Anyway, the two at last opened their heart, though we know only one side.. I feel she was Akash's girlfriend. You have written they were informed of Akash being admitted to Mumbai hospital by his girl friend but never having Arnav and she met. That may be the reason she is withholding and written so in the letter. Anjali was apprehensive after hearing Khushi Kumari Gupta being the girl who fascinated Arnav and she was sure he was heading for a heart break. She did not want to intervene but wanted her brother to heal. All these make me feel that what I feel may be what was written in the letter. That is why she could not tell him so in person and resorted to writing.
