Part 7

Hospital

He was waiting at the doorstep just in front the ward.. She been diagnosed by the Doctor.. He was restless and moving here and there.. His mind was not working and somewhere he felt scared.. Scared if something terrible happen to her.. Even she just fainted but still the fear was still there.. He saw the nurse coming out from the ward and he rushed to her..

Arnav: How is she..?? Did anything happen to her..?? Did.. (Been interrupt before he shoot for another query..)

Nurse: Sir.. She is fine now.. The Doctor have injected her and she will gain conscious after few hours.. There is nothing to be worry about your WIFE..

The moment he heard WIFE.. He was out of the world.. He was happy yet confused knowing the unknown feeling which was developing in him.. He was lost in a deep thought and was actually smiling which he hardly does.. The nurse called him again and bring him back to presence..

Nurse: Sir.. Are you alright..?? (He nodded a Yes..)

Arnav: Can I go in..??

He do get the approval from the Nurse and he walked inside only to find two individual.. She was lying on the bed and sleeping peacefully.. He looked at the Doctor..

Arnav: What happen to her..?? (He asked his family doctor who knew him and his family very well..)

Doctor: She was under stress and didnt had a proper meal due to the reason she fainted.. But you dont have to worry she will be fine.. Let her take rest.. (The doctor excused and walked out from the ward leaving him alone with her..)

He sat on the stool near her and was admiring her.. His hand was arguing to touch her to console her.. But again he dont have the courage.. He was hesitate to touch her thinking he might disturb her.. He clearly knew she was here just because of him.. But he will never agree it.. How ironic..??

After few hours, she start to move her neck and her eyes too start to open slowly.. She open her eyes and saw some lights hitting her views.. She closed it for sometime before she open it again.. She looked around and the first face her eyes caught was HIS..

Her eyes popped out and she hurriedly checked her clothes and sigh in relief.. He surely notice her gesture and that only show she dont trust him.. But he dont care.. Why would he..??

Khushi: Where am I? (She asked still a bit blur..)

Arnav: If you can check your clothes than why cant you figure out this place..?? (With raising brows.. She feel like smacking him..)

Khushi: I guessed I asked a wrong person..

Arnav: Yes you are..

She shut her mouth showing she wasnt interested to ask him anything.. After sometime she do realize she is in a hospital and thats when she come to knew she was almost fainting and he was the one who saved her from falling down and brought her here..

Khushi: Thanks for bring me here.. (He looked at her..) Dont think I have forgive you.. Because you dont deserve my forgiveness.. I said thanks because my family have thought me some manner and they always remind me to appreciate the person who help us doesnt matter how bad or cruel that person is.. (Her words stabbed his heart..)

Arnav: Then do appreciate me.. Ms.Malhotra.. (He smirked trying to control the anger in him.. One thing he was sure.. She is very good in provoking his anger.. Seem she had took some lecture from someone experience..)

She gives him a side way glance and totally ignore his presence.. She was about to adjust the bed so that she can lean her back comfortably.. But before she could held the remote he himself volunteer and adjust the bed for her.. She didnt look at him and was reading some magazine which been kept on the side table.. Thats when the nurse walked in and she crept a smile to her..

Nurse: So how are you feeling now..??

Khushi: Much better than before.. (She smiled..)

Nurse: Good.. But for that you should thank to your HUSBAND.. He was too worried for you.. (Her smile fade when the nurse claimed him as her husband.. A husband..?? Seriously..)

Khushi: He is no (her words stuck when he interrupted and made the situation worst..)

Arnav: Honey.. I told you right sleep well and dont plot a mission every night.. It will only make you tired when we always does IT.. Now see you are weak again.. I should asked them to provide tonic for you.. You need it.. (The nurse was shy hearing his bold talk.. While, Khushi was lost of words when he officially claimed her as her wife and he told the nurse that they had IT..?? What the Hell..!)

Nurse: You have a loving husband.. He loves you a lot..

Arnav: And I loved her every damn night (He smirked hinting on his hidden meaning phase.. The nurse took the report with her and leave them alone with blush on her face.. She eyed him in anger..)

Khushi: What was that? (She was trying to smooth her voice before it blurt out..)

Arnav: Dont you have brain..?? (Her mouth literally open and she knew he was simply making her loose her control.. She took a deep breath and continued..)

Khushi (She snapped out roughly): Knock some sense in your Arnav Singh Raizada.. Why you are always behind me..?? Just leave me alone.. Seeing you here already full my day with cursed.. And now stop reacting like my husband when you clearly knew you dont have a quality to be my husband.. In fact, you dont even have the quality to be anyones husband.. You are such a pain! God are witnessing whatever you are doing with me and the day will come when you will pay for your own deeds..

Arnav(Clenching his fist): If that so.. Then you too get ready because I wont spare you too.. (He exhale a harsh breath and both was looking at each other with their firing gaze which will turn this small room into ass..)

His mobile bell rang and they broke the terrifying eye lock between them.. He answer his called and purposely put in loudspeaker when he saw the caller ID.. He smiled when he saw the name..

Arnav: Hey Veronica.. (He turn in soft which shocked Khushi for a second..)

Veronica: How are you..?? (She trying to maintain her sweet voice..)

Arnav: Oh.. Im fine.. Sweetheart.. Come lets meet tonight.. (He was being like a sweet candy.. Khushi who was seeing all this was feeling to vomit hearing his sweet voice but she was eager to know who is this Veronica who can turn this beast to talk all lovely and sweetly..)

Veronica: Arnie.. You are being so sweet with me today.. Any special reason..?? (She was doubting actually.. Everyone knew how rude is Arnav Singh Raizada but today his action was unpredictable..)

Arnav: Im always sweet only some people misunderstand me.. While, thats not a big deal for me.. Because I dont give damn to them.. (He said while looking at Khushi who was busying with the magazine but her ear was on him..)

Veronica: Then I will be waiting at Disco for you..

Arnav: And.. haah.. Sweetheart wear something sexy.. My eyes are still paining seeing a sister(Poojali) here.. She look so unattractive.. (That was height for Khushi.. She closed the magazine and look at the person who was standing opposite her..)

Veronica: Dont worry.. I will make sure it.. While, we will warm our b before she cloud continue her words further he hurriedly cut the called.. He didnt want Khushi to hear anything further.. Even she have guessed it.. Which was hinting to bed..!

Arnav(carrying his coat): She is my new girlfriend.. Veronica..

Khushi: Did I asked..??

Arnav: You didnt but your little heart does.. (He smirked.. )I have called mom and she will be here anytime soon.. So be on the bed.. I will inform the nurse to be with you and dont try to be too smart.. Just rest and gain some courage to stand against me.. Because you really need it.. (He walked towards the exits and turn behind..) One more.. Dont worry honey.. I wont warm my bed with her.. She is not my type.. I need a tigress to handle me.. (he closed the door and walked out from the hospital after informing the nurse..)

Khushi was literally taken back with his words.. She doesnt understand what kind of person he is..?? What is he made from..?? She lean her head on the pillow and let the slumber took over here.. She didnt want to waste her time thinking on someone which is not worthy..

Tanuja was feeding Khushi some fruits and in between talking with her while Ronit went to fulfill all the discharge documents..

Khushi: Aunty.. Im full.. (She show her pouted face when Tanuja was keep on forcing her to eat those fruits..)

Tanuja: Khushi dont be so careless.. Just eat this so you can gain some strength.. (The moment she said gain some strength.. Surely remind her the person she is hating now days.. She quietly obey Tanujas order and start to eat the fruits.. Ronit walked in and inform them regarding Khushi been discharged and they can take her home..)

Ronit: Khushi.. You will be staying with us.. (She was surprised to hear this.. This is what she fears for..??)

Khushi: Uncle.. I can stay alone.. You dont have to worry about me.. I will be fine.. (She trying her best to avoid staying in the same house with the beast..)

Tanuja: Yea we saw.. How much fine you are..? If you were staying with us then today you wont land up in hospital.. See what had happen now.. (She scolded her being as a mother who always concern about her children..)

Ronit: Khushi.. Your brother and Nannu might be worry if they find out you was admitted in hospital.. And they will took the next flights to India and in next flights they will take you back to New York along with them.. Dont make them worry.. (She start to think deeply.. She was stuck in between.. At one hand was her family and the other hand was the beast.. She didnt want to meet him and now again destiny are playing games with her by making her share the same roof with him..)

Tanuja: We are your own Family.. Why are you running from us..?? (She wished she could tell them that she wasnt running from them but she was running from their son.. Which is a monster without a heart..)

Khushi: Okey.. (She replied with heavy heart..)

Ronit: I will inform the maid to bring your luggage to Raizada Mansion.. You dont have to worry about that.. (She nodded a yes..)

But before she step in the house again.. She swear to herself that she wont going to give up if he plot any nasty plan for her.. She will make sure his plan backfire on him..
