This is like the first time I am reading something from you.
Initially I read this on the Contest thread and I was totally in love with it.
Right there and right then I knew no other OS stands a chance of being the best in tragedy section BUT THIS!!!
The beauty with which you portrayed the mental conflicts of an army-person the jaunty character of Khushi, I can't help but be a fan of your writing.
Actually you don't write. You create another virtual world for your readers where they could actually see your characters moving and doing things.
Reading you is like watching a live show.
Your characters have so much life in them.
You totally rock with this OS.
Thanks a lot for writing this wonderdul piece.

After reading this OS I want to say so many things and not sure if I can put them all together.

First, you are one of those few writers, I can't get enough off. "Brewing up" was one of the first stories I read on this forum and till date it remains the most inspirational. Reading your stories is a delight and makes me want to read more and more and yet gives me a feeling of content.

Second, I can't believe this is written by the same girl who writes those funny comments on stories and never misses a chance to write something witty on CC and make us laugh and smile and giggles more, talks less.

I was little hesitant to read thinking it's tragic but couldn't stop once I started and I was totally engrossed in it. I was nervous for them that they might be caught, I was holding my breath when Arnav was to look at the photos and was going through the belongings of the dead militants. But the way you ended the story makes me believe that one day they will cross the physical borders set around them and the borders they set in their hearts and be together forever.

This story only makes me want to believe that love can happen in any dire surroundings and situations as well and Love doesn't know any boundaries or borders.

PS: Can you please please start writing more, please?

I do have something in mind to continue it with but that would be the concluding part too. I just want a couple of hours to keep thinking about it while I laze around my home and then start writing it. So it should be up by this evening or early morning tomorrow. IST.
