Sanyukta's POV
AAa!!
I hope my scream didn't wake everyone! Phew! What the hell was that? It wasn't a nightmare. It wasn't a nightmare of that bas***d. Infact it was just the opposite of that! It was a sweet, romantic, mushy kind of dream which send a girl straight into the land of fairy tales where you meet your Prince Charming. And it was same for me. It was a blissful dream. Until...I saw the face of my Prince Charming. It was none other than ''The MCP''. Yes. I saw Randhir in my dream, and that too on a date! And we kissed! Eeeww!! So then obviously it turned into a nightmare for me. Even thinking about it makes me feel like throwin up. Sanyukta. Now really. You need to clear your mind of any thoughts about Randhir. God!! Din mein kya voh kum nazar aata hai jo ab sapne mein bhi dikhne laga hai? Aur poore din kya voh kum tung nahi karta jo ab neend bhi udaane laga hai. Gosh. I need to sleep. A dreamless sleep.
(End of Sanyu's POV. Up ahead-No ones POV)
----------Next Morning------------------
The bright sun rays from the sun gently sprayed across Sanyukta's face as morning dawned. Sanyukta woke up, trying to shield herself from the glowing sunrays, with he rhands. She felt happy today. And determined too! She was determined to keep all her ''dainty-darling'' problems like spraining her foot, aside and even rid her mind of any ''mush-mood'' thoughts about Randhir. All she wanted to do was to go ahead with Vardhan sir's task, and find out what tasks were in store for them! She quickly bathed and due to the scorching hot climate, wore a noodle strap kurti in light blue, with a white patiala. She then went to the kitchen and started cooking breakfast. As she put the cooker with rice on the stove, she noticed someone in the front balcony/terrace. To her surprise, it was Randhir. He was doing push ups there, without a shirt. She had to admit, he had a damn hot body! He had strong, muscular arms and a well built body. She would have kept staring and day-dreaming about him, had the pressure cooker whistle not chosen that particular moment to blow. She stopped ogling at him and went back to cooking... just in time, as Randhir turned to look at her. Sanyukta tied her hair up in a bun as the kitchen was getting warmer and warmer by each passing minute. She packed the fried rice in a tiffin so they could eat it during their journey instead of wasting time in a dhaba. She then cooked sandwiches and arranged them on the table for breakfast. All this time Randhir kept looking at her. With her hair tied up in a bun she looked hot, Randhir thought. He could see a few strands of hair falling on her eyes and all he could think was that she looked angelic! The love bite marks on her neck had more or less healed but were still visible if you looked closely. The hand imprints on her cheeks had dissappeared except for one, which managed to still remain and mark her plump right cheek. Randhir suddenly snapped out of his thoughts as he heard Sanyukta shouting for everyone to wake up. he quickly went inside his room to wake jiggy and the others. Soon everyone woke up and assembled in the dining hall. Sanyukta had fallen asleep last night, by the time the others had returned from the beach. So Randhir had told them everything that had happened. Kaustaki, Parth and all the others, asked Sanyukta if she felt better now and she replied by saying that she is perfectly fine and that they should now concentrate on Vardhan sir's task. They all agreed and finished their breakfast.
K:(whispering to Sanyu) Sanyu, tum andar chalo. Mein tumhaare in marks pe concealer laga deti hu.
S:Chee!! No way Kaustaki. Makeup!... Never!
K: I know you hate make up but you cant walk around wuth a slap imprint on your..(pauses suddnely as she realises what she has said)...OMG! Sanyu, I am so sorry. I didnt mean it in that way. So sorry.
S: Its okay Kaustaki. You're right anyways. Chal lets go.
The two girls departed to their room. Randhir had heard the entire conversation and was amused at th farzi's behaviour. This was the first girl he knew, who didn't like makeup 😛
Soon everyone took a taxi to the field. Sanyukta's cheek looked much better now. God knows what magic the makeup did!😛😉
--------------At the field---------------
Soon they reached the field and started exploring it. Beside the field they spotted a river which was covered with dense forests on the other bank. They crossed the field and reached the river.
J: Arrey Randhir bhai! Ab kya kare? Nadi ke dusre kinaare kese pohuche?
Yoyo: Oh tussi kesi baat kar rahe ho? Tairke(swim) paar karenge aur ke? Oh jiggy paaji, tussi sahi mein bade bewakoof ho 😉 (laughs)
S: Shutup yoy! Stupid toh tum ho. Agar hum swim karenge toh kapde geele nahi ho jaenge?
K: Sanyukta is right. And even this bag I'm carrying, with all the food and water, will get wet. We cannot swim across the river.
R: Oh just shutup! Yoyo. Humaare saath ladkiyaan hai. Hum swim nahi kar sakte.
S: Oh hello? Excuse me? Tumhe kya lagta hai, ki ladkiyon ko tairna nahi aata?
P: Guys please. Suno, voh clue mein likha tha ki cross the river..
R:(cuts Parth off) Oh Genius! Yeh toh hume pehle se pata hi nahi tha!(Sarcastically)
P: Pehle poori baat sun toh lo. Clue mein bata gaya tha ki cross the river. But specifically yeh toh mention nahi kiya tha, ki swim karna hai? Agar cross karne ko kaha hai, toh koi na koi raasta zaroor hoga. Chalo nadi ke side by sid ewalk karte hai. Ho sakta hai ek bridge mil jaae.
R: (Smirls) You and your looser ideas. Apna bheja kyun fry...
S:(Cuts Randhir off😛) You're right Parth. Lets search for a way to cross this river.
Randhir reluctantly follows the troop with an angry face.😡
Soon...
S: Guys! Yeh dekho! Bridge toh nahi mila but in rocks ko dekho. Ek dusre ke kaafi close hai. Hum inke upar se jump karke nadi ke dusre bank par pohuch sakte hai.
All the studnets turned to look at the huge rocks which were set in the river. The rocks rose above the surface of the water and so everyone agreed to Sanyukta's idea.
First Yoyo jumped along the rocks and reached the other side. Then Jiggy, followed by Kaustaki. Next Randhir started jumping with Sanyukta behind him. However, midway across the rocks, Sanyukta's ankle started hurting from all the jumping. Her foot slipped...and she shouted the first name that came to her mind.. RANDHIR!! Randhir turned around to see Sanyukta loosing her balance. He jumped to the previous rock. Parth was on the stone behind Sanyukta and he offered his hand to help her but his hand was swiftly pushed aside by Randhir who jumped on to the rock from which Sanyukta was slipping. He caught hold of her hand and pulled he rup. Sanyukta crashed right into his chest.
R: Tum ladkiyaan sambhaal ke nahi chal sakti kya? Aur tumhe girne ki aadat hai kya?
S: just shutup. thanks for saving me but maine tumhe bola tha kya mujhe bachaane ke liye? Mcp kahikaaa...
Sanyukta stretched the letter 'a' into a scream. In their regular interest to bicker and prove each other better than the other, they had failed to notice that the rock they were standing on, was too small for both of them to stand. Both their feet had slipped and Sanyukta grabbed hold of randhir's hand as they screeched and fell into the water, hand in hand, with a noisy splash. They kept splashing their hands in an attempt to swim but soon their head dissappeared beneath the water. All their team mates screamed. Nobody knew, how deep the water was.
