Super update. Loved the parents point of view...being a parent myself...maybe I get what Shashi is thinking...after all which parent doesn't want to make sure their child is going to be fine no matter what.

I love it that you dedicated this update to the parents... They are such loving, caring and understanding parents... I understand Shashi's POV and its good that Khushi is doing something which she doesn't like but being a hard working person shes doing it... and also knowing that shes working on her script and is fine with it... shows that hes not the person others think...this was a much needed convo between the parents... as you have said earlier they had struggled a lot to be where they are and they want their kids to have a better life...

As they say there are few things one can understand when one becomes a parent themselves. This update gave more insight into Shashi's thoughts. His reasons were given earlier too but here he made it clear that he doesn't mind Khushi managing two things at a time if she doesn't miss out on her education. I understand his perspective because parents can be very protective and practical when it comes to their children and their future. Shashi and garima themselves had taken a different path years ago and they don't reprimand or tell Khushi/Payal off for their relationship. Shashi being against Khushi quitting her degree may be a result of the difficulties they have faced early in their life when they decided to live-in.
I don't understand why Buaji wants Khushi & Payal to get married. She was the one who supported her brother years ago and now she wants Khushi to get married so soon. There has to be a reason or may be Shashi is right. This might be the result of some neighbor saying something or something related to what she has seen happening in the society. Incidents in the society do affect our subconscious so anything is possible.
