⭐️ Hey guys! So I am officially a groupbie! YAYAYYAY. And to celebrate I am going to update my ff on a weekday! I usually never update on weekdays. ENJOY... ⭐️

The sangeet had started and it was time for Zoya and Asad to come downstairs. Zoya was dressed up in a golden and light pink lehenga and Asad was wearing a golden sherwani with a red handkerchief. Asad and Zoya were both in their perspective rooms, with some of their close friends chatting as they were already prepared for their sangeet.

At Asads room:

Arjun: Bro, you're in love?! And you didn't even tell me? Who's the lucky girl?

Asad: I'm not in love with her, and its Zoya. We're only marrying each other for our family's sake.

Arnav: Zoya?! I thought you guys were only friends, what happened now?

Asad: We were and STILL ARE just friends.

Arjun and Arnav: You never know what'll happen. Friendship is usually the first step to love. But good luck bro, I gotta say you got yourself a beautiful lady.

Asad knew what his friends were saying was true. Maybe, not the love part but at least that's what he thinks. But he has to admit, Zoya was beautiful, he is so lucky to have someone like her and not an ugly freak.

At Zoya's room:

Purvi: Zoya please! Come on tell me who is my future bro in-law!!

Zoya: Guys, stop it now. This is not a love marriage, arranged it is. And you guys know him so well, the one and only Asad Ahmed Khan.

Drashti: Purvi, you must be shocked right now, but don't worry jiju is not how he looked before, he is muscular now and hot!!!

Purvi: Arre! I thought you guys didn't talk to each other after that wretched woman Tanveer.

Zoya: It did end up like that but after he came to my house and apologized and from there, here we are now.

Sarita: Now me and Drashti don't regret anything, we just hope we get hot husbands like Asad!

Purvi: JIJU YOU MEAN. How dare you call your sisters husband hot? It is only Zoya who can call him hot and she hasn't said it yet, but I know she likes him.

They all laughed and Zoya was laughing too, but she had to admit. She had a tiny crush on Asad I mean who wouldn't? With his six packs, muscles and he's pretty skinny too. She just thanked Allah, for giving her a husband who doesn't have a fat belly and only eats donuts. :-P

It was time for Asad and Zoya's entrance. Asad came first with the help of Ayaan and Arnav. Everybody had the oo's and aa's saying Asad looked fine handsome tonight. But they saved the rest of their oo's and aa's for Zoya's entrance. Zoya came after Asad with the help of Sarita, Drashti and Anjali. She looked just like a fairy, even Asad couldn't get his eyes off her. Everybody was eyeing her down because of her beautifulness and Zoya blushed a little as she saw Asad drooling over her.

Zoya sat beside Asad and Asad nudged over to Zoya and he told her.

Asad: Zoya you look so different today! Your hair is not in a messy bun and your not wearing jeans. Oh and just to let you know, there's a special dance we have to do today.

Zoya: Excuse me, as if I am already not beautiful. WHAT DANCE? Why was I not informed? What are the steps? Ya Allah, please save me from this embarrassment.

Asad: Just follow me, I know all the steps just do your best acting, as if we actually love each other.

Zoya: mhmm.

Zoya was too busy worrying over the fact that she has to dance romantically with Asad whom she considers no more than a friend. Asad was probably thinking about the same thing too, Zoya thought. But Asad wasn't he was too busy thinking about how beautiful Zoya will look at the other ceremonies, this was just the Sangeet.

All the guests started to gather around the dance floor. It was time for the preformances. Drashti, Sarita and Anjali first did their dance to Maahive. Then Ayaan and Humaira did a dance to Tere Bina. They also had a final dance with everybody from both sides of the family except for Asad and Zoya to Om Shanti Om.

Zoya: Wouldn't it be so much fun if we danced too Mr.Khan?

Little did she know there was something waiting for her. After all the preformances, everybody sat down. The lights turned off and people started gossiping, when the light turns off during a sangeet it's a bad omen. Zoya was tensed, who could of turned of the light now? Suddenly the light flashed onto the middle of the dance floor. There everybody could see Asad standing there. Everyone was shocked!

Asad: Zoya, come here please. He gave her his hand and asked her to dance with him.

Zoya, put her hand in Asad's and they began dancing to Subhanallah (from Yeh Jawaani Hei Deewaani).
