I am a big fan of the story writing technique where there is constant back and forth in the story timeline..

It helps readers gain a better understanding of the characters and also surprises them..I am sure most of my readers would not have expected a flashback at that point...😉

Its terrible to lost parents on birthdays, Poor khushi. Arnav being there to sooth khushi the pain she felt on her birthday for loosing her parents is very comforting. Poor Arnav and khushi both have gone through this pain and have lost their parents. They both are so alike.
Awesome, Arnav did everything possible to make khushi's birthday as memorable and happiest day he can. Love him for this.
WOW he arrange a full birthday party and celebrate it with everyone, his staff and family.
Arnav and his unique gifts, they always surprise. Its his second gift to khushi and i hope now khushi will give something to him.
Her birthday end beautifully. The hug scene was beautiful.
Finally he has realize that he has found the one for him and i hope he make her a special part of his life soon. Everybody wants that, they are only waiting for his consent.

...him arranging that birthday party is not in any way over the top...i have worked in a company in UK where for birthdays of employees, the HR would inform our CEO and we would all get together in the evening in a hall in our building and the bday guy/gal will cut the cake..there would be snacks and such and the ceo will gift flower bouquet if the bday person is a gal...so these things do happen in companies...

and this was not even tat big a party..just 4 ppl..him, aakash, anjali and sheetal...

yes..i do try to make arshi scenes beautiful...
