Oops, i posted in the old thread, reposting.I need 2 hot sauna rooms.
First lock up Anu, Payal, Khushi in one and keep them there Till the Three of them are sane like before again and have sorted out their differences .
In the second one , throw in Arnav and Khushi naked or half naked, whatever you are comfortable with, lock them until you don't get Foster like triplets after nine months and a redemption of course.

First off, thanks for writing such a thought provoking story.

My two cents...or maybe a lot more...:)

Anya and Arnav: Though Anya did stretch it a bit too long, I believe her anger at Arnav was justified. Though family members should stick with each other through thick and thin, and look out for each other's interests, isn't expressing your anger at your brother for something that was very obviously wrong by any standard, a way of looking out for his interests, a way of making sure that he's not doing something stupid with his life(which he did)

My question is when it all initially happened, did Arnav sit down with Anya and take her concerns about Khushi into account? Knowing how close they always were, did he, at that time, try to explain his POV to her. Wouldn't that have mollified Anya slightly? Or maybe she would have succeeded in making him see her point of view.

Reading this chapter, I came across these lines,"He knew there were few who had the strength to admit when they were wrong".

Does he believe he's not one of them ?

Does he know, has he realized that what he did to Khushi all those years ago was wrong? Has therapy succeeded in making him see the flaws in his reasoning, where letting go of Khushi seemed to him, a way of remaining close to his family...of being at peace with himself.

If he has realized it, has he admitted it to himself, is that why he was wishing upon a star..for Khushi?

I really want to know what's going on in his mind right now...besides melancholy and loneliness. Yes, I do feel sorry for him, but that's the whole point, I don't want to feel sorry for him, I want to understand him..

We had a little peek into his thought process with these lines, "Over the years, he had tried to convince himself that it was merely an infatuation or just a crush on her part - so that it would be easier for her to get over him and move on with her life"

Seriously, Arnav? Does he really think that a girl from a simple, traditional background, his little sister's best friend, same little sister, whom he didn't even want to know about 'morning after pills' at one time, a girl like her would sleep with someone...without being deeply emotionally involved with him..a girl like her would blurt out 'I Love You' to someone she was merely crushing on. Did he even know Khushi properly, let alone love her?

"Over the years, he had tried to convince himself that it was merely an infatuation or just a crush on her part - so that it would be easier for her to get over him and move on with her life"

Serious flaw in his thinking..He tried to convince himself, did he succeed or not? If he didn't succeed in convincing himself, that means he knew that what Khushi felt for him was much more than a simple infatuation ..,..Didn't his conscience bother him, in that case? And did he do something about it to make amends? Esp because they had had unprotected sex ...twice. Did he try to check on her, to make sure she was doing fine?

I definitely hope so.

Khushi, Payal and Anya convo: Even I felt that she overstepped the bounds there, but I'm not overtly concerned about that because with really close friends and even sisters, it happens all the time. But yes, the situation did warrant a little more grace and restraint..after all they are all mature, career women now.

The Prologue: When is the prologue coming into play? Can we please have at least a little bit hint about it:)

I hope you don't mind this long, rambling comment and perhaps the closest thing to a critique that I've ever written on IF.

This is an intense, powerful story that evokes matching intense responses from your readers...I'm loving it :)
