As if the idea of restoring a historical structure wasn't novel enough, you throw a rather mysterious past and a Khushi who is trying to put on a vibrant mask into the mix. Now my mind is a whirlpool of kostins. I think Sem and Looney provide a good summary of these kostins, but you should know there are many more than I am just too lazy to type.

Its Khushi who intrigues me the most.. her unparalleled skills as an artist on one end, her reasons to be underground for so many years on another. And then theres the fact that she feels the need to put on a mask, a persona of vibrancy and femininity to approach ASR and get back to work. She appears now to be a woman on a mission.. why is this the right time? How does she know that?

Ohh... welcome back dear! Needless to say I am 60 Shades of Sexcited!
