The next morning around 10 AM
From the airport a girl with the sweetest smile, most beautiful face and a figure to die for came out to the luggage counter and as usual several eyes were gawking her which she had got used to cause in New York people openly flirted but here in India at least it was limited to just gawking. She took a taxi and reached home around 1 PM. All the time she was thinking how she would face the people she loved more than herself especially when she was quite sure that those very same people would not even want to see her face. She had decided to go to the college as soon as she reaches home because she was very aware of the fact that it was better to face something today than to keep postponing it for tomorrow. She freshened up and wore a knee length beautiful dress with matching shoes and slight to no makeup. She was quite aware of the visible marks of the wounds of the terrible night might get quite a few attentions so she had decided upon a reply in case any questions were raised about her injuries. She reached the college around 2 and while going to the Principal's office she overheard a conversation between two students who they thought would win the best couple award for which the nominations were soon to be voted. They were gushing that it would either be Sharon and Swayam or Reyaansh and Tanni. On hearing this she was filled with mixed emotions of happiness and sadness. She was happy that Swayam and Sharon did end up together and Rey too was able to move on, but a bit sad of the fact that she and Rey were never meant to be. She entered the Principal's office.
Principal: Come in
Kria: Good Afternoon sir
Principal: Kria!! You here, I mean you are the exchange student who has come from New York
Kria: Yes sir. I had to go to New York due to some personal reasons and I joined a dance school there.
Principal: you have done well for yourself. But how did you get all these wounds all over your body. (A bit worried) Did something happen?
Kria: Nothing interesting sir, it's just that there were few tribal dance styles I was learning in which you had to do a few stunts with sharp weapons like swords, knives. While learning those dances I had hurt myself a few times.
Principal: (though not fully convinced) you should not do such kind of stunts that can cause you a lot of pain and injury. Anyways what can I do for you?
Kria: I'll like to present myself with dance if it's ok with you. So if you could ask the entire dance team to gather in the auditorium would be really nice. And Sir I'll make the timetable for my workshops and give it to you by tomorrow.
Principal: ok Kria you go and prepare for your performance and I'll tell them to be in the auditorium in an hour.
Kria: Thank you sir, I'll take your leave now
After an hour
The entire gang has settled with excitement of what this student was going to bring on the stage and to know how amazing she really is.
(You can assume this performance to be like in the show.)
Note: she performed in the exact same attire as in the show except the fact that the mask she wore covered her entire face. Also the cut marks were visible as well.
Soon the performance started which they had been waiting to see for a while now. Everyone was so mesmerized in the performance that no one cared about anything else (forget about the marks on the body). The dance was performed with such elegance, grace, passion that words would fall short to express the beauty of the performer. All the kicks, twirls, steps may they be fast, hip hop or contemporary; they were performed with such command and were so clean that it almost felt like they were seeing a well-trained performer with lots of experience. For a moment everyone even forgot that the girl was of their age maybe a few months smaller than most of them.
As the performance ended, everyone stood up on their feet applauding, whistling and clapping like they had seen the performance of their life. But soon all was converted into a pin drop silence as soon as the name of the performer was revealed by the principal. Seeing the faces of the entire group he concluded that they may be shocked to see their friend after so long that they are dumbfounded and so he decided to leave them alone and catch up totally oblivious of the actual situation. As soon as he left everyone started to get back into senses and as they were about to speak Kria interrupted
Kria: Hello everyone. It's been so long hasn't it! It's so nice to see you again
Swayam: Yes it has been very long almost two years since you were done using us and ditched us.
Kria: (showing a face and speaking in a tone like she is mocking) Haw! Is this the way you greet your best friend whom you are seeing after two years. Am really disappointed. What happened to the sweet Swayam? No worries I'll show how you greet your friends.
She pretended to come and hug him but soon Sharon came in between
Sharon: Hey you stay away from him. And what did you say friends! you two sided bitch you don't deserve any friends and you were never actually friends with anyone you just pretended to be friends with them to destroy us. But look your plan backfired this united us and we are stronger than ever. And don't dare come near Swayam as a matter of fact near to anyone.
Kria: huh very defensive, so lover boy you actually did make her fall for you. Good work
She spoke with a smirk on her face and continued
Kria: And yes Sharon you are right that my actions might have made you all stronger but I have reached to an altogether new level. And as a matter of fact I am here to teach you all. Now that will be interesting.
Rey (till now he was quite trying to control his anger in front of Taani): You teach us. Never going to happen. We are way better than you and don't need any help from you to fulfill any of our dreams. It is better you leave India, you are not meant to be here.
Kria: Arey my love this is no way to talk to the person you love oops loved. And I am here and have no plans of leaving so like it or not you will be listening to me willingly or unwillingly.
To her statement she saw a change in a girl's expression who looked at Rey questionably and then Kria realized she may be Rey's girlfriend she heard and it appeared that she didn't know about her. This made her feel guilty of her last statement. But her statement provoked Rey and he spit out some harsh words at her.
(Note: I am focusing only on the conversations between Kria, Rey, Swayam and Sharon. The other members of the gang all so did spit out some angry words to which Kria replied she didn't care and mocking them further.)
Rey: You and be loved you are such a devil that no one should ever love you. I was punished for falling for such a heartless bitch but you don't deserve anyone, you deserve to be alone your entire life. You are a curse to anyone who knows you. I feel sorry for aunty that she has a daughter like you and it would be lucky for her if you disappear from her life or she gets a chance to disappear from yours. You know what I wish you were dead.
He let out his anger not even realizing what he was saying. The anger that had been buried in his soul for two long years now came out in the form of these bitter words. Everyone realized that it had gone a bit too far and thought it would be better to leave before the situation gets any worse. All calmed Rey and turned to leave. Kria felt those words prick her heart but she knew that she would have to hear all that and was anticipating it to be just the beginning. She swayed these feelings aside by acknowledging that the first part of her plan was done which was to make them take out their frustrations on her but know was the most crucial element of her plan and that was to convince everyone to work with her. But first she had to reply to the rude comment by Rey as she needed to maintain her character as a bold and cold hearted person. Kria crossed them and locked the door of the auditorium and spoke.
Kria: where do you guys think you are going? I am not finished yet. You have spoken enough and now it's my turn. You dare not say anything about me or my mother. You know what if I want I can beat you in anything with my eyes closed. You don't know me a single bit. Like you said I pretended to be someone I was not with all of you hence it means you have never seen the real Kria. And I will make sure you see and taste the anger and attitude of the real Kria. The tie up was introduced because you wanted it, it is because of you I am here. Principal Sir pulled a lots of strings to arrange this tie up along with the dean of my school. If the tie up is vanquished it would cause bad name to your college and mark my words I don't plan to let the efforts of the two go in waste and thus this tie up is going to go as planned. Besides this is the only way your dream of opening a dance academy can be achieved. So basically you don't have any choice here.
The hate had blinded their senses and thus they could not think straight. The only thing they were reciprocating to was their anger filled hearts.
Rey: You wanna bet. I am going to open the academy without your help and I am going to go and talk to the principal Sir and tell him that we can't work with you.
Kria knew once this reaches Principal Sir, it won't take time to reach Ney York and then that would mean the tie up is all but over and so is the dream of all her friends. So she had to do something. For such drastic situations there was need for drastic methods.
Kria: Are you scared that if I stay you'll fall for me all over again (and then looking at others) and you all will realize that you are out of the league to ever compete with me. I can understand this as I am actually irresistible and no one can ever compete with me. This all explains your actions of not wanting me to stay here.
Now this did catch every one's attention and made them hell angry.
Rey: Fall for you all over again. You know I fell for you because I thought you are someone who stood for weak and could do anything for her friends, but you turned out to be totally opposite to what I thought. I can never fall for a girl like you. And we are better than you can ever be. You know why because we have a heart which you clearly don't and the dance that comes from heart is more beautiful and serene than anything else.
Kria: Really you think you all are better than me then let's have a competition. You can put any conditions and any rules for the competition on me I really don't care but if I win you all will attend the workshops and do as I say and whatever I say. And if you win I won't ask you to do anything and you will be free to do whatever you want during the workshop hours and this way the tie up would also not be affected. You know what; if you win you all can ask me to do one thing whatever it may be and wherever you want. I'll do it with no excuses. Sounds interesting?
After a pause
Kria: This is your chance to humiliate me and still fulfill your dreams but be aware as I never lose and I won't this time also. And once I win which I will you would have no choice but to listen to me. You all are free to back off from the challenge as I can understand the fear of facing me. I would not want to face me if I were you.
She spoke emphasizing on the last line.
