Chapter-2

Sanyukta? Kaustuki was surprised seeing her back...in excitement se jumped with joy while Vidhushi was shocked...

Sanyu tum yhan, aj to tumhari shadi thi na? and you here? Kaustuki hugged her tight and you are looking quite low...

Kaustuki, control yaar... Ask one by one questions... Sanyukta brought a faint smile on her face...actually on my request, Sameer postponed wedding for two years, he allowed me to complete degree even...so we got just engaged today...session was starting tomorrow, so i came back today itself...

But your eyes, your face, it looks faded... Vidhushi asked doubtfully...

Its just due to fatigue of last few days nothing else... she smiled lightly...ok Kaustuki...i wanna sleep now, I am too much tired, we will talk tomorrow...saying Sanyukta laid on her bed thinking about the day's happenings but sleep was nowhere near her...

She was most shattered by her mother's behavior... He had never expected in her worst dreams, even she will force her to marry a divorcee that too knowing how big sacrifice Sanyu was going to make for her family by leaving all her dreams...tears were again finding way through her eyes...

Sanyu... Kaustuki spoke seeing Vidhushi had slept by then...

Hum...she spoke without looking at her...

Everything fine na? she held her hand for the bed itself...

Yes Kaustuki nothing to worry...just tell me when is last date to submit fee...i have to deposit yet...

Its tomorrow... Kaustuki smiled...

Thank god...tomorrow first thing, I will deposit my fee...she smiled to Kaustuki... Sanyu thought..i have still my scholarship in my account...and some savings...I just hope I will manage by all this...thinking her memories shifted towards Randhir...

There in boy's hostel...

Are Randhir bhai? Where were you since morning and so much bruises on your face? How could you get beaten from anyone? You yourself are strong enough to fight with ten persons? Jignesh spoke with concern..

Next day... new morning, new start...as it was new session...

Sanyukta hurry up... Kaustuki woke her as she had slept quite late... its first day to college...

Hummm...Sanyukta got up with a beautiful smile as all the bad memories of past day were faded up with sleep...

Utho..First class vardhan sir ki hai and I don't want to stand outside the very first day of third year...

Yup getting up...sayings Sanyukta woke up and got ready soon...her mind was completely fresh now... As they started towards college...jut wait Kaustuki let me call maa...she must be waiting for my call...saying she dialed her mother's number but stopped midway bringing her back to reality...making her remember yesterday...

Kya huya Sanyukta? Why did you stop? Kaustuki asked...

Hum...nothing, ma must be busy as it was big day yesterday... will call later...all she said turning her face away wiping her tears could not be noticed by Kaustuki as she was busy talking to Jignesh telling them about Sanyukta's back...

What? Sanyukta Is back? Jignesh shouted in his room...listening Parth too jumped with joy while Randhir stopped midway doing pushups...

Randhir bhai suna apne Sanyukta is back...her fiance allowed her to complete degree...kitna acha ladka hoga na who...Jignesh spoke with joy while Parth as talking to Sanyukta on phone...

Listening Randhir's fists tightened in anger... to ? Doesn't matter for me if farzi is here or not? I would have been happier if she would have got marri...he stopped midway...whatever...

Sanyukta went to ATM and submitted fee from her account first...oh my God...only ten thousand are left after fee... just hope I get some job before I use this amount... Otherwise who will help me...she thought...decision le to liya to continue study but how will I manage all this...she was thinking when Kaustuki shooked her...Sanyu where are you lost?

No where...she smiled...let's go to class... She said moving towards corridor...

As she was about to enter the class...suddenly she saw Randhir coming from other side...she stopped for a moment looking at him Randhir coughed a bit bringing her to reality...and passed by her whispering in her ear...stop glaring at me like fools...i don't want anyone to know anything...

Hum...she was almost shocked when he moved ahead and sat on his seat...while Jignesh was following him stopped there... Sanyu...you know how happy we are seeing you back here...Randhir bhai dekho Sanyukta is back... Wow...saying he hugged her...

Randhir turned his face away...

So mean Randhir, you didn't even welcomed her...Kaustuki shouted...or you are scared your will get competition back...

whatever...all Randhir spoke as he didn't want any argument on this topic, he had nothing to speak now...neither he could say he liked she is back...nor he could deny the facts... so he chose to keep quiet...

Leave na Kasutuki...its ok...Sanyukta tried to calm her down...when Parth entered, he hugged Sanyukta and congratulated her for her engagement...she looked at Randhir from the corners of her eyes...he turned his face away making her clear to stop glares...

When Vardhan entered the class...So Miss Sanyukta is back... interesting, very interesting...

I hope, you will fulfill your dreams now without any obstacles...

By evening they were exhausted from the first day of classes when Vardhan sent message for dream team to reach lab...

So farzi engineers, I have next task of dream team for you... Vardhan spoke looking at them...ready?

Yes sir...all spoke in unison...

Vardhan gave them orders, I will see you in one hour...be ready with your plans...saying he left from there...

Alf an hour had passed... only Randhir was giving plan while as a shock to everyone, Sanyukta was agreeing to his plans...

Sanyu, don't you have another idea? Parth asked in shock...

No I think, whatever Randhir is saying, is fine...she spoke politely...

Randhir was really feeling frustrated by then on her behavior since morning, he was acting too politely with him, which he was not used to...

Suddenly her phone rang again...she attended the call and immediately left the lab with completely drained face...

It must be his call... Kaustuki smiled to Jignesh, its almost twentieth call since morning, he loves Sanyu so much na? Lucky girl... Kaustuki spoke to Jignesh and both giggled...

Listening Randhir left the lab immediately in anger ...no one knew what had happened...as all were thinking at project...

He knew where she will be...

As he had imagined, she was in store room sitting in a corner crying her heart out...

What the hell is going on Sanyukta...Randhir shouted looking into her eyes...

But as soon as he went near her, she immediately hugged her...Randhir was taken aback by her action...he knew something was quite wrong, she is not a weak girl to break at small matters..slowly his hands found a way on her back caressing her hwne her cries converted to sobs slowly after few minutes...

What happened...finally he spoke trying to sound polite which was completely out of his nature...

But before she could speak anything, her mobile rang again...he held mobile from her hand and was shocked to see number...

Sameer...how dare you to call Sanyukta? He shouted on phone...

So. Mr. Shekawat...Sameer grinned...i just wanted to inform your sweetheart, Soon her family will be in ashes... Agarwal group of industries is going to finish by two days...

Listening Randhir's fits tightened in anger... Pehle tum Apna Mittal group to bachao...you are talking about two days...I promise, your group will be in ashes by tomorrow...saying he cut the call..while Sanyukta was still sobbing in his embrace...without noticing anything, he dialed his father's number form his cell... Papa, I want your help...

but ...if maa call me...she spoke from nowhere...Randhir looked at her in disbelief...he wanted to speak a lot but controlled his anger...i will divert call to your phone...all he said changing sim form her mobile...

Thanks...all she spoke wiping her tears and getting up from ground..

So this is your way to thank me? By making me feel like hell? Making me doubt my own decision?

Randhir? She looked at him in shock...

Where is that passionate Sanyukta for machines for whom I took such a big step? How could you become so dependent on me in one day?

Sanyukta just lowered her face without saying a single word...

Listen Sanyukta...this all is not going to work...if you are thinking I was serious for all that crap yesterday then I must clear everything, I did everything to protect you and took your responsibility but only for two years..i will eagerly wait for the day, you complete degree and get a better job moving away from me forever... your thanks is accepted and now please... better get a life and let me live too...don't make me conscious for every second moment in class and in lab...get your own ideas , own work,... Don't make me regret my own decisions by killing old Sanyukta... saying he left from there...

And Sanyukta was standing there thinking... Was it his care for her and her future or his regret for the decision he made in haste yesterday...
