Hi Jenny,

I just read all 6 parts in one go!!! I wanted wait longer, so I can read more story at once rather than one part at a time and wait for the next, but I just couldn't do, I just had to read it. It is wonderful story I love it sooo much!!! When I first read the prologue, I was thinking khushi is 12 and Arnav 25 😲 but love how the story is progressing, I just simply love Arnav's character, for someone like him to think like that at back in the time is great...and as for khushi, she is really cute, and love how she wants to change into a women for Arnav, even though she is not ready yet... It's like they both are thinking for the other person and trying to change and wait for the other, and Pranab hope he doesn't let his feeling get the best of him, hope his mind gets diverted from khushi, I knew this was going to happen when u first mentioned him...and in chapter 7 the kiss was just sooo cute, I was reading it while I was in physics lecture, and I just couldn't keep the silly smile off my face, and people thought I was stupid smiling like that in a physics class lol...now I can't wait till the next update please update soon!!!!

Sorry for another late comment Jen but been pretty tied up with AD right now...

I barely had the time to read it hurriedly yesterday, so I had to read it all over again before commenting today... And it was just lovely & you write so beautifully & lucidly with such vivid descriptions, I can easily visualize the scene unfolding in front of my eyes... It is a pleasure to read your stories...

But firstly congrats on the new thread... Hope you fill many more...👏

Secondly, I was wrong in guessing the cause for Khushi's distress in the teaser... I was under the impression that Arnab had already graduated & was thus looking for a house to move out, but he is still studying... And the best thing is that eventually when he moves out, he plans to take Khushi with him, so that is really nice of him... I was thinking maybe b/c she is so young he may not want to take her with him but glad to know that ain't the case...

Regarding the update... I loved to see Arnav so concerned about Khushi's well being & safety... Firstly his worry about being associated with a militant outlawed group could endanger his family & Khushi and secondly when he didn't want to rent a disreputable or unsavory place because of her... That was really sweet of him...

Jen you are doing a marvelous job of building up their relationship... The changing dynamics between them was just perfect...

I am loving how Khushi is slowly getting affected by her burgeoning feelings for her husband... She is slowly evolving into a woman... Her not being interested in playing with Pranab (poor kid, feel for him too) & is now more interested in girly things like embroidery, & her lovingly yet painstakingly making things to win her husband's affections... Although, she has no idea why that matters so much to her now... Hoping next it would be cooking...Want to see her making things for Arnab & lovingly feeding him...

And Arnav being a man is drawn to the beautiful woman blossoming from within... No matter how patient & decent he is... He too is only human & has his moments of weakness & gives into the attraction he feels for his young bride... But his senses do kick in whenever he wavers... Just love that part of him... But like any hot blooded male, he takes pleasure at the effect his proximity is causing her... His tender hold of her while being engulfed by their enchanting attraction for each other culminating in that sweet lingering kiss on her cheek was so beautiful I have no words to describe it in... I am sure it is going to be a prelude to many such stolen moments like this ultimately leading to many nights of pleasure in each other's arms eventually I hope... Khushi, grow up soon will ya...😉

Loved the self contemplation by Khushi in trying to analyze her accelerated heart rate at the proximity of her husband... But being the smart girl she is, she eventually zeroed in on the cause...

So, looking forward to more... Please update soon.

P.S. Jen, how old is Khushi right now btw??

Khushi's birthday falls sometime in August...So she is almost 15:)Still too young by today's standards but in 1920s, the life expectancy was in the 40s so early 30s was considered middle age and 15/16 a perfectly acceptable marriageable age:)
