I agree, anything mushy with this Arnav and Khushi would be completely out of character. There are few things I'd like to see addressed; if they fit into the larger scheme of events you have planned for this story, it would be great :)
1) Arnav opening up so someone (Khushi/Sumer) about what exactly he went through as a boy, for him to have some closure and catharsis. He cannot hold it within himself throughout his life.
2)I know he doesn't mind her limp: but a moral stance is often different from a spontaneous reflex when one actually sees it. I'd like to see his reaction, see him put an end to her insecurity (if not an end, at least soothe it)
3)I forget the name - but the servant who knew Arnav broke the furniture in his room (after his birthday dinner) and the driver who saw Arnav push her toward the car : I want to see if they are ever able to forgive Arnav for doing what he did to their Baby.
4)One cannot live a happy life with the burden of hatred. I know he cannot forget, but I want to know if Arnav ever manages to at least forgive his mother for her sins.
5)Even if it is in his own queer peculiar way, he has to confess his love for her. No?
