Awesome. All they needed to do was to talk to each other. Loved the TS so much.

Wow that was BRILLIANT. 👏👏👏

You totally made me (and I think many other readers too) to get on wrong path after reading first part.
What a turnaround from my perspective and what I had expected to come in second part. And also what a change in style of writing compared to first part, changing between past and present and then specially in the way you made Khushi asks her question to Arnav, showing the similarity of the situations then and now.

Why did you leave Arnav?"

'Why do you still leave me?' he also heard.

Why did you run away from me so?"

And Arnav also heard the unvoiced question, 'Why do you still run away?'

But why did you act so cold that day?"

Why are you still cold to me?' is what he also heard.

Why did you stop?"

He also heard, 'Why do you still stop?'

Each time it was just brilliant, the kind of this reiteration somehow made me feel, that I'm reading a poetry.

So SG had planned it since his daughter's b'day to play matchmaker between Arnav and Khushi. Good man and good choice. 😃

One more thing I want to highlight is, what you have written as Khushi's reply on Arnav's conclusion.

"Why don't you get it, Khushi? Don't be mistaken, I noticed your look when you entered this house for the first time, whenever we go out to make purchases, I see you looking wistfully at things I can't afford, I..."

"I, I, I! What about me? I looked at this house and I will be honest with you, I was taken by surprise, I am only human but then I looked at you... you were besides me and the world may go to hell for all I care. Give me the best of the houses and leave me there without you and it is pointless. Bring me every material good in this world and if you aren't there to share it with me then it is pointless. If that is all I wanted from life, then Babuji has still kept my bank account active. But what my husband provides for me is more than enough. It is his love which he guards so dearly is what I actually crave for." Khushi held both his hands in hers and looked at him for understanding.

Wonderful, it couldn't have been explained better, what Arnav means to her. And the rest after was just Arshi we know, love and love to see/read.

I hope to have the privilege to read more stories in future written by you.

Ehmm, just one last question. What does AU stand for? 😕

RES! :)
Haye rabba! You just got me there😆 Popat zala😳

So it was a kind of role reversal, Arnav belonged to middle class family and Khushi was the princess, I liked this change! But the essence of their character was same:) May be ASR wasn't arrogant like our IPK but he was still a budhhu in matters of love:P Khushi was cute, adorable and sensible as always!

She was madly in love with him but she avoided her Aww poor ArHi❤️
I am glad that Khushi put some sense into our budhhu ASR😛

Keep writing:)

PS: sorry for being so late!😔

Wow this was amazing and mind blowing second part, I absolutely loved it.

You definitely took me by surprise and I'm loving the twist, which I'm sure only a wonderful writer like you can achieve.

Love the fact you reversed there characters and I love how whilst having the conversation they remembered the past moments and encounters.

Awww bless Arnav is such a sweet, caring and respectable person and he did not want to marry Khushi as he did not think he was good enough and could not provide for her financially.

Arnav's respect and pride was shown as being very important in the story and he wanted Khushi to hate him but khushi's love and dedication did not let her back off.

The last scene was perfect, Khushi is just so sweet all she requested from Arnav was love and it's a shame we did not get a detailed version of the love, lol but I love the awesome dialogue Arnav used.

The two shot has been a fantastic and brilliant read, written exceptionally well.

Can I be honest I read the first part a few times and I did think it might not be linked to the forced marriage track as it did not include anything about Shyam and also you don't ever write anything linked to any of the tracks from the show and I think the same goes for your sister.

I think I have learnt a valuable lesson from your two shot is that if the start has Arnav being cruel to Khushi I should not assume that it is based on the forced contract.

By the way what does AU stand for?

Also my birthday is on the 14th of October, hint hint lol.

Thanks for writing this two shot and the PM xx

Liked reading this story of Arnav with an inferiority complex married to a rich and Harvard educated Khushi. Why should Khushi always be the poor one?
Arnav's values and his feeling of being somexhat inferior to Khushi stopped him from owning up to his love for her.
Liked the way Khushi accepted him the way he was.
And then he at last owned up to loving her.
Beautiful ending.

I really didn't wish to comment right now, because for all i know, my words right now, won't be able to tell what i am actually feeling. But since i no longer am sure of my schedule and i don wanna be late, here goes the comment:

All the questions and demands were made, because we all could see that this is a certain Rasgulla_sp writing the story, who can gve all the answers in the language of IpK and who like Khushi, keeps her promises. And Gullible or not, i still would say, our demands and requests have just innocent wishes behind them, nothing bad.;)

coming to the chapter:

A night of revelations it was indeed,
in getting all her answers, she finally did successed.
He was earth and she was the sky,
he walked while she flew high. Their worlds are set apart,
it was only thing he reminded himselfsince the start.
But heart knows language,
it beats on its own, irrespective of caste, status, money or age.
Seeing her on the first day and working with her after,
It was for him, his personal disaster.
As heart won't listen to him and he to his heart,
He never wished for her to be his part.
Being his, for him, meant loss to her,
there wasn't anything he could give her.
She was the princess while he was a commoner,
she had her family with her, while he was a loner.
She was meant to be with someone big and profound.
For him, she wasn't even meant to have him around.
Yet te fates had it planned another way,
It was Shashi testing him, standing by the bay.
He offered a deal so crude, that Arnav was lost,
Did he just put Khushi's Happiness on cost?
The guilt made me cold,
made him say the words, he often told.
Marriage for him, as to see her settle along, if she could,
Or else, he was to leave her and that he would.
He loved her, only to see her having it all.
While all she wanted was his love and things so small.
For him, they weren't meant to be,
For her, they had to be together, as we see.
For him, it was her above all,
For her, it was 'Them' afterall.
It wasn't as big as it seemed.
Just a small wish, that came true.
A dream that had just me and You!
For all the troubles, their lies a solution somewhere,
just a little bit of this and little bit of that here and there.
Life becomes if, if it has Lover has Loved and the loved did Love,
because for one thing money can't buy is Love.
Above love is the respect, morals, honesty and heardwork he had.
The big heart, dazzling smile and the power to endure, she had!

Finally.. Pyaar ki ye raat hai,bas tera mera saath hai..
Ab,aaj, iss din.. Se hum tum saath hain.
Mere haathon mein tera haath hai.

It isn't about differences we have,
its about our perspectives towards what we have in common.:)

P.S. : I should have provided a lenght alert in beginning. *Sorry i tend to sway*

P.P.S: I can remind you, and you don't have to make any promises, ho gaya to theek, nahi to aise bhi chalta hai :)

P.P.P.S: Keep writing, accha lagta hai and bohat zyada special bhi.

P.P.P.P.S: after FS, another story in which i could both smie and cry by the end :')

I couldn't help laugh at my implication of this story in the first chapter.

So the difference in their status has been keeping Arnav away from Khushi.

Amazing way of comparing past with the present:

Khushi asking why he left her and Arnav reveling that he fell in love with her at first sight and it scared him.

He ran away then & now because he thought he wasn't the right one for her😔

And behaved cold / is cold to her because he can't offer riches..but all Khushi wants is his love. The way Khushi explained to Arnav that all the money and wealth is worthless if she doesn't have him with her is adorable, loved it ❤️
