Ummm...okay so I am not commenting on the chapter right now, not properly at least. I did vaguely read it, I always do, being the impatient me, and then take time later on to read it fully. Kind of gives me peace of mind. So I know I am going to have a lot to say. ;-)
So why I unresed? Coz of my bad history with reserved posts, as you know. And also I'd to respond to your note. Like seriously? If they don't like then don't read, no one's forcing you to. There are plenty who want to, & a few like you won't make a difference.
You need to see what the story requires. You can't always have the leads in every part. It will, how do I say it, kill the essence of the story. And I am a firm believer, it the author's story to tell, as readers we can show our excitement, support, approval, displeasure, queries, give suggestions. But we don't have the right to demand a change of plot as per our liking. You are free to leave, no one's binding you.
And lastly, I really don't think you take long between updates. Its ridiculous one would even think that. What do they want? For you to update every other day? Writing itself is a difficult job and jugguling it with daily life, I can only imagine how you (and other writers) give us updates on time. Its not like you are waiting there to get a chance to post it. And even when you get delayed, like really really late, when one expects writers to understand if they are unable to comment, they should do the same.
I don't want to end this on a angry note, and coz you made me truly happy. A big thank you for mentioning me. It means a lot. Really. :-D
And also just to let you know, I am a stalker as well, just a silent one. You see being a mobile user has its perks & limitations. But I guess I will have to break my silence. ;-)
