Her lips were dry, so she licked them before answering. "I'm fine."

''Welcome Mr. Raizada, I am khushi kumari Gupta".

Awareness of present prickled her skin. She grumpily bend down to pick her purse and cell which was crashed due to falling. She cursed herself for being so unattentive. Picking her purse she dumped her phone in it as it was of no use now. She was so lost in her thoughts especially in those molten eyes. She immediately shook her head and jumped when he appeared beside her, his hands reached out to pick her battery of cell and handed to her. She blinked up at him and took the battery from his hands. Her fingers touched his slightly and that light touch was enough to send goosebumps up to her arms.

''Thanks'' she whispered nervously and stood on her feets as he also stood and walked back to the chair where he was seated previously. She headed to her chair and sat opposite to him while looking at him through her lashes. She started ''Umm.. Mr. Raizada I am really sorry for your waiting like this as I didn't know that you were going to be here''. He nodded swiftly and leaned on the desk before speaking.

''The waiting was worth Miss gupta when you ran into me''. he whispered with light teasing, the vibration of his voice making her ache all over again.

She flushed with embarrassment at his flirty tone and tried not to blush but it wasn't helping her when his gaze was solely on her. She averted her gaze and stuttered ''I..I am really sorry...for the Entrance...So what brought you here??''

Arnav always maintanined his aura on everybody related to business all the time, but today as he sat back a secret smile appeared on his face; for the first time in a long time, he couldn't stop himself for being so relaxed and flirtatious with the woman in front of her. He gave her a brief nod and tapped his long fingers at the table and spoke ''Actually I came here to know the proceedings about the coming Fashion show as you know I am going to sponsor it''.

''Miss gupta Stop staring at me like that as if you are going to eat me alive here right now!!!!'' He said teasingly while smirking at her startled look. ''By the way, I think they're all brilliant." The intensity of his gaze was searing.

Her fingers curled around the armrest when he caught her staring, her heart beat quickened at his gaze. But when she heard him praising her work, her face broke into a broad smile.

''Thankyou so much''.. she whispered with proud and joy .

A ghost of a smile touched his lips after seeing her so joyful. He leaned forward and asked ''Miss gupta it will be more thankful if you can show me the models and their outfits you have selected''.

''But Mr. Raizada you are going to be the guest too...Don't you think it will be more appropriately suprisable if you watch them there directly. Its not that I have any problem but...''

''Miss gupta I am a guest but a sponsor too... I came here to meet you to discuss the details otherwise It will you or any other who would come to me with the reports and details''.

''Umm.. Ok. Let me arrange someone who will show...'' her words cut by the sudden knock on the cabin door. Jenny peeks inside and khushi command her to come inside.

''Mam, forgive me for interrupting, but your next meeting is in ten minutes.''

''We're not finished here, miss...? forget it!! Please cancel her next meeting as she is going to show me the outfits.''

Jenny hesitates, gaping at him. She's appears lost. He turns his head slowly to face her and raises his eyebrows. She flushes bright pink.

Khushi flashed a angry glare at him hearing his commanding tone and spoke ''Mr. Raizada, anyone can show you around as I have an important meeting with the designer now!!''

''I agree with you Miss gupta, She is gorgeous but not perfect comparing to the face that I have in my mind right now!!''

''What???!! If you already had the face in your mind why didn't you tell us before'' She spoke surprised and anxious even.

''I didn't have that face in my mind before but now only!!.. And trust me She will be the perfect end for the show..'' he spoke with a small sparkle in his eyes. He was so enjoying this and his lips curved up making her face more angrier. He didn't think that this meeting will be so interested. Her every expression was worth watching for him and her angrier face makes her even more beautiful than before.

Khushi was confused like hell. She was controlling his temper as she cant afford to lose this project..''Fine Mr.Raizada, now would you care to tell me who is that perfect face??'' She asked in sarcastic tone.

''We can discuss that later...now show me the outfits, the sooner we work this out, the sooner we can both get back to our business''.

She shook her head , took the designs file and sighed him to follow her. He stood and buttoned his jacket and followed her out of the cabin. She led him downstairs, through the main floor of cubicles to stop at a door. She punched a code into the keypad on the wall, willing the door to open with a loud snick. . When they reached the landing, she flicked the lights on, sending a fluorescent glow to spread through the room.. A large, spacious, white room, shiny white tiles, and minimalist white furniture contrasted by racks upon racks of bright, colorful clothing, random fabrics and patterns flung in this direction or another. Another half an hour they discussed about the dresses and models.

He didn't doubt even for a moment that she leaved any single detail and was thouroghly impressed by her stunning designs and determination. She showed him the outfits and called Jenny to called the models in another room. The models came and she arranged all the ten young models in a cue and signaled them to walk just casually as this was only just a practice.Khushi glowed with pride when she saw all the models walked one by one in front of Arnav and she noticed that some of them walked even more gracefully by swinging their hips to him. She felt a little odd seeing Arnav watching them with so much interest. But she shrugged her thoughts away and busied herself, just then a model Preeti came to her and spoke about Arnav dreamily & his looks. She faked a smile to her and sighed thinking that She is not the only one.

After all the work checking, Arnav came before khushi and spoke in a praised tone ''I think its brilliant, you have done your job very well Miss gupta. I am Impressed!!''

''Thanks Mr. Raizada, I m glad after so much discussion and checking you liked our work!'' She murmured with a small glint of pride. She was angry that her meeting with designer had cancelled because of him but couldn't help herself to feel cheered after knowing that he liked her work.

''I have go to other work. It was nice meeting you and I hope we would meet soon''. He was equally fascinated and appalled by the conversation he had with her. And, yes, tempted. It was hard not to be while faced with such a gorgeous, virile female with so much determination, he had ever met in his life. He excused himself after meeting Natasha and Jack. She looked at Natasha and Jack who was equally pressurize in Arnav's atmosphere but soon relaxed when he moved to go. Natasha offered her ride to him to the door back but he quickly rejected and asked khushi to join him. She startled but rose to her feet and led him back to the door. Khushi was hyperaware of Arnav walking beside her. The way he moved, with animal grace and arrogant economy, was a major turn-on. She immediately shrugged her thoughts out of the mind.

''Mr. raizada what about the shows topper?? You didn't tell me about her yet!!''

Arnav slowed his speed and turned around to face her ''Actually I will like you to meet me to get her name'' he spoke smoothly with a little smirk.

Khushi watched him wide eyed ''I...Didn't get it...''

''I want her to be the perfect for my show. So I want you to come over my place and I will show you the dress also''. He said and glanced her offended and confused face. She stayed with him all the way to the elevator and stopped as they came in front of it. She was so confused thinking he selected another shows topper and now dress????She was silent all the way and didn't respond his offer.

He moved closed to her ear enough to touch them slightly with his lips which made her eyes closed in anticipation as he whispered huskily, ''I will be waiting for you...'' and in a moment he stepped into the elevator and smiled ''Until next time Miss Gupta''. She opened her eyes and then he was gone.

She breathed a sigh of relief and couldn't help but fell something at his authorative tone. She closed her eyes and thought about his lips which was tickling her ears when he was speaking.She touched them non-chalantly and flushed uncontrollably.

''Khushi!!!'' The loud shriek broke her flushing thoughts and she turned around to see and gasped finding Sam coming to her with a hand on her hips.''Where the hell is your phone dammit??!!'' Sam asked furiously. ''I was trying to get you since two hours...'

''Oh shit!! I totally forgot about my phone... Actually it fell and had broke when I bumped into Arn...I mean Mr. Raizada...'' She said regretfully as she have to buy a new phone now and that too very soon.

Sam brows rose and turned into teasing ''Ohh So you met the hot and Dark and bumped into him in the first meeting, Not bad. Control you hormones baby!!'' She nudged khushi and laughed as she watched khushi's expressions.

Khushi hit Sam's elbow ''Shutup your mouth Sam, nothing like that.''

She took her wrist and walked into her cabin. When khushi entered in her cabin, she coudnt help herself to smell Arnav's cologne which was still in her cabin. She composed herself and sat on her chair while Sam was seated opposite to her. Khushi asked Sam What was she doing here at this time and she told khushi that she came here to pick her for lunch.

''Sam I have a lot of work...'' khushi spoke regretfully and pouted.

''Common khush.. it will take only 20 minutes''. Sam stood and walked toward khushi and grabbing her hand she forcibly led her out of the office.

The sooner khushi eat with Sam and talked to her,she felt her pressure minimally low. Sam had always there when she need someone and she found herself to be the lucky one that she got a friend like her, atleast in this.

''What you are thinking khush'' Sam spoke before watching khushi in deep thoughts.

''Nothing I really need this, thanks for coming so far''. She smiled gratefully to her.

''No need to thank me khush...I too needed this...Oh.. yea what about your phone now...''

''I will buy a new one before coming to the home''. Khushi said while sipping his drink. She felt relaxed when the cool drink passed through her throat.

''Great..come soon as I don't have much work left..'' Sam said.

''I will try Sam but in meanwhile you unpacked your bags.'' Khushi ordered her smilingly.

Sam made a face towards khushi. They talked, laughed little more like a school girls. Soon khushi told her that she had to go back and they both went to their offices. Khushi got engrossed in her work as soon she got back. She also tried to erase the thoughts of Arnav but found herself failed. He offered her coming to over her place. Place?? I hope he meant his office she thought mentally. Why he cancelled the shows topper??? and why the hell he wanted her to be there?? Urgghh...Why did he is effecting her and that too in their first meeting???

Ahh the first meeting. It was so real and amazing. I ma loving Arnav too. I am really curious to know that how do they fall in love?
