Awesome chapter...the story has moved considerably in this chapter...a long chapter and has a lot of details to it. I like is how khushi is making everything possible for him...maybe hoping that he would give into this relationship, maybe hoping that he would genuinely put an efffort to make her a part of his life...and they would be like any other husband and wife. but little does she know Mr. whirlpool is utterly confused about his feelings, is stubborn enough not to show any of his feelings and scared to trust anybody when it comes to people.
i like it how bade papa is playing with the play station...thanks to my hero karan, he has some sort of entertainment. well he is not aware of what is happened between khushi and rishab, and so he is just wondering where he is. khushi on the other hand like to keep his friendship intact, and wants to mend things and its the right opportunity for her. but one look at arnav and she knows he is not very happy about it. she instantly drops the idea. probably she doesnt want to fix anything at the cost of arnav, hasnt it been like that always...she never like to upset him even when they were just friends...and honestly thats what irked rishab too...that she cared not to upset arnav at any cost.
as for arnav...many see him as a possessive and jealous husband. hmm...i see it as his fear...burried deep inside him ...that he would loose her, like he has always lost when it comes to relationships. This is one relationship he likes to keep, he needs her, he likes her and she is too precious for him to let go of her. he would be in a very bad shape if she would also do that to him. but his biggest enemy is trust...blame his childhood for that. and to top it all he hates that guy. khushi is not aware of how arnav feels about rishab...thats because she doesnt know how he feels about her and why would arnav react in a way he did with rishab.
i like these lines....How did Arnavji start having this unspoken hold over her, she can not understand.A feeling of belonging with him that refuses to escape her now.
people still call her babyji 😆😆...this is hilarious...and probably she doesnt want to get stuck with the same label. she is worried about it and thinks that maybe he is worried about the age difference between them. kya karoon...he doesnt open up even a little for her.
The visit to chandini chowk...feels like their moments in the fair relived. i like clover's comment about the same...she has explained it very well. last time chup chupke he was clicking her snaps...this time khullam khulla...i can see that tanu is very happy about it. the whole scene was very descriptive. very well written.what do i say...im not a very romantic person...so i wont make a comment about him lifting her and all or his thoughts where he wants to kiss her etc... but what i liked here is he refuses to leave her alone, holds hands while crossing the road, and 'WE should not avoid doing things in life because of anything' . these are things that i feel arnav is making her feel important. may be something very little...but some baby steps.
some comments i saw that some people think khushi feels just because arnav doesnt show her any emotions or doesnt make a move towards her...maybe he isnt into the relationship. there was a part where she thinks...he is so matured and much older to her that he would know how things work in a marriage. the truth is he doesnt...he really has no clue about it and the closest relationship/ marriage he has seen is his parents which never existed. and the physical closeness is just a part of the relationship, he doesnt want to make a move unless he is emotionally prepared to be close to her...and with his nature not to show any of it, makes only khushi wonder if he has accepted her. i cant blame him...baby arnav needs a lot of love , care, time and assurance.
the dubai trip...from where im seeing it...he has manipulated her again...but for two reasons this time...one to make rishab think that she is happy with him...and second she has become his hugging pillow.
there is also a part where she thinks maybe he is aware that he hugs her while sleeping...but she doesnt want to talk to him about it because maybe he would stop doing it...she likes it and doesnt want him to stop that. maybe she too is getting attracted to him.
khushi knows nothing about him...i feel this dubai trip is the right time where she can spend time alone with him, and there is no family to interfere and so she can now ask him about his nightmares and so on. will arnav be ready to open up to her??? difficult.
