Aww! Thank you so much! Would you believe it if I told you that I had actually forgotten about that hug scene in IPK when I wrote the one in my FF?? LOL...sounds crazy, right?? but I gave myself a hug (just like Khushi did in the gif you posted) for making you happy and for letting you have peaceful sleep.😳😆 Every picture you have posted here is so apt! I love them all and I'll admit that I've "stolen" them from your post and saved them onto my computer..lol..

When Arnav said he was leaving, I expected the kids to create a tantrum or something. I totally felt sad when Arnav thought that the kids may be unhappy but not that unhappy to stop him. That feeling would have been heartbreaking. The moment he left when Amber held onto Khushi n cried, it totally fit her character. She has quite the ASR persona. Doesn't wanna break down in front of anyone as it might prove her weak. When Khushi cried along n she started understanding her love for him, it was perfect. It was like an epic moment. Her realization of love n the way she ran. It was similar to that scene in ipkknd when Khushi comes to rescue Arnav n they share the first proper hug. Because of the force of her hug, he stumbled over and had to regain his steps. Lol. The cute battering in the end was well cute n sweet. So she finally has decided to give him a chance. Now hopefully next update would be him asking for their wedding, n she saying yes. Finally the moment everyone has been waiting for when the kids find out that buddy is their beloved dad.
The change in Arnav's behavior when he decides to wait for Khushi to talk and tell him her problem instead of imposing his thoughts on her. I absolutely loved it. Great work Katie. It was worth the wait.

She has kept it, of course...it was one of the reasons why I havent had Arnav go into her washroom in all these updates.😛 Until the day in the previous update, the Mangalsutra had just sat there, looking pretty but in that moment, with her mind reeling in her husband's thoughts, her eyes registered its presence... Amber imitating Khushi and then Arnav keeping it a secret...its such a normal situation, isnt it? lol...it happens at my home all the time...my dad and I have our little secrets that mom doesnt know...mom and I have out little secrets that dad doesn't know (for example, in his absence, we call him Hitler because he's strict!😆) I think everyone expected them to throw a tantrum but I didn't have that in the story because after Amber's last tantrum and Arnav's explanation and the apology that followed coupled with Khushi's upbringing wouldn't have gelled...the only thing they'd ever throw tantrums for is their daddy...but after the previous incident...even that wont happen.😉 Amber does have her father's persona and she didn't want to seem weak in front of her buddy...so she waited until he walked out before seeking support from her mom..

I had actually completely forgotten about that scene until you and Swati mentioned it!😲 I've always had this thing for the run-and-throw-yourself-into-his-arms hugs..lol...I had to make use of it in this ff...😛 Khushi's realization of her feelings and making sense of the whirpool of emotions took a while to write...I think that little bit took me the most time because I was trying to find the right words and keep the same feel to the whole realization...I hope I've done it justice..lol. Once again, thank you so much for your amazing review.😃

Tears galore, the kids are trying to act so strong but deep down when a connection has been made on so many levels, how do you let go. The twins look up-to Arnav so much, one can only imagine , hopefully their immense joy upon knowing he is their Father, the missing link to their family chain. Not taking away from Khusi at all, she has done an absolutely amazing job raising them.

It takes a lot of immense coourage which Khushi does not lack at all, to take a leap of faith and move forward, but on occasion one simply knows, why not grab the moment for what it is, my heart was at bursting point till Khushi went and grabbed Arnav's arm.

Their steps closer to happiness means our steps to this amazing story are ending...

Chapter 43

Not only Khushi even I m sooo happy that he spent the night sith her in her bedroom on his own making a decision himself. So he wake up the kids n came back to hug her ahsin thats a double development means he didn't want her to feel empty when she aould wake up so he came back not to leave the empty space. Now when he was sleeping with the girl of nightmare the cure of his nightmare how could he had one. Awreee the kids sorry was so cute n adorable I just loved it totally. Aweee the kitchen scene was sooo cute loved it both r at so much ease now. oh he is all healed now I m sad... he will leave the house... Waooo so he is going to agaim ask her what will b her reply really loved the update.

This chapter gave me mix feeling I wa frustrated at the start though I can't blame khushi for anything then I got sad ery sad tht Arnav is going then I got angry why is khushi not stopping him n y is he not saying he doesn't want to go bjt Katie I love u for da end really. . loved it

I was worried, as usual, when I wrote Khushi's inner turmoil as she came to her realization of her feelings for him...but your comment, along with other few readers, on that particular thing about the update is greatly relieving and motivating! Now the next step is the vow renewals/buddy becoming daddy.. ;)

I think you'll happy dance after the next update too! ;) Khushi has finally decided to silence those demons and follow her heart... and of course that would lead her to Arnav, only. ;) Logic also played part right?? It does not do to dwell on a possibility of a future thing when the same thing was happening in the present and you could prevent it...life is all about taking chances and giving second chances. :) Even as a writer, I've enjoyed writing and developing the character of Khushi in this FF more than that of Arnav's..lol. One by one, like you said--slowly, every puzzle piece is indeed falling back into place...but as evil Katie would have it...there is still one hurdle they need to dodge...

Aw, thank you! But believe me...sometimes I forget that its just fiction too...you know you take your hobbies too seriously when they're all you can think about...I'm literally imagining scenes in my FFs as I cook/eat meals/do chores...or even before I sleep (no need to say which scenes are formed before I fall asleep though..LOL) Thank you so much, once again, for your generous and motivating words. :)

Devi Maiyya seriously had a simple plan. Sometimes we understand our own feelings when we are on the verge of losing. Khushi was feeling restless from last night but she thought it was because of him asking her to renew their vows but in reality she was scared of losing him again, losing what she had with him presently after all the troubles they got through in their marriage.
Their marriage wasn't perfect and an easy ride but the bond remained.
Aww.. it's good that Amber and Adi didn't stop him and it was Khushi who stopped him.

The questions were stupid indeed but answers were simple. Sometimes it just takes one step to reach out for happiness and I'm glad that she reached out for her happiness.

Thank you for being one of my most dedicated readers! <3 Devi Maiyya's plan was really simple...Khushi had asked for one hint and here devi maiyya had given her an entire lecture...lol...I've noticed that majority of our feelings about a certain someone or something come forth exactly at the moment when you realize that you may never see them again or when you feel like you're going to lose them/it...same thing happened with Khushi...she had to weigh the fear of her heart POSSIBLY breaking in the future vs her fear of losing him now...and her fear of losing him now overpowered the prior...and I feel like the best relationships are the ones that have gone through a lot but the bond remains untouched...it just shows you how deep that bond is...

She had spent so many days running away from her happiness..her married life, her best friend, her family...and now when she had a chance to hold on to all that, how could she possibly let go?
