I feel so so so bad for Arnav, for whatever he is going through, and I completely understand the guilt and pain that overcomes him time to time. But she is right, Akash wouldnt have wanted him to live like that, and he shouldnt waste away his life thinking about that, he is a successful doctor, and should continue to be after he is done fulfilling his last wish. Life is not always fair, but to live it, you have to make most of it.
I am glad she gave him the support he needed at that time to tell it all in front of her, it is one thing to know it and feel it in your head, but a very different courage is required to admit it in front of someone else, showing the vulnerable side of you to the world.
Some how I feel Khushi's secret could be linked to his, knowing they are both primarily from Lucknow. Or was she linked to Akash in any way? when he was here, and he tried to get Mahal back? I dont know I am going round in confusion, or maybe she has a pandoras box of secrets, each of which can and will ruin both of them :) Sounds so mystic.
