Chapter 1: First Sight

It had been 2 weeks since Sharon had left, and Swayam was still lost and upset. Everyone had tried to cheer him up, but nothing worked. Rey tried to get him to dance again, but that didn't work. Taani made him all his favorite dishes and tried cheering him up by getting him gifts. Nothing worked. Taani was just about to go to the rehearsal hall when she got a call from the VP sir.
VP-Please get your whole gang to my office because I have an important announcement.
Taani-yes sir.
She walked to the RH and told them that they had to go to VP's office. They all made their way there and met him in his office.
VP-okay, so I have a new assignment for your professional group.
Taani-umm sir, why have I been called here?
VP-because this is a different assignment. This assignment is for a wedding. But not only the wedding, but the Engagement, the Mehendi, The Sangeet and the Wedding as well. And it's not just performing, it is also helping to organize the wedding.
Rey-umm sir it seems like a lot
VP-yes, but I know you can handle it.
Taani-sir, who's wedding is it?
VP-mine!
Gang-WHAT?!?!?!
VP-what? I am getting married, why is that so shocking?
Rey-no, but I didn't know you were in a relationship.
VP-I was, and I think you know her as well.
TaaRey-we do???
???-yes you do.
The gang turned to the door and saw a face that they never thought they would see again.
GANG-Kushboo ma'am!!!
Kushboo-hello guys, miss me?
Taani-but ma'am, since when you and sir'
Kushboo-together, for quite some time. But we didn't want to reveal to you.
VP-and now we are finally getting married
Rey-congrats sir and ma'am
VP&Kushboo-thanks
VP-we want to help with the ceremonies and performance, because we know you can handle it
Taani-I would love to help

Aashi-me too
Simmi & Rinni-US TOO
The guys saw all their girls excited and immediately agreed.
VP-okay so the engagement ceremony has actually been taken care off, but you guys are all invited, so just come to this address tonight. They all agreed and went to find Swayam to tell him. When the did find him, he looked sad. So they all took a step back, except for TaaRey.
Taani-seriously guys???
Rey-you do it!
Taani-no you!
Rey-no you!
Taani-no you!
Rey-Taani!!!
Taani-Rey!!!
Swayam-what do you guys want?
They both looked at him. Taani took a small step forward.
Taani-umm bhai, the VP sir is getting married to Kushboo ma'am
Swayam-WHAT?
Taani-I know we were shocked too, but anyway they want us to help them organize the wedding and they want your team to perform at the ceremonies.
Rey-they want us, to perform at the ceremonies.
Taani looked at him. He gave her a reassuring look.
Swayam-that's cool, so where is it?
Taani-umm the he gave us the address we don't really have to do anything tonight for the Engagement, but we should go tonight!
Swayam-okay, so we'll meet everyone else there.
Taani-okay
Swayam left and everyone sighed. It was going to be a long week.
*Later that evening*
The gang were ready and just waiting for TaaYam to arrive, Rey was getting restless. Where were they? He looked at the entrance and his jaw dropped. There stood his girlfriend, looking more beautiful than ever.
Taani's Outfit:

TaaYam walked towards them.
Swayam-sorry, we're late, but Ms. I don't have anything to wear. Took ages.
Rey-it was worth it
Taani blushed and Swayam glared at Rey. Rey flinched, but smiled at Taani. They led the gang, while walking hand in hand, towards the engagement. They were greeted by Mayank (VP sir) and Kushboo.
Mayank-hey guys so glad you could make it.
Taani-I'm glad we came, you guys look great.
Kushboo-as you do!!!
Mayank-now there is someone very important I want you to meet.
Rey-who sir?
Mayank-my daughter Maya. She is going to help you organize this wedding. She has been through a rough past 6 months, so just be gentle with her.
Taani-of course sir
Vicky-where is she?
Mayank-right there!
He pointed towards a beautiful girl. Their jaws dropped. They were expecting a younger girl, not someone who was the same age as them. Swayam was the most shocked. She was gorgeous, with the dark kajal outlining her deep brown eyes, and her pale pink painted lips perfectly curved. Her Kurti fitted her perfectly, and showed her curves.
Maya's Outfit

Maya-Arre bhaisab, not there. Over here. Oye you, am I paying you to spill or serve? Please hurry up with that. Our guests are arriving already.
Mayank-oh god! She is such a busy body. Maya, beti, ither ao.
Maya made her way over to the gang.
Mayank-this is Maya, my daughter. She has just returned from the US. Where she has been living for the past 3 years.
Maya-so my Hindi kind of sucks!
Mayank-Maya, this is the D3 gang.
Maya-oh, I've heard a lot about you guys. You're really cool.
Swayam-thanks.
Mayank-they are here to help you organize everything.
Maya-there is really no need. I can handle it.
Rey-we would love to help.
Vicky-and we're getting paid.
Mayank-that they are!
Maya-wow, why aren't you paying me?
Mayank-because unfortunately for you, I am your father.
Maya-yes I know'anyway I have to get back to work. But it's great to meet you guys.
Maya waved at them and walked away. They gang just stared after her.

Amar-how?
Mayank-what do you mean?
Taani-I think that you look too young to have such an older daughter.
Mayank-well she isn't actually mine. She is adopted. She was an orphan, so I adopted her.
Girls-aww so sweet
Mayank-thank you. She doesn't know. Don't tell her. I have told you this secret, in confidence. Her heart will break if she ever finds out.
Taani-of course we will never tell anyone. It's your personal issue, we won't mention it ever.
Rey-yup.
Kushboo-okay no more seriousness, let's enjoy. I am getting engaged today!
They all cheered and went to the main hall.
Maya-okay, everyone. It's time to celebrate the rishte of my darling father, Mayank Dixit and his future wife, and my future mother, Kushboo. So who's ready to celebrate.
Everyone cheered for the couple and watched as they exchanged engagement rings to make things official. The gang watched how happy everyone was, especially Maya. They felt bad knowing that Maya was going through a bad time. They then watched as the music started and Maya started dancing.
Baari Barsi-Band Baaja Baraat
The gang watched her danced, and were shocked that she could dance so well. She also looked so happy, it was amazing. The most surprised was Swayam, he hadn't seen anyone look this sweet and cute while dancing since'well you know who. They watched her as she danced and in the end they clapped for her. After the ceremony everyone went home. Swayam fell asleep thinking about how Maya reminded him of Sharon.

Chapter 2: Mehendi Laga Ke Rakhna

Recap: Gang finds out that VP sir and Kushboo ma'am are getting married. They meet Maya, VP's daughter, and learn some shocking things about her.

Maya was up early that morning, she wanted the Mehendi ceremony to be perfect. She made sure that there were enough ladies so that everyone could get their Mehendi done in time, and it wouldn't take so long. She was so busy that she didn't even realize that the other girls had arrived.
Taani-umm Maya, do you need any help?
Maya-oh yes please! I need help with snacks. I need someone to call the caterers. They were supposed to be here 30 minutes ago!
Rinni-we'll do that, right Simmi?
Simmi-of course.
Maya-thank you so much guys. Can one of you help organize the Mehendi stations? We need to set up at least 5. Each station should have 5 tubes, and the rest is already there.
Neha-Aashi and Neha will be doing that
Maya-thanks guys.
Taani-and me
Maya-you can help me finish the decorations. I was supposed to have help, but they all bailed on me.
Taani-sure, anyway I love weddings and everything about them.
Maya-Me too, I am just glad that my dad is finally getting married. But I still think that Kushboo is too young to be a mother. I even think my own dad is too young to be a dad.
Taani-that is true
Maya-*laughs* everyone tells him that. Even I told him that. He thinks I don't know.
Taani-he thinks you don't know what.
Maya-that I am adopted.
Taani dropped the plate she was carrying. She was shocked, how could Maya know?
Maya-what? You didn't know?
Taani-no, your dad told us yesterday. But he thinks you don't know.
Maya-I found out before I went to the US. It was kind of why I left to the US. I'm not mad at him for not telling me, I mean I kind of understand. If I was in his place I wouldn't have told me. But I was upset, so I decided it was good to get away from India for some time.
Taani-I understand! It must have been hard when you found out.
Maya-it was, but it happened when I was really little so I didn't really know my real parents. I mean I guess I do feel sad that I never knew them, but since I didn't really know them I can't exactly be mad or miss them.
Taani-haan, but what did you go to the US for?
Maya-I went to study. I studied Dance and the Arts.
Taani-wow really? You should come and see the D3 gang dance sometime. They are amazing.
Maya-Oh I know, my dad showed me the video of I think it was Rey, Swayam, Nil and Aashi dancing. I thought it was amazing.
Taani-the whole gang is amazing.
Maya-I hope so, because you guys will be the only ones I know, when I join St. Louis.
Taani-oh so you're joining St. Louis?
Maya-ya, after the wedding, I won't have anything to do. So my dad got me admission in St. Louis where he could keep an eye on me? I had a bit of an accident 6 months ago and I am still kind of not over it, so he wants to make I am okay.
Taani-you don't have to talk about it!
Maya-thanks. Maybe I will tell you in sometime, but honestly I just want to find some good friends and have fun.
Taani-well then you have the best gang ever. Vicky, Nil. Bharat & Amar are like the biggest jokers you will ever meet. Rey & bhai are also pretty big jokers, but they are more serious.
Maya-bhai?
Taani-oh sorry, Swayam is my cousin brother but I call him bhai.
Maya-oh, cool. I loved playing pranks. I used to always play pranks with my friend Var. . . . with my friend.
Taani-and the girls are pretty cool. Neha and Aashi's English is not amazing, but you can usually understand what they say. Aashi is really quiet and sweet. Neha bohot filmy hai. Simmi and Rinni are kind of like the populars, since they were best friends with Sharon.
Maya-who's Sharon?
Taani-oh she used to be here. She left like 2 and a half weeks ago. She was Bhai's girlfriend and Rey's best friend. I used to call her Bhabi just to annoy her.
Maya-*laughs* that's nice.
Taani-just don't mention her in front of bhai, he is still sensitive.
Maya-of course not.
Taani-and you have me. I am the GS of St. Louis. Rey is AGS, and bhai is ACS. Aashi is CS.
Maya-so which boys are off limits? Not that I am interested, I just don't want to get in trouble by getting close to someone.
Taani-well Vicky and Neha are in love with each other but Vicky refuses to admit it. They broke up over some misunderstanding, but they are very possessive over each other. Vicky keeps trying to use Aashi to make Neha jealous, and it is really working. So I recommend you stay away from Vicky.
Maya-noted, any others?
Taani-umm there might be something between Simmi and Nil but I'm not sure. Amar and Rinni definitely like each other. Bharat and Aashi are close, but I think Aashi has a crush on bhai still.
Maya-that leaves Swayam & Rey.
Taani-Rey you can hang out with and get close to, but no falling in love because he is mine.
Maya-*giggles* noted. Swayam?
Taani-honestly, since his break up with Sharon he has been sad and lost, so we all have tried to give him some space. He still seems sad and lost.
Maya-I know how he feels.
Taani-you do?
Maya-umm long story. Maybe I will tell you another time.
Taani-no need to rush
Maya-thanks.
They continued working till the evening. Finally the guests all started to arrive. While the girls were getting their Mehendi done the boys were trying to sneak in.
Swayam-guys I am telling you once more this is a bad idea. Last time we did it, we got caught. This time were again going to get caught.
Rey-chodo na Swayam, I want to see my princess. I mean my Taani. I mean Taani.
Swayam-*glares at him* Her name is Taani.
Rey-I know.
Swayam-this is still a bad idea.
Vicky-arre Swayam, chill. At least this time we are not dressed like girls.
Swayam-we're still going to get killed.
Nil-only if we get found out.
Maya-like you have been now
The boys turned and saw Maya standing there. She was looking as gorgeous as usual here.

The boys jaws dropped, but then they snapped out of it when they saw her glare.
Boys-RUN!!!
Maya-DON'T. EVEN. THINK. ABOUT. IT.
They all freeze like soldiers.
Maya-what are you guys doing here?
Vicky-well.
Nil-you see

Maya-wanted what?
Rey-oh god guys. Tell her the truth. We just wanted to see our girls. Well I wanted to see my girlfriend T-
Maya-Taani
Rey-how did you know?
Maya-I spent the whole day with her, I know much more than you think I do.
Rey-and know I am scared.
Maya-you should be! But wait here. Do you want me to get Taani for you?
Rey-no I want to surprise her.
Maya-okay then follow me and do not make any noise. All of you.
They all followed her. Swayam was amazed by her understanding and confidence. She was just like Sharon, but she seemed to be hiding something. Maya led them behind many curtains then stopped behind where the girls were getting their Mehendi done.
Maya-okay Taani is at the first station. Rinni and Simmi are at the 3^rdstation. Neha and Kushboo are at the 4^th station and Aashi is at the 2^ndstation.
All the boys sprung to their destination, leaving Swayam behind.
Maya-umm do you want anything?
Swayam-oh no need to take any trouble!
Maya-it's really no trouble.
Swayam-I'm fine
Maya-okay, so. . . .
Swayam-so you are doing a really nice job with the wedding!
Maya-thanks, I mean it's my dad's wedding. I want it to be perfect.
Swayam-so are you going to St. Louis after this?
Maya-ya, I will. My dad wants to keep an eye on me. I have been through a lot over the last 1 year.
Swayam-oh okay.
Maya-anyway, I better go to see whether everything is going okay!
Swayam-ya I should make sure that the boys don't do anything stupid
They both walked past each other, and felt a little weird. Maya looked back and saw Swayam walking away so she turned forward. A minute later Swayam looked back and saw Maya walking away. There was something going on here, but no one knew what it was. Meanwhile Taani was getting her Mehendi done.
Mehendi Artist (MA)-Do you have anything specific that you want done?
Taani- I want a really sweet and elegant pattern.
MA-okay ma'am. And do you want me to write any name or initials of a lover or anything?
But before Taani could answer, another voice answered for her.
Rey-yes RS
Taani-ya how did you know?
Taani turned around and saw Rey standing behind her. She was shocked.
Taani-Rey? Aap? Yahan?
Rey-haan?
Taani-kyun
Rey-I wanted to see my girlfriend, and I might say she is looking amazing.

Taani blushed.
Rey-haye!
Taani-Rey, go from here. What if someone else sees you?
Rey-oh Maya knows I'm here. She is the one who led me to you.
Taani-what?
Rey-ya, she is really nice.
Taani-she is.
Rey-she said, you guys spent the day together.
Taani-ya, she is really sweet and kind. She would do anything for anyone else. She has been through a rough time.
Rey-like what?
Taani-she wouldn't tell me, but it is none of my business. Now go from here.
Rey-not until I see my name on your palms.
Taani-thik hai. Di, please write RS in the middle of my palms.
MA-Yes ma'am.
Rey watched as Taani got his name on her palms. Once the lady had finished she got up and walked away. Rey took Taani's hand.
Rey-you look amazing Taani.
Taani-thank you Rey. Now leave!
Rey-I don't want to.
Taani-REY!
But before Rey could reply they hear a huge commotion. They went towards the noise. They saw their gang arguing.
Taani-Arre, what's going on here?
Rey-guys!
Nil-look at them! They are shouting at us.
Neha-why you boys here? Just like last time.
Aashi & Taani-Last time?
Rey-um. . . . uh
Taani-what did you guys do last time?
Rey-well two of our teachers were getting married. And we kind of sneaked into the girls performance. . . . umm dressed as girls.
Taani-WHAT?!?! Rey how could you be so stupid?
Maya-woah!!! What's going on here?
Taani-how could you let them in?
Maya-well he was so eager to see you I couldn't say no. I know true love when I see it.
Taani blushed and Rey put his arm around Taani's waist.
Swayam-Rey. Hand.
Rey moved his hand away. Maya smiled at this.
Maya-okay guys calm down.
Kushboo-what is going on here? And why are you boys here?
Swayam-umm Ma'am you see
Rey-well we
Simmi-they snuck in to the ceremony. This is the second time.
Nil-chill Simmi, don't overreact as usual.
Simmi-excuse me? As usual.
Kushboo-I feel a girls vs. boy fight coming on.
Maya-me too mom.
Kushboo-join me Maya, and see how these guys settle their fights.
Rey-I know what she means!

The girls stand opposite the boys. The music started.

When it comes to 3:43 in the song then Maya gets up and starts dancing. The girls join here. At the end of the song she turns and bumps into Swayam. They just have a LLHH for a few moments but then Maya looks away and walks to Kushboo.

Chapter 3

Recap: TaaYa (Taani & Maya) have a sweet convo. TaaRey cute scenes while Taani gets Mehendi done. Boys vs. Girls and SwaYa (Swayam & Maya) have a cute LLHH.

Maya had been stressed that morning because today was the sangeet and she had not planned a dance at all. She was now hoping that the D3 gang had a dance planned. That evening when they came she pulled them to the side.
Maya-please say you guys have a dance planned.
Vicky-NO! We thought you would!
Maya-oh no! I am such a failure! I couldn't even think of a dance.
Taani-Maya calm down, we can think of something. I mean these guys are the best at thinking of a dance.
They all stood their thinking. But their thoughts were interrupted by a group of guys.
Random Guy (RG1)-Hey Maya, let's start the Sangeet.
Maya-I'm just coming now!
RG2-By the way you are looking amazing.
He stared at her longingly and then looked at Taani.

Taani and Maya start to feel uncomfortable. Rey comes in front of Taani.
Rey-Hi I'm Rey, her boyfriend.
RG2-Oops sorry. No offense, I didn't know. But you Maya, you know I always think you look hot.
Maya-um thanks Rohan.
Swayam could sense that she was uncomfortable and stood a little in front of her. Rohan got the signal and walked away with the guys.
Maya-thanks, but you didn't need to do that!
Maya looked down and walked towards the rest. They all followed her. A girl grabbed the mike.
Girl-hey guys my name is Jaya. I am from the bride's side. So we want to challenge the people from the groom's side to a dance-off what do you say?
The crowd cheered. The gang got interested.
Jaya-okay so we are going to do 2 couple dances. 2 couples from each side come forward.
2 couples from the bride's side came forward and the gang pushed TaaRey forward. Taani blushed red and Rey smirked at her.
Kushboo-one more couple guys. I know you guys have may couples.
Maya-umm anyone else?
Kushboo-how about you Maya and . . . Swayam?
The gang looked from one to the other. TaaRey shared worried looks. Swayam looked from Kushboo to Maya, who was wearing a sad expression.
Mayank-Kushboo, it's too soon.
Kushboo-it's been 6 months. She needs to move past.
The gang watched as a tear escape Maya's eye. They all felt bad for her.
Swayam-I'll do it!
Maya looked at Swayam surprised, while the gang had more of a shocked face.
Maya-you don't have to.
Swayam-I want to!
Maya-I'll do it to.
Jaya-that's great. The couples that get the greater cheer win. So we will go first!
Their first couple performed. Then it was TaaRey's turn. The music started and Taani started to sing.

They both danced together and everyone was in awe of their amazing chemistry. At the end they ended up hugging each other, but were interrupted by loud cheers from the crowd.
Jaya-wow, you guys were amazing! Kya chemistry yaar!
TaaRey blushed and Rey put his hand around Taani's waist.
Jaya-I think we have a clear winner of that round! What are your names?

They both looked at each other smiled.
Jaya-the winners are Taani & her boyfriend Rey! Next couples!
The next coupled performed then it was SwaYa's (Swayam & Maya) turn. The music started and Swayam started to dance.

(Maya danced around Swayam and really impressed the gang and Swayam. She pushed Swayam a little and made him actually dance properly for the first time.)

While they were dancing TaaRey watched them happily.
Taani-look at that! Bhai is finally dancing, and that to because of Maya.
Rey-I know, he looks like he is back to normal. I mean the last time he danced this happily was with. . . .
Taani-Sharon! But look at him now. I haven't seen him dance at a wedding since. . . .
Rey-RDX sir's wedding. He and Sharon did a dance there.
Taani-oh, I wished I could have seen that. Do you think it was better than this dance?
Rey-I don't know. They are both pretty similar. But I do think that Swayam does have more chemistry with Sharon, but there is definitely chemistry between Maya and Swayam.
Taani-and I haven't seen bhai dance like this in a long time. I mean he looks happy and excited.
Rey-I know. I am so happy.
Taani-but did you see Maya before the dance, she looked like she was about to cry.
But before Rey could reply Maya ran past them. They both looked at Swayam, but he was just as confused as them. They all looked at VP sir and Kushboo.
Mayank-I told you it was too soon Kushboo.
Kushboo-I'm sorry. I thought it would work. She needs to move on.
Mayank-I know, that's why I moved her to St. Louis. It's the new change she needs.
Taani-sir if you don't mind can I go after her?
Mayank-be my guest!
Taani ran after her, with Rey trailing behind her. They ran and found Maya crying in a hallway with her head buried in her knees. Taani slowly walked towards her and did the first thing that came into her head. She hugged Maya. Maya looked up and saw Taani hugging her. She didn't do anything but hug her back.
Taani-shh, Maya calm down. Stop crying!
Rey watched the sight in front of him, it was cute the way Taani comforted Maya. Like a sister would do. He adored the sight in front of him.
Taani-what's wrong Maya? What happened?
Maya-6 months ago. . . I had an accident. . . me and 2 friends were in a car crash. . . .they both died.
Maya burst out crying again and TaaRey were shocked. How could a girl this innocent, peaceful and kind have been through so much pain in her life?
Maya-they were my bestest friends. . . Varun and Ronny. . . Varun was my boyfriend. . . I loved him. . .all that happened to me was an permanently injured knee. But them. They had to lose their lives.
Taani-oh my god Maya. I am so sorry.
Maya-why did they have to die? Why did god have to take them away from me? Why couldn't they just stay here with me? Why do I have to lose all the people that love me in this world? My parents, my boyfriend, my best friend. I have nothing.
Taani-of course you do. You have me, and Rey, and VP sir. He loves you, he loves you like daughter. And now you have a mom, and she loves you. I love you like a sister.
Maya-but you just met me!
Taani-but I feel like I have known you for ages.
Maya-thanks Taani that's really sweet of you.
Taani-your welcome, now stop crying. Tears are not a good look on you.
Maya smiled and saw looking at them.
Maya-oh! You're here!
Rey-wow thanks!
Maya-no I just meant

Rey turns away and pouts. Maya and Taani giggle. Taani puts her arms around Rey's waist and Maya gave him a sorry face and held her ears. Rey refused to budge, so Taani did what she knew would make him melt. Taani kissed his cheek then ran away. Maya smiled at their cuteness. Rey was so surprised but super happy.

Maya-okay, hello Mr. Majnu! Drop me home, then come and flirt with your sweetheart!

Rey dropped Maya home and came back. He found the rest of the gang ready to go.

Chapter 4: The Real Maya Dixit

Precap: TaaRey & MaYam dance. TaaRey comfort Maya when she gets upset.

When the gang got back to college, everything was back to normal. But not a good normal, the normal as in Swayam was back to sulking. The gang once again tried to get him happy and back to dancing but they couldn't. They were all in the canteen (minus Swayam) when they heard a couple of guys talking.
Guy1-did you see the new girl?
Guy2-ya, she is looking really hot! Like seriously man!
Guy1-I totally want to go out with her!
Guy2-ya but didn't you hear! She is totally of bounds!
Guy1-why?
Guy2-I'm not sure, but I overheard some other people talking. Apparently she is the VP sir's daughter!

The gang clued in to their conversation.

Just as they were about to say something else they were interrupted.

Rey-umm the only way I got my mind of her was trying to get Swayam & Sharon together, and helping Taani train.

Taani pulled Rey away. They went to the fire exit to talk.

Swayam decided to finally dance again, it had been a long time and he felt as if he was letting his whole team down. But when he got to the RH there was already someone in there. He looked in and saw Maya dancing. He was shocked, he knew she was good, but didn't know she was this good. He was also shocked by what she was wearing.

At first sight, Maya would never seem like a girl who would wear crop tops. But now Swayam was shocked. He took out his phone and started to record her. He was so amazed by her dancing that he didn't even realize the tears that were flowing down her face. When the music finally stopped, Swayam decided to hide. He watched as Maya exited the RH. He was so happy that he had found someone to replace Sharon. . . wait what was he saying? Why was he happy about that?

*The next morning*
Swayam met the rest in the RH.
Swayam-guys I have found the perfect dancer to take Sharon's place

She pulled him out and they drove to the college. When they got there they went to see VP sir.

Maya's jaw dropped when she saw Rey standing there. As he started dancing around her, she couldn't help but laugh. In the end she ended up joining him. Later when Maya went to the restroom, she was cornered by Rahul.
Rahul-Hey sweetheart, you escaped me before, but not now!
Maya-what are you doing get away from me?
Rahul didn't listen and pushed her against the wall. He leaned towards her, but Maya pushed him away hard. He fell of the floor and Maya ran away. She found Rey.
Maya-Rey please take me home!
Rey-why? What's wrong? What happened?
Maya-please can we just go home!
Rey-sure!
Maya informed her dad and Rey dropped her home. Maya went to her room and got changed. Today's events reminded her of when she was in America, and the tears just automatically rolled down her face. She fell asleep with the tears down her face.

The next day the gang had met in the rehearsal hall. They were all waiting for Maya. But when she came in they all looked shocked.

She didn't say anything, but showed him the phone. He read it out loud to the gang.
Swayam- From TaaRey to ReYa. Seems like our very own AGS Reyaansh Singhania is jumping from girl to girl. During the day the loving BF of GS Taani Shekhawat, and at night the lover of VP's daughter Maya Dixit. Who next? Will the committed hunk become the Casanova we all know he is? The gang heard people talking and laughing outside and they all exited. Down the hallway Maya saw Rahul walking towards them. Her anger raised up.

Taani-excuse me Rey is a million times better than you.
Rahul-well clearly you don't know what he does at night with other girls.

Rey grabbed his collar and pushed him up against the wall. Taani and Maya rushed forward to stop him.

Taani and Maya, as well as the gang, tried many attempts to stop Swayam and Rey. But it was all in vain. Taani tried pulling Rey away.
Taani-Rey stop! Stop it! It's not worth it Rey! Stop it!
Maya tried doing the same with Swayam.
Maya-Swayam stop! He's not worth it! You're better than this! Stop Swayam!
But all their efforts went in vain. ReYam just wouldn't listen. Rey was mad that this guy was saying things about Maya, who was like his sister, and Taani, his Taani. Swayam was mad that Rahul had forced himself on to Maya, he didn't know why but he was furious that this guy tried to touch Maya.
VP-STOP THIS NOW!
They all looked and saw VP sir. Maya had tears in her eyes.
VP-Rey, Taani, Swayam and Maya, my office NOW!
They all went to his office.
VP-I don't really know what to say! Rey this is the second time now!

The other 3 nodded their heads.

Maya-last night he cornered me while I was coming out of the restroom and he. . . he forced himself on to me, I pushed him off and he wanted revenge.

Maya-I didn't want anyone to know. Dad I realized then that he was the some guy who hurt Varun as well. He was the one Varun & Ronny fought with that night. It was my fault then as it is now.

But before he could say anything else, she ran out of the room.

They all wondered, when Swayam realized that he was still holding Maya's phone.

They all nodded and exited. Swayam started to walk away.

Rye kissed her tears down her face. He kissed her eyes then her forehead. Then as Taani closed her eyes, he captured her lips in a sweet soft kiss. Taani responded back immediately. The kiss went from sweet to passionate. But they pot drew away when they were out of breath.

Maya was crying on her bed. She remembered all the pain she caused Varun and Ronny. She was crying her eyes out. Everything that she had been trying to forget, was all now coming back to her. Downstairs the doorbell rang. Kushboo went and opened it.
Kushboo-Swayam, what are you doing here?
Swayam-umm hi ma'am, is Maya home?
Kushboo-yes, but she is not really in the right state right now!
Swayam-please can I see her?
Kushboo-okay, but be careful.
Swayam-yes ma'am!
Swayam went upstairs and knocked Maya's door, but when she didn't answer, he opened the door. He was heartbroken to see her sobbing on her bed.

He felt like whole world had shattered. He silently went and sat down next to her. She saw him and turned away, but all he did was hug her. Hug her as tight as he could. He was reassuring her that he was there for her through thick and thin. He would be there for her.
Maya-Swayam, I am so sorry. You got hurt because of me.
Swayam-shh, it's not your fault. There is nothing I wouldn't do for you.
Maya-why? I mean you've only known me 2 months.
Swayam didn't know how to answer. He pulled away and looked at Maya.
Swayam-I honestly don't know, but I do know that you need someone right now and I want to be that someone.
Maya hugged him again.

Maya's grip around Swayam loosened and she got up off the bed.

Maya-Varun Malhotra and Ranvir "Ronny" Khanna, my bestest friends in the world. I met them 3 and a half years ago. We have been best friends for 3 years before they left.
Swayam-Left where?
Maya-they were killed in a car accident 6 months ago. I permanently damaged my knee and they lost their lives. The night they died we were at a party. Varun and Ronny both hate violence, especially Varun. They will only fight if it includes me. That night was a bad night. Rahul was there. He had wanted to get with me for ages now, but he knew if Varun was there no one would be able to look at me, forget about touching me. Varun wasn't just my best friend. He was my love, my life, my soul, he was everything to me. We had been together for 2 years.
Swayam didn't know why, but for some reason he was hurt that Maya had cared so much for another guy. He already had tears running down his face, now there were more.
Maya-he could never see anything bad happen to me or Ronny. Ronny wasn't as serious as Varun, but when it came to me they both were unstoppable. That night Rahul came up to me, he was drunk I could tell. He pulled me away from the party despite my protests. He. . . he forced himself on me, but I wasn't strong then. I was tired and I couldn't fight him. He started to touch me, kiss me, and I felt the worse that I had ever felt in a long time. I screamed for help, but no one came. I closed my eyes because I knew what was going to happen. I was going to get raped. But a few minutes later, I felt Rahul's body torn off me. I opened my eyes and saw Varun beating him to pulp. Literally, I had never seen Varun this mad in my whole life. But I couldn't stop him, because I was crying hysterically. Ronny was comforting me. But I told him to get Varun. Ronny pulled Varun off Rahul. They took me out and into the car. It was silence before Varun started yelling at me. I had never seen him this mad at anyone, especially me. He had never shouted at me, ever. I started sobbing again. And just as he started to calm down, a drunk driver came out of nowhere and bang. . . they were gone.
Swayam-oh my god Maya, I am so sorry!
Maya-don't be! It was my fault, if I hadn't worn that stupid dress, then none of that would have happened.
Swayam-Maya, this is not your fault.
Maya-then why do I feel like it is??
Maya shouted this, then fell to the floor. Swayam went to her and hugged her tight.
Swayam-this is not your fault. You didn't do anything wrong. You know that they both loved you and would do anything for you. They loved you and they died loving you. But Maya they aren't gone. They are always with you, in here.
He put his hand on her heart. Maya smiled at him. She was glad that Swayam was her friend.

Swayam-okay now no more crying!!!! You need to be happy.
Maya hugged him again. While MaYam were hugging here, TaaRey were spending their own cute moments together.

At the mention of a new CS, Swayam's mood dampened. Rey put an reassuring arm on his shoulder.

While TaaRey were arguing of over that, Maya and Swayam left and went to class. Throughout class they kept on looking at each other, but every time the other person looked at them they would look away. This didn't go unnoticed by the gang and TaaRey. At the end when everyone had left the classroom except for the gang, minus MaYam, they started to discuss this.
Simmi-okay I know I am not the only one who sees what's going between them!
Rinni-yeah, it's obvious that there is something between them.
Rey-yes, but guys. It is still too soon. I mean when we were discussing the new CS, Swayam become all tense.
Taani-haan and Maya still thinks about Varun all the time. She has a picture of him in her wallet, her cupboard, and locker. Even if she did enter a new relationship, she will never forget him.

Maya walked away and sat down near a wall. She put her head in her knees, but felt someone sit next to her.

Swayam-weird! I know. With the gang, I always have fun. But I haven't felt comfortable with another girl except Sharon in ages. I loved Sharon for 5 years'I think 6 now.

Swayam-I guess I should explain everything. Basically before all of this, there were the Dazzlers. They were the rich popular people, and were amazing dancers. Sharon, Rey, Simmi, Nil, Rinni and Vicky. They were the Dazzlers. Then this new girl Kria comes, and she makes the Weaklings. Kria, Neha, Bharat, Vishaka, Amar and me. From then on it was the Dazzlers vs. Weaklings for everyone except me and Rey. We were best friends straight away. Then soon enough all the guys became best friends. It was harder for the girls because Sharon and Kria HATED each other. But soon enough we had reasons to become friends. Rey and I were best friends, Vicky and Neha were dating, and Kria and Rey started to date. . .
Maya-what?
Swayam-yup, Kria was Rey's first love. But then she broke up with him and left. He was devastated. He even stopped dancing. But then this new upstart came in the form of my cousin sister Taani. She pretended to be a dancer and eventually Rey started to teach her how to dance, but she only knew Kathak. Taani was madly in love with Rey, and she had almost always been. But soon everything went downhill. I don't exactly know what happened, but Taani started to shut herself out from everyone. . . especially Rey, and Shivam returned.
Maya-who's Shivam?
Swayam-he was this guy from King's College. We all hated him, first he used Sharon then he used Taani. When he returned he started to get close and this annoyed everyone, especially me. . . and Rey. I didn't know what was going on between Taani and Rey. But I had my own problems of my own. I had started a trial relationship with Sharon, but nothing seemed to be working. We kept on having problems. But eventually at a dance camp everything was sorted out. Sharon and I were together and happy. Taani and Shivam stopped dating, and Rey and Taani had an okay relationship. But then Taani became GS, and there was a dance ban. Soon enough it was Taani vs. Rey, and the rest of us were bystanders. Then Aashi came, and it was weird because she had a crush on me. . .
Maya-oh yeah, Taani told me about that!
Swayam-god everyone knows! Anyway, to get rid of a dance ban, we had to beat a basketball team. I was against it, since my dad had always wanted me to be basketball player but I chose dance instead. During this time, Sharon wasn't here, but Taani and Rey were going against each other at everything. But after we won the basketball game, Sharon came back. Rey had disappeared. But me and Sharon, she was pushing me out again. I didn't know why, but I didn't care. I was determined to stay with her no matter what. Unknown to me Rey had confessed his love to Taani, and they had begun a relationship. When I found out, I was threatening to break my friendship with Rey, because well Taani was my baby sister.
Maya-but you didn't . . .right?
Swayam-no, Sharon sorted it out. After that Taani and Rey were happy, but me and Sharon were still on rocks. She was determined to push me away, and I was determined to stay close to her. Then I found out she had asthma, and we broke up and became friends. Then she finally realized her love for me, and we were happy. I was the happiest that I have ever been. Then she left and here we are.
Maya-wow! That was. . . a really long story. But wow, seriously you guys have gone through a lot.
Swayam-you have no idea! Dance was the only thing that kept us sane!
Maya-I'm sure. So how do you cope, with everything?
