Came across your story this weekend and read it one go!!! Have been meaning to comment sooner but wanted to take time to give a well-deserved comment. This has to be one of my Top 5 favorite story on this forum, just love it! The background, characters and storyline makes it a pure readers delight. What's shocking to me is that you should have sooo many more likes and comments, sorry... but now you have one reader who will comment with every update...packa promise. 👏
Ok now to the story, first of all Arnav in politics with a kurta puts the biggest smile on my face...hayeee...love it...I can so picture him! You have created a strong and smart character, one who can be a politics but one wanted something more from life than what it is today. You can feel the sacrifice he has made for his family not to mention embraced his new role and takes it very seriously. Enough so that he willing married Khushi to make a statement. Pretty remarkable.
Really like Khushi in this story...strong and feisty! From the beginning the way she stands up to the girls to be careful what you wish for, unfortunate for her, its her family that she loses. So heartbreaking, to come back from a trip to not have your parents anymore. Love how she speaks her mind and the confrontation while mourning her parents when Arnav came to offer money. What she said is something all those who have lost feel, who cares about the money when there is so much more at stake afterwards. How can money make up the void or what happens to the future of the kids left behind.
I really didn't think they would get married but they did...you articulated that so well from the moment he realizes what he needs to do to the moment he brings her home. Even though his character is shady between good vs bad, he actual handles that situation well. Glad the family has welcomed her expect the Arnav's mother and Aakash. Something about the mother and Aakash urkes me...don't like these 2 characters!!! The whole concept initially was confusing to me of sleeping in separate rooms but your note reassured me, even though I wanted them to be sleeping in the same room. Khushi is settling nicely in the home but seems like she wants more from her husband meanwhile seems like Arnav is too busy and does not want anything more.
The scene in his study was so intense and the tension is built up, but what happens is he starts to avoid her again. Leave it up too Aman to come and interrupt. But looks like Dadi and Aman are trying to play cupid to get them together, let's hope it works because these 2 are going in the opposite direction.
The latest update showing the jealous Arnav who does not want anyone touching his wife was great. At least he feels something. Love how NK pushes Arnav's buttons 😊
I know there is more I can say but don't want to bore you...truly love your story and am stalking the forum every day for an update! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us! 🤗

Wow! Now I know why Geeta was complaining about the length of the update! Your comment runs at least half the length of my full chapter!Yes, the apprehensions about the age difference are currently also running thick in the story. A is presuming K can't handle a mature relationship which is solely what he can handle at the moment and Khushi really can't comprehend his persona because of her lack of experience against his extensive experience.I had been warned not to venture too far from Arnav and Khushi as the readers don't really enjoy that but I took the risk and I am so happy you and Disha mentioned that you are looking forward to their side of the story too.Thank you for noticing the finer nuances, I enjoyed writing them, so when someone appreciates that it is really heartening.I will be waiting for you comments 😉And no, I am not from MP.Thank you for all the lovely things you have said! I am still jumping on an imaginary trampoline. ( can't really do the jumping with fear that the people around me will rush me to the nearest asylum.)

I have just finished reading story and the concept is quiet different. I like Arnav in kurtis and Nehru jackets :). Love this strong willed Kushi. Eager to read how love blooms between them in all that political web. Interesting thing is Arnav knows why he married Kushi and vice versa. No Misunderstanding :)
