part 19 was simply superb.. loved arnav's sending in all those messages through children to khushi.. anjali is still angry with her brother.. hope arnav is able to do things right for his sister and wife..

Part 20

Lucknow

Shyam Gupta was sitting alone in the Living room and thinking deep. Daayimaa came there with his Tea and placed it before him. She didnt wait there to serve and was leaving when he stopped her.

Shyam: Did Khushi call you ?

Daayimaa: Yes she did. But she never asked anything about you. And I didnt expect either.

Shyam : I cant believe my sister has changed so much? She forgot her brother's love , affection , everything. How can she forget I raised her becoming her mother, fighting all odd situations in our poor days?

Daayimaa: She has never forgot what you did for her SHyam. But she doesnt wish to remember it either. Know why? Because all that money you earned for her betterment was stolen from others. And that others are now the same family she is been married to. I know Khushi , she will never accept anything wrong even if it is from her own brother.

Shyam: I didnt steal money from them. I am the Daamad of that house. It was my right.

Daayimaa : Right? Which right Shyam? When you couldnt be a responsible husband and a Jeejaji, what was the use of becoming the Daamad of that house. ? And dont forget you had thrown Anjali out of this house with her brother Arnav. What was the need for that? Anjali was your wife. This was her house, her brother's house. You were elder to them and it was your duty to handle all the responsibilities and manage the household. But you didnt care. You snatched their money and property and then threw them out so that you dont have the fear inside you to lose all this again. You only wanted to help your Sister grow in all richness but for that you made the actual people of this house Poor and miserable. Khushi has realised every truth now Shyam. So dont expect forgiveness from her.

Shyam was very angry because DaayiMaa had never raised her voice to this extent against him.

Shyam: How could you speak so much to me ? Dont forget your place in this house. YOu are not my mother .

Daayima smiled calmly.

Daayimaa: Good I am not your mother Shyam because if my Son would have done such a big sin, I would have never stayed with him under the same roof. I had expected you to learn from your mistakes. Your one sin towards the Raizada's have made your sister Khushi pay too much and she is still doing that. Luckily the family has accepted her and even her husband who forcefully married her seems to be a bit kind now. But you will never change even after this. Your wife is pregnant with your child and you have no botheration for her. She has signed the Divorce petition and sent it to you but you have nothing left to even think once again if you want this or not. How have you planned your life ahead? Just going around with some other girls and have no proper commitments? If you like staying alone here without a family, I wish you all the best Shyam but dont expect me to continue serving such a beast. I was here for taking care of Khushi and you. But now I dont think I am required. I am leaving back to my Village. Stay happy and may a day come when you realise what you have missed in the greed of gaining.

Daayimaa left and Shyam in frustration threw the tea she made on the floor and walked out.

Delhi

The days were flying and Arnav was doing his best to woe his wife but nothing worked on her. He booked two tickets for her favourite actor's movie and asked her to join him for this late night show but she made the excuse of headache and preferred staying back home. He made the entire family go out for some Satsang and planned a surprise Candle light dinner for Khushi at the Poolside. He had ordered every bit of her favourite food that night but she denied eating anything giving excuse of her acidity. Everything was going wrong. He knew she was purposely not accepting his ways of asking forgivenes. But he will still keep trying until the last day.

(Last Day - 7th Day)

She saw a Saree placed on the bed and there was no one around too in the room which made her baffled. She picked the Saree and touched it with her fingers. It was a Designer Red Netted Saree with a readymade backless Blouse. She never wore such sarees anytime before. Looked like it was a special creation because seeing the Blouse she could guess it can fit her perfectly. But who placed it here? She was going to turn around but she felt his presence behind her.

Arnav: Kaisi lagi? (How is it?)

This answered all her questions. So it was his work of keeping it here. She placed it back and continued dusting the quilt.

Arnav: Khushi I asked you something.

Khushi: Its nice.

She left to the cupboard to keep the laundry clothes and he wasnt happy with her so brief praise.

Arnav: Nice? Thats it? Wont you say anything else?

Khushi was quiet and continuing her work which made him irritated now. Without a warning he turned her around and handed her the saree.

Arnav: I designed it specially for you. It took me hours to think and finalise this design for you Khushi. Its my favourite colour and most importantly its your favourite wear. I know you like Sarees and I combined our choices in this one piece. I dont think you are that innocent not to realise I am gifting it to you. Then why are you behaving like this Khushi? Aisa bhi kya hogaya ki tum ek smile bhi nahi kar sakti? (Whats so wrong between us that you cannot even smile? )

She shoved off his hand and moved back

Khushi: You could buy everything for me Arnav except a smile. Because for that you dont need to impress me by messaging, by sending flowers or by gifting me sarees. Your past mistakes are too big for such small favours.

Arnav : Mistakes? You are talking as if I have committed some crime Khushi.

Khushi was very mad at him. And there was only one way of making him understand what he did.

Khushi: Yes you did Arnav. You have committed crime and not one but many. Your mistakes have ruined my life completely. If I am so lifeless today its all because of you.

Arnav pinned her to the wall behind wanting to know further.

Khushi: Do you even remember how you got married to me Arnav? You drugged me sending some chocolates on my marriage day with Abhishek and then kidnapped me , took me to the temple and married me when I was not even fully conscious. You call that marriage legal? What was my fault in it that you punished me this way? This was your first mistake towards me. The second worst thing you could do was not accepting that marriage and running back to Delhi leaving me alone to face the society's questions. Not just that but you even leaked the Video of our marriage to make me more miserable only because you wanted my Brother to suffer seeing my tears. And the third and last Sin you are accounted for Mr Arnav Singh Raizada was forcing yourself on me on our wedding reception night here in Shantivan. You have no idea what I have gone through that night. I was screaming in pain while you bite my neck and I didnt find even a tinge of repentance in your eyes for doing this. I know you didnt get carried away to fully claim me but that doesnt make your sins less. You tortured my Soul that night and I can never forget that. Now tell me. What do you expect? Even after all these major Sins I will forgive you so easily only because you want this relationship to work ? Give me one reason Arnav, just one to say a Yes for this marriage.

It was obvious that he was speechless after knowing how brutally he had hurt her no matter how much he tries soothing it now. The damage was been done and she was not prepared to take any more chances now. He loosened his grip on her. He stepped back and saw her wiping her tears. She gave the saree back to him.

Khushi: The day you will find a reason for me to say a Yes to this marriage, I will accept you as my husband forever.

Her tone was challenging. He kept on looking at her while she walked off that room.

Arnav was very traumatized with Khushi's confession about his mistakes. He felt as if there was nothing left now which can make him win her. He doesnt deserve her because he really had wronged her to a huge extent. His eyes were moist and he wanted to control his own self not breaking down. He turned around and saw his sister Anjali standing at the door and watching him with teary eyes. He realised she had witnessed the drama that just happened between him and his wife. He took baby steps towards her looking in her eyes and when he was close enough to his sister, he embraced her tight. She didnt wait for a second to hug him back because she knew he needed one. His tears started rolling down on Anjali's shoulders and she felt very much shattered seeing her CHotte in such a state.

She took him towards the bed and sat on it while he kneeled down before her and cried in her laps. There was nothing more to be conveyed to her. She knew what had hurt him so much. It was pure guilt and repentance from his end. She caressed his hair and cried too but didnt leave him alone because he needed her support.

So the 7 Day challenge was lost by Arnav Singh Raizada. He didnt lose any challenges / Deals until now in his Proffesional life but today in his personal life this was his first Loss and that too a major one.

The next day Khushi saw Arnav coming down with his Di , holding her while getting down the stairs. The last night was horrible for him, she knew it but what was the good thing about that was , he and his Di were finally one again.Though he couldnt get a proper forgivness from his wife, his Di still accepted her CHotte back in her life and that brought a smile on Khushi's face too. She just diverted her attention and kept arranging the plates on the Dining table for the breakfast. She had to take Anjali for the Dr check up today and they cannot be late.

Arnav helped Anjali to sit on the chair and then he took his seat beside her. He did notice Khushi once who started serving Anjali and others, talking to them but not him.

Khushi: Di, we have the appointment of 10:00am and I have asked Mohan kaka to take the car out. We shall start after breakfast.

Anjali: Okay Khushi. But no need of taking Mohan Kaka.

Before Khushi can think why Anjali asked Arnav.

Anjali: Chotte will you come with me and Khushi to the Dr?

Arnav could never deny but will his presence there hurt Khushi, he thought. Khushi was not showing any proper reactions though she was happy for he assiting his Di to the clinic. If Anjali was happy, so was she. Afterall Anjali had lost many things in the past and even now. If such small things can give her any happiness, she will never come in between it.

Arnav agreed to come because he too could not deny his Di at this moment.
