Zoya: SHAADI? Are you crazy? Never!
Zoya just got the biggest shock in her life! She was going to get married to the man she just met yesterday asking for her forgiveness. What were her parents thinking? What would Asad say?
Zoya: Ammi, Abu please tell me your joking.
Mariam: Nahi Zoya beta, this is the truth. Asad's mother and father came with a marriage proposal. We thought that we won't get a better rishta than this, so we accepted.
Zoya: Ammi, you know that Shaadi isn't a joke for me right. So stop this hangama right now!
Anjali: Zoya she's not joking. You can talk to Asad if you want to. Anyways, I have to go back to my sasurals in 2 weeks so can we get the wedding done by then?
Zoya was shocked! What is happening! She is going to get married to Mr.Khan? Allah Miyaan whats wrong with them? She quickly ran upstairs and called Asad on his phone. He wasn't answering and Zoya became frustrated. What if he found out and rejected the proposal? What will happen to her parents? Too many questions Zoya.
Meanwhile in the Khan Mansion:
Asad: T-Tamartar what are you saying? This isn't funny.
Najma: Bhaijaan, I am telling the truth I went with Ammi today for your and Zoya's marriage proposal.
Asad was furious, he could almost break something. He stopped himself because his sister is watching him. How could Dilshad and Rashid do this to him? He went downstairs and questioned his mother and father.
Asad: Ammi, Abu yeh sab kya hai?
Rashid: Asad meri baat suno. Today we went with Najma with your marriage proposal.
Dilshad: And Mariam bi accepted our proposal!
What? So Zoya knew all about this? Why didn't she tell him? Of course she couldn't I kept on ignoring her calls! So stupid Asad. Will she accept this rishta? What will happen to his family if he didn't.
Ayaan: Oh come on bhaijaan Zoya's hot na? So whats the problem?!
Asad: There is a big problem Ayaan and I am sure none of you will understand.
Asad quickly went up to his room and slammed the door shut. He can't marry Zoya, he only thought of her as a friend no-more. What if he hurts her? He called Zoya and this time she picked up.
Zoya: Hello...?
Asad: Hey, Zoya uhmm, Did you hear?
Zoya: YES! HOW CAN WE MARRY EACH OTHER?! I DONT BELIEVE THIS, IM SORRY ASAD BUT MARRIAGE IS NOT A CHILD'S PLAY FOR ME. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU.
Asad: Zoya calm down, I know this is not right. But I have a way out.
Zoya: How?
Asad: We can run away. Or maybe one of us. I am thinking its you.
Zoya: NO! I CAN'T RUN AWAY. I need my family. They need me. I won't hurt them like this for my selfish reasons.
Asad: Well I can't either for the same reasons. So there's no way OUT! WE HAVE TO MARRY IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO MAKE THE SACRIFICE.
Zoya: FINE! I DON'T CARE.
They both hung up the phone angry at each other. Well at least their not getting married to some hideous person. But will their friendship end? From the time they met, their life has been a tough rollercoaster.
Zoya had tears in her eyes. She always had dreams that she will be showered with love from her husband. From all she knows she won't get the love she was craving for from Asad. Kismat Ka Khel Kasi Hai? Only Allah knows what is written in their Destiny.
The Next Day:
Sarita: AAPI!!! Your sangeet is today, what should I wear? This color or this one? (Blue or Green Salwar)
Zoya: WHAT? Sarita, don't you think its a bit too early for all of this.
Sarita: OF COURSE IT IS! I didn't even pick out a dress, I have to go to the parlour and get my makeup done. But what can we do?
Zoya picked the Green salwar with black and red sequins for Sarita and she left the room. She completely forgot! She has to go to the parlour too! Zoya went up to her Aapi and asked her to accompany her. They went and were getting their hair and makeup done.
Anjali: Aaj, humari pyarri choti behen sabsi soondar lagi gi!
Zoya: Aapi, please all my sisters are beautiful not just me. She said while blushing.
Anjali: Accha? How do you think of your would-be husband? Of course he can't be like mine but, he'll do. Right?
Zoya was silent, she had nothing to say. Asad was very kind and muscular he has everything she wanted. But why was she so tensed? As if something unexpected will happen tonight.

Asad was picking out a sherwani for tonight. He has to match with Zoya so he thought of calling her. But she might be busy so he decided to call later. Asad became so nervous. What is there to be nervous for? Its not like he's getting married to some stranger. Anyways Zoya was beautiful, crazy but its cute. But he was still nervous.
Clerk: Sir, which sherwani have you picked out?
Asad: I am still looking, I will get to you when I can.
Clerk: Ok sir, No problem.
Asad decided to call Zoya now, he had many other things to do. He can't stay here all day.
So he called her.
Zoya: Hello khon hai?
Asad: Its me Asad, What color lehenga are you wearing today? How stupid! Couldn't he ask how are you first?
Zoya: Uhm, a red one. Its gold as well. Im guessing you're buying a sherwani? Buy a gold one, it'll look good on you. Did I just flirt with him?
Asad: Sure, I'll buy a golden one thanks.
That was the most awkwardest conversation they ever had. Every since their marriage proposal and stuff they really didn't have time to get to know each other better. It's been many years. They decided to talk to each other during the Sangeet. Who knows what will happen at the Sangeet?
