So far, we see that Arnav wants to exact his revenge with Khushi, but looks out for her at each instance.

• taking care of her brother and buaji
• looks after her in the hospital
• saves her from Shoan
• looks after her after the second fainting session
• gets her to eat for her own good

Makes you wonder what exactly happened that Khushi is subjected to this.
