Jenny,
You doing a brilliant job of building the intensity in this story and I am loving how it's shaping out. I really can't wait to see the new phase and something you going to try. I have full faith in you and your writing, looking forward to it.
Will be back to write a detailed comment on the update. Here is the song that this update made me think of "Ye dooriyan, from Love Aaj Kal".

EDITED COMMENT:
Jenny,
That was very complex chapter with emotions riding high for Khushi, Arnav as well as Astha. Just like everyone I too was surprised with Arnav's confession. Given how reclusive and guarded Arnav has been, I didn't think he will confess so soon. Now when I look at it, the situation was such that he didn't have choice. I think it was his chance to salvation. It was not about him, it was more about Khushi, the pain and betrayal he is going through.
Khushi did the right thing by not giving into Arnav's confession as well as her heart's yearning. She stood by what she believes in. It isn't easy for her, especially when she knows she is in love, and this is her first love. Arnav's desperation and confession makes me think that this Arnav's first love too. I am going to wait for Arnav and Lavanya's story to unravel and not pass any judgement.
Whenever we hear about a marriage falling apart, the first thing we say it, give it a try, and don't give up. This is what Astha is doing too. From the looks for it, I don't think she knows the whole truth about Arnav's marriage or his divorce. I think she doesn't want Arnav to do anything wrong, to Khushi, Lavanya and himself.
