Congrats on your new story.

Interesting title. Deceitful love!!!

As per Khushi's POV it's obvious that her love for Siddharth is genuine. She is a very lively, bubbly and takes-life-as-it-comes type girl.

Her narration of Siddharth is her impression of him. That's why I said Khushi's live is genuine but is it truely love coz it has to be Arnav and Siddharth never said the same to Khushi's confession.

Oh and his hand are always on her not his eyes. They can room around on anyone.

Eagerly waiting for Chapter 1, the deceit and Arnav's entry.
