri shaadi hogi" Sharon tried to make him understand.her point of view while on other hand Rey was shaking in rage hearing her.
"Shut up sharon just shut up, You can never understand what me and Taani share. Its love. you are concern about our age difference but we don't care, we both are perfect for each other, An dare you say that I am using her for sexual satisfaction I will forget that you are my best friend" Rey roared angrily sharon flinch at his high pitch tone, He knew it from beginning that no one would understood his and his kitten's relation and Love. He don't care what people think all he knows that he Loves taani and she do too.
"Oh really rey, How can you say that she loves you too it can be just her illusion or attraction too, use pyaar ka matlab bhi pta hai, what if after 2-3 years she realize that she never loved you or fall for someone else" Sharon said to him only to get a deadly glare in return.
"Taani Loves me and today I will prove it to you and yeah One more thing she can never fall for someone else I know my taani" Rey said in dangerous determinate tone, showing confidence of him being right.
"Rey you are behaving like an obsessive Lover, stop making assumptions and trying to prove yourself right when you yourself know that you are wrong" Sharon replied to him.
"No sharon I am right and I will prove to you, come with me" rey said to her and leave from there, sharon followed him. to see what he wants to prove. Sharon was sure that Rey was using taani and now being a possessive.
