"You are not the most important person in my life Khushi'stop acting like it."
"There's no one more important to me than my Di'She means the world to me."
"I love you'but you cannot take her place."
"Because of you'she's worried that she would lose me."
"My Di'My Di'"
She splashed a handful of cold water onto her pale face, allowing her blood to circulate across as her usual rosy color filled her complexion.
She patted her face with her towel, cringing at the creases on her forehead and the dark circles around her doe shaped eyes.
Yes, she had cried a lot. He had hurt her. Yet, she refused to leave, she knew he loved her'she loved him too. It was her stubbornness and her will. She will never leave him. No matter what happens.
She walked out, wearing her dupatta around her neck, tying her hair up in a high chignon bun allowing her bangs to cover the stretch marks across her forehead.
She sat down in front of the mirror, assessing any lines or creases on her face. She was very self conscious of herself. She hated the way she looked, the way she talked, the way she moved. Then he walked into her life, filling it with color and vibrancy. He made her feel beautiful'she didn't hate herself any more'
She took out the little cylindrical box from her secret stash of products. She opened the lid carefully placing it onto her palm.
As she filled her maang with the crimson powder, she made a promise to herself.
No matter what happens'No matter who comes'she will never leave him..they were in this..together. Forever.

Arnav forcefully applied pressure to the brakes of his SUV, carelessly driving across the abandoned road. He closed his eyes in frustration as sleep evaded his mind.
Visions of her face flashed across him. Her beautiful face'his love'his one true love'The only woman in the world he would bow down to.
How stupid had he been? It was always her'It was always going to be her.
What had he ever done to deserve such a demure, beautiful woman like her to be beside him?
He hated himself after the way he treated her. Last night'last night was terrible. He had given her so much pain. Yet, she stood there, absorbing all of it in, not saying a word.
She was truly the most selfless creature he had ever come across. He didn't deserve her. Simple as that.
As visions of them cuddled together, smiling, happy as always clouded his mind, he missed the truck approaching him in front.
But it was too late.
All he could hear was her bubbling laughter. Her voice engulfing his mind. His senses. Everything.
She WAS everything'
