its tragic how we allow our pasts to rule over our futures. this was, is and will continue to be the case; but more people like this arnav are needed for the khushis to let go of the past and look for a brighter tomorrow

A touching OS... As you have said we can't relate to what those innocent soles go through when they become a victim of lust, yet as girls can very well feel what they have been subjected to. It was exceptionally written and you have portrayed the sentiments very well. Even though its very far from reality still hoping for a better place for women in this corrupted society...

The story was beautiful. A journey of sorts.

But more beautiful was the idea behind it. The rape case disgusts me for the principle reason that it tells the youth of the country to go commit crimes, as long as they are under 18 they will be spared 😡

About the story, we can only imagine Khushi's horror. Thankful to the gods to have granted Khushi her Arnav who is her supporting boss, firm friend and now a tender lover 😊

This is a topic very close to my heart. You portrayed the situation of our society and Khushi's raw pain perfectly. Well done. Made my heart clench.

Fabulous story line to tell a story, A!

I liked how for Arnav and Khushi, the process of falling in love was gradual and was more than fell-in-love-with-you-when-I-saw-you-first...

Khushi, a young career- oriented girl has gone through so much because someone couldn't handle their desires. No one gave the right to Shyam to violate her and make her feel miserable and waste 1 whole year of her life. But Khushi chose not to wallow in self- pity and rose above it eventually.

Arnav is right when he said she had already taken the first step towards her future when she started working again...

May be when it comes to Khushi, Arnav's senses are always alerted to the hilt. He knew she had something to hide or rather she was holding back something within her which she couldn't share with anyone... He was the one to point that out and help her deal with it.

The lines from the show brought back so many memories... Sigh!

Arnav by being a gentleman was able to talk her out of the situation she was in and she did take a leap of faith. He got her 'MISSING'' smile back! Yay to that!

Although the ILYD seemed a bit rushed, when it is a OS, you just can't help it... But, A, this was excellent SS material you had in hand... How I wish I could read this as a SS... But then it is a writer's prerogative!

And u have written after so long! Thank you for resuming writing again! And u have no reason to be apprehensive about this piece of writing! U have handled it so well!

Yes it is very disturbing every time when u come across news like that everyday that women have been molested and what not... Can't even feel the tip of hurt they have gone through... Can only hope that the harsher punishments stop this crime and hienous acts in future!
