Krish came back after 12. But Parth was alert. Hence thankfully no problem occurred. His curly hair was all messy , mark of lipstick was clear here and there, Parth felt shy to look at him in fear to discover something more?
"So how was the day" asked Krish while changing clothes. His lanky figure had started growing muscles.
"Your someone special had left something for you." says Parth indicating the tiffin box.
A frown came and disappeared immediately on Krish's forehead. He doesn't need more than seconds to get things.
"oh so she came alone or Satyaki too was there." asked Krish while opening the box.
"is there anything Krish cant guess" Parth thought " yeah you are right as usual." he replies. "he was complaining to your someone special for not letting him going to play."
"Wow Mohanbhog, its been ages i didn't taste. With spoon Krish put a little of semolina pudding into mouth and his eyes closed in the pleasure of tasting something heavenly delicious. The same taste, i love you Yashoma" he murmurs.
Parth knows Yasho aunty is maternal aunt of Krish who raised him. But her husband Nand uncle is too busy that she doesn't get time to visit Krish ever since he came here at the age of 10. So sometimes she sends gifts for Krish when his uncle used to go Delhi. But since Krish's uncle and aunt doesn't like him for his famous unpredictable nature and his sport all around Shimla from last 2 years Krish didn't receive anything from Yashoma. But but how come that someone special is connected to the entire scenario?
Parth's chain of thought broke realizing a spoon had been pushed into his mouth. Krish even didn't ask before feeding him. But the taste in his tongue stopped him from getting angry. Parth cant remember have he tasted anything more delicious than this Mohanbhog. Even nectar will be tasteless beside this. For a while he kept relishing the taste. Krish fed him again and again as himself and Parth didn't stop him. He cant anyway.
After the box was emptied only Parth could say something "seems like your girlfriend is closely related to Yashoma, she is truly holding very special place..
"before Parth could finish he was interrupted by Krish's laughter, the ever charming laughter , Parth forgot what he was saying.
"yes you got it right, she is my darling, my sweetheart, my most special girlfriend ever." Krish's lips curved in smirk with a familiar glint in eyes.
"oh ok i can see that." says Parth slowly. For the first time he was not feeling good with the thought of the close bond of Krish and someone special.
"of Parth how cute you are, you didn't even ask her name" Krish pulled Parth's chick hard "you don't want to know why she is someone special to me? And how come your memory is so poor? "
Parth took a while to react, "what does your someone special gonna do with my memory?" he was confused as ever.
"is 4 years that long period Parth? You forgot where did i take you when you came to Shimla.?" and Krish's words opened a closed door for Parth.
4 years, Krish's uncle's house, emerald eyes,
"Subha!!!!!" oh shit how come i didn't recognize her?? I am so dumb...

"how could i? She was just a child and now she is entering in her teen." Parth tries to justify but looking into Krish's mischievous eyes he fumbled
Krish scrutinized Parth and then nods with a smirk as if he understood something.
"Yes i was about to tell you that Subha is now in sixth standards of Loreto Mission and hence her school campus changed and she now got permission to go to school alone. Hence now i can meet her whenever i want, "wanna accompany me?" the mischievous smirk made adorable curve on Krish's lips.
"when did i say no to you?" Parth tries to be normal but his blush was evident in his smile that's resulted Krish chuckling.
Thought of meeting Subha again was thrilling to Parth.
"Krish but did you know Subha will come to meet you today itself? That's why you mentioned about that someone special in the morning?" the question suddenly strikes Parth.
"actually the someone special i talked about in the morning was not Subha. Subha's visit is can be said a coincidence to someone special front."
Krish's answer surprised Parth. "there is one more someone special? Now who's that? Another girlfriend?"
" she cant be said just a girlfriend Parth. She is very special friend of mine. My pen friend." Krish's glare placed far. "we didn't meet ever, but since past few months we are writing letters to each other. We share same length of thoughts in many cases."
Parth is never comfortable with the idea of Krish is giving special friend's place to anyone else than him.
"so how did you start writing to each other?"Parth tries to sound normal but sounded bit grave.
"you know there is this famous monthly magazine for aspiring teenage talents in every field? One of my article on new possibility for research of physics had been published there. And in the same magazine there was another article on a woman's view on love. And writer's age surprised me. Only 14? In such a small age such a depth of thoughts for feelings of love? I had an urge to know the girl. And i sent a letter to the magazine's office for her asking if she will like to be my pen friend? I was not so sure she will reply me. But in a week a letter came to this hostel's letterbox with her acceptance. Since then Yagya is my pen friend." Krish ends the story.
(It was late 90's mobile phone and computer didn't make appearance in Indian market. Email and sms was something never heard of. On that time too tradition of making friend to strangers were still there via letters in absence of social networking sites. Generally from a news paper or magazine or radio or tv office interested persons used to get contacts of like minded persons and thus practice of pen friend used to continued. Perhaps in that pre internet and mobile era there was some kind of romanticism in this pen friend practice.)
"Yagya? strange name". remarks Parth.
" No Parth is only her pen name. That symbolizes her bold thought process." Her actual name is Shikha Joshi from Ahmedabad. But she wants to sound something different . Hence the choice of pen name." Krish explains.
"hmm quite interesting character must say." Parth was trying is best to hide the thought of jealousy. But was failing. " Krish you always talk about all your friends and girlfriends to me, then why did you never mention of her in this six months?"
Krish could guess Parth is unhappy with the fact. He comes close and wrapped Parth's shoulder.
"remember you had junior olympic in Tokiyo. How could i distract you by talks on my penfriend? And then i waited till she agrees to change our picture to each other. I wanted to watch her picture with you. Thus my best friend will get introduced to my special friend." Krish smiles which makes Parth feeling better.
"so where is the photograph?" asks Parth calmly.
Here it is. Krish brought out a postcard size black and white photograph. Parth looked into it. A girl around 14-15, in a short skirt and tight blouse with a pony tail. Even in black and white photograph its quite prominent she is dark skinned. A figure with perfect curves. The posture of her standing had a certain rebellious expression the way her legs were crossed. Hands are folded against her chest, due to her tight shirt shape of her breasts were prominent. But the feature attracts attention the most was her eyes, the glare of fish shaped eyes were as sharp as burning flame. The heat of her personality can be sensed even from her photograph. Beauty of her couldn't be described in words. She is just as different as her pen name.
With much effort Parth could move his eyes from the photograph, he doesn't want to let Shikha's burning charm overshadow Subha's innocent dreamy beauty in his thought.

Both updates were beautiful. even my tongue is watering for tasting the Mohanbhog. And Parth and Krish bonding is super sweet 😊 I am waiting for a Parth-Subha scene.. Update soon 😉
