Thank You all for such an amazing response for my very first FF
I'll be updating the next chapter in a few minutes

CHAPTER 4

She had already become the most admired dancer in the institute. The command she had in her voice, the confidence she had in herself was something to admire. The way she carried herself was so divine that no one could keep their eyes of her. The beautiful face and a perfect body was enough for any guy to start drooling over her. The marks of that dark phase could also not affect her beauty in even a slightest manner. Though everyone did wonder how she had those marks all over her body but no one could ever make her reveal the secret behind it. Everyone had assumed it must be due to a severe accident she must have suffered. She was the person to talk to if you had any problems no matter if they were related to dance or anything else. She was the person anyone would go if they had any difficulty mastering a step or if they were having problem in choreographing a song. She was a friend to all but she was also someone whom you would not want to make angry. Though she never got angry easily but if she did then its hell for the person for whom the anger was directed to. Everyone had seen her angry side only once she kicked the asses of the four well-built bullies when they didn't pay heed to her warning to stop ragging a girl but instead tried forcing them upon her with the intention to scare her. But what the entire school witnessed blew away the minds of everyone. Within a minute all 4 were down on the floor begging for her forgiveness. This was a result of the training she had been going through for almost a year now.

BACK TO THE PRESENT

One of the student: Kria you have been asked by the dean to meat in his office.

Kria: Dean Sir has called me now, but I was in the middle of my practice. Ok then that's it for today guys, we'll have an additional 2hr practice tomorrow. You all have to master all these steps by tomorrow so be ready for some vigorous workout tomorrow

Saying this she leaves for the office. And her classmates discussing about the extra training tomorrow.

1^st student: 2 hours of extra practice. This would make a total of 8 hours practice session for tomorrow. How does she manage such a hectic schedule only god knows?

2^nd student: This is nothing you know. After the 6 hour session she has at least a 4 hour session for herself in which she would practice the kind of moves we don' dare or rather we can't perform.

3rd student: Hey did you forget about the martial arts training she does every day. That itself is of more than 2 hours.

Everyone together: What a girl!

At this everyone starts laughing hard

At the Dean's office

Kria: May I enter sir

Dean: Hello Kria, how are you?

Kria: I am good sir, all is going well

Dean: So your next show is in India. I bet you would be extremely anxious and may be a little nervous performing there.

Kria: Yes I am kind of slightly nervous like before every show I perform but this time around the anxiety is quite a lot. I want the day to never come and also want to perform soon in India. So you can see I myself am not sure what more I want is.

Dean: By the way Kria, I want a favor from you.

Kria: (instantly) Yes Sir, what is I have to do?

Dean: There is a friend of mine in Mumbai who is the Principal of a college and wants to have a tie up with us to open a dance academy. I talked to all the trustees of the college all were interested in the proposal, but they want to send one of our student to go there and judge how good they are and conduct a workshop for the next 9 months teaching some styles which are taught here.

Kria: So you want is me to go and judge the students of that college. Sir I agree that the idea of the Dance academy and a tie up is very intriguing and brilliant but judging other dancers is something I won't be able to do.

Dean: I very well know that Kria. It's just the way of saying that you need to judge the students, it's nothing like that and I am extremely confident that the students there are extremely talented as the idea of the dance academy was of one of their student. But you need to go there, conduct workshops and teach the things you learnt in the United States and show a performance with a mix of both the culture towards the end to the trustees on behalf of which it would be decided whether the tie up is possible or not. And that's why I want you to go there as I have not seen a better teacher, dancer and a better choreographer than you.

Kria: Sir you flatter me. It would be a pleasure in being a part of such a project. When do I need to leave sir? And yes I can't go before tomorrow night as I have practice with everyone tomorrow till 9 PM.

Dean: Kria you should probably skip tomorrow's practice as your flight is at 1 AM that night, so you would need to leave by 10 PM at the latest.

Kria: Sir its fine I'll pack my bags today and after the practice tomorrow I'll straight away leave for the airport.

Dean: (smiling) there is no talking you out of this. Ok then you have been provided with the guest house near the St Louis College so it would be easy for you to reach the college.

Kria: (in a shock) St. Louis College! Is it where I have to go?

Dean: Yes is there a problem Kria?

Kria: (quickly) No problem sir it was just that that was my college when I was in Mumbai.

Dean: That's great isn't it Kria. Now you can go and meet your friends and now I am more optimistic of the tie up as that college produced a dancer like you then it must be good.

Kria: Oh yes sir there are some fabulous dancers there. That I can assure you of. Sir just one request don't tell anyone my name there till I reach there. Ok sir then I'll take your leave. Goodnight

Dean: OK and Goodnight beta (he sometimes called her beta after all he was friends with her family and did know some simple Hindi words)

Kria later at her home was thinking how she will face all her friends. She was pretty much sure that they would hate her, despise her. Then how was she going to work with them. She had decided not to let anyone know what happened to her so speaking the truth was out of the question. So to be rude and arrogant was what she had decided to be. But still the major concern was to make them work with her which would be one of the toughest ask in hand.

Meanwhile in Mumbai principal of the college calls the entire gang (this includes Tani as she is also an average dancer at best)

Principal: Good Morning guys

All: Good Morning

Principal: I have called you to inform you that a student from the New York School of Dance is arriving tomorrow morning at 10 AM. Though their dean said she doesn't like to take any help so asked us not to collect her. You should know she is the best dancer and student of that school and hence is extremely talented. She has won many competitions in New York and also won the best dancer as well as best choreographer award for the second year in a row last week at the New York Dance Fest. I hope you all will do your best to feel her comfortable at our school and cooperate with her in the workshops she'll be conducting. Just to warn you guys what I have been told her practice sessions are very harsh and I was also told that she might come to the college tomorrow itself

Rey: We would try our best to make her home and help conduct the workshops as smoothly as possible. But sir the journey from New York to Mumbai is a very long journey so I don't expect her to come to college tomorrow, so can we take a leave tomorrow and make some arrangements of welcoming her.

Principal: Unfortunately I was told by her dean to make sure that every one of you be there as he was pretty sure that she would show up in college tomorrow despite of telling her to take a day off and because she plans on presenting herself through her dance so you all need to be in the college in case she does really show up.

Gang: OK sir we'll take your leave, and be prepared to welcome her in our campus.

(I realized that I haven't mentioned the people in the gang. It is the same as the start of the show, no one has left and no one has entered except Taani)

In the canteen

Sharon: She looks like an extremely talented girl and very hard working. Do you really think she would show up tomorrow straight after such a long flight and that too present a dance performance?

Rey: Don't know about that but we should be prepared for a very tough practice routine if she is anything like what sir told us.

Swayam: Yes it might turn out to be a hectic few months. I just hope we can keep up.

To lighten up the tense mood Amar spoke up

Bharat: Take it lightly she is a normal girl how hard could she possibly work.

Vishakha: Yes dude it is just dance. It won't be that tough.

Amar: Yes we will rock and our dream will come true

Noticing it is not helping much Vicky and Nil decided to use their own trick

Vicky and Nil: Are yaar just hope she is damn hot.

To this they received a glare from Neha and Simmi and this definitely did the trick by lightening up the mood.
