I suppose Khushi's simplicity of style is what adds to her allure. She had a really good feeling about tonight... hope she is right, and this night heralds the next step in the Arnav-Khushi relationship! Sad that things aren't right yet between father and daughter. Loved the banter between the cousins and their frustration at Akash for taking very long to get ready: "Knock V? I could have been naked." "Nothing I haven't grown up seeing, bro. Stop pretending to be a gaon-ki-gori..." "AKASH! Get your ass out of there. Both of us are ready and if you're not done with your make-up, we're leaving you behind." A drunk Khushi opens up so many possibilities... she calling her state happy' is cute. Of course, Arnav will be there to see she doesn't get into trouble... that he might be the trouble is another thing altogether. Khushi muddled thoughts in her inebriated state are pretty unique and amusing. Even their texting is hilarious: Her phone beeped almost instantly. Giveaway. -You're too smart for your own good, Raizada. -Pot, kettle, etc. You didn't answer my question. What question? Khushi frowned and scrolled back up. Oh, THAT question. The easy, non-judgemental camaraderie between Khushi and Arnav is nice to see, especially the latter enjoying a drunk yet intellectual Khushi. She seemed to be developing a dangerous addiction to it. It made her want to grab a handful of his navy blue shirt and pull him closer... wow, and most probably taste him! Amazing the number and sheer diversity of thoughts ricocheting round her skull! From all that, Arnav catches on to her estranged relationship with her father. The wine / beer has really loosened her tongue and her inhibitions leading to some interesting developments, later on. Arnav could hear the faintest quiver in her voice. And it made him feel helpless again. The way it had all those months ago, when she'd broken down in front of him, because of her fear of the dark... his instinctive need to comfort her and to apologise to her for that long ago prank is quite touching... awww, her pout drives him nuts! Their heartfelt apologies to each other for their long ago childish behaviour comes at just the right time in their growing friendship. Nice to see that they are so comfortable in the relationship that they don't get mad at each other over petty things nor do they hesitate to gently tease to put the other at ease. Poor Khushi, that must have been very frightening for a seven-year-old to go through, especially the feeling that everyone has forgotten her. People are always scared of seeking psychiatric help due to social stigma... thank god things are gradually changing. "Don't I? Who will take me seriously unless I prove that I'm capable? Arnav being the gentleman, despite wanting to kiss her, and Khushi's invitation to him followed y her taking the lead is a nice role-reversal. The slight awkwardness after their scorching kiss and their coming back to reality is to be expected... hopefully they won't start avoiding each other. Eager to know why NK and Lavanya have had a falling out... though not a matter of amusement, NK wanting to leave because I have a splitting headache' made me chuckle. If my life continues to be as complicated throughout, I'm going to punch someone... loved her utterly frustrated and militant tone! While Khushi's desperate need to know the correct etiquette related to texting after a scorching kiss and quick goodbye is hilarious, her confusion and doubts about Arnav's ensuing response are no laughing matter! Could we get his perspective on the kiss? P.S. Speaking objectively and based on whatever experience I have so far, Raizada is a mind-blowing kisser... what a testimonial!
