God! This was some update!
The chapter was totally in the spirit of Valentine's day!
Coz today khushi definitely seemed to be a girl in love! A girl madly, passionately, unconditionally n irrevocably in love with her husband!
Can she even fall more in love with him? Can she evn do more for him then she has already done? Can she give herself more to this relationship as she has already given!
Her dedication, her unconditional n unwavering love for him, her need to replace all the pain, unhappiness, sad moments n memories from his life with new ones as she got to know the truth and extent of arnav's mother's betrayal simply makes you love n respect her more n more!
Arnav is damn lucky ya! I mean she even gave up her friendhip with Raichands fr him! Gave up age old bonds for her life long bond with him! She is too giving ya! Though i understand that what khushi has done is right given the fragile state of their relationship, n Arnav's wavering trust in her, however i would want Arnav to encourage khushi to renew her friendship with them once their bond becomes stronger! Arnav need to understand relationships that are important enough for her should be respected n shud be tolerable fr him too! If not important enough!
I hope he will do the right thing one day!!!
Coming to the birthday boy! Well may be in comparison to khushi Arnav's efforts may look puny, but atleast the guy is making some efforts! It would be wrong to expect from him to down the protective walls erected after been the recipient of betrayal for most part of his life n from his very own mother in favour of only three months of realtionship with his doting wife! He has seen too much disrust n disloyalty manipulations to let his guard down for anyone! If mother can betray then y not wife? But still th guy has taken big leaps of faith. His love for khushi is manifested in his small gestures liking kissing her senseles, letting her do things for him, even staying bk on his birthday! The guy is doing is bit! It may not seem enough but he will do better once he is able to fully trust her.
N its good to see them getting physically intimate with each other n even more heartening to see taking equal pleasure in it and participating with so much enthusiasm!!
N finally Arnav will get the best birthday gift of his life! If if n if there are no interruptions ! In any form! No phn calls/ sudden bout of irrationality/ no names taken or things hurled at each other! Just pure love n ahem ahem!!!
One more thing i have to ask, which i have always found weird. Y do girls knot the tie n adjust it for men! Its a men garment rit which women rarely wear so how do they know how to knot it or more inportantly why do women do it? Have u seen men doing saree pleats for women! I have nvr understood this ! Everytime i see a scene in movie/ serial/ read it i find it strange!
