belated happy friendship day guys

After 5 years,

In Dheradun

A girl sitting at her window was deeply thinking of something. She had completed her MBA and had done her internship for 6 months. Now she had given an interview for a Multi-National company a 2 days ago and they were impressed by her. She was expecting a call from them. She was thinking whether they'll select her or not. The girl is none other than kriya ghai. Yes she has completely changed in these 5 years.

She went down her memory lane from where she had started. She now doesn't look like the kriya that her friends in St.Louis knew. She is no more bubbly innocent and had given up on her dream of becoming the best dancer. She had turned herself into a stone hearted person and didn't like when someone mentioned about love.

Her thoughts were broken by her mom who said that there is a call for her. Kriya went and attended the call.

Kriya ' hello ..

Person ' is this kriya ghai

Kriya ' yes

Person ' mam you have been selected in the interview you had given a few days ago. You have been selected to be general secretary of Mr.Khurana

Kriya ' really (she was shocked but wasn't much happy about it... you know why)

Person ' yes mam it's true. You may start from next week Monday. We'll send you the details soon.

Kriya ' thank you

She ended the call. Her mother asked her

Kriya ' mom woh... Maine jo interview diya tha unhe logon ka call tha

Smriti ' kya kaha un hone... tum select ho gayi ho na

Kriya ' haan mom... next week se join karna padega...

Smriti ' OMG kriya I'm so proud of you. You made my dream come true.

Kriya ' thank you mom. Mom mein tha gayi hoon mein sone ja rahi hoon

Smriti ' theek hai beta... good night

Kriya ' good night mom

She silently went to her room and lay on her bed. After a long period of time she began to think about her friends in St.Louis. she had locked herself and had been focused of completing her MBA. She was doing everything mechanically. She got up went to her college came back home and studied till night till she slept. She did make some friends here but it wasn't same for her. Her friends were good but she wasn't open with them. They used to think that she is an introvert but the truth was far away from it.

She thought about her friends. Swayam, Neha, Vishaka, Amar, Bharat.

She thought:

I know that they might have forgotten me and have moved on in their life par mein jitna bhi chahun unhe nahi bhula sakti.

She had accidentally heard from her friend that Louians had won footloose competition and lifted the trophy. She was happy that her friends fulfilled her dream of winning footloose and erasing the divide. She had also heard that Louians had won the NDC's. She was proud of all of them. But was sad that she wasn't there to be a part of it and maybe that they have forgotten her.

The clock suddenly struck 12 and her eyes got moist and she started crying.

Today was friendship day...

She closed her eyes and remembered all the good and bad times that she had spent with her friends. She couldn't stop herself and jumbled in her drawer where she found a book which has some contact numbers and dialled a number hoping that it was the right one.

Elsewhere in Mumbai,

In a huge rehearsal hall a group of people were talking, making jokes and enjoying. They were in complete celebrative mode. They had been reminiscing about their earlier friendship day celebration since 3 hours. A guy came with a cake. He was none other than rey and the group was none other than Louians.

After a while swayam said

Swayam ' guys sirf 10 seconds for 12... so 10

HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY GUYS

They opened the cake, cut it and fed each other and were very happy.

They settled down and started talking about their old days and pulling each other's legs.

Suddenly Swayam's mobile rang and everyone's attention was diverted. He excused himself and went to the other side nearby to others. He saw it was an unknown number and decided to attend it.

Swayam ' hello

He heard nothing from the other side...

Swayam ' hello is anyone there

He heard a faint sob

Swayam ' who is it?

On the other hand it was none other than kriya (i hope you have already guessed). She answered him.

Kriya ' swayam ... is that you

Swayam got surprised hearing the voice. He suddenly realised that whose voice it might be and being smart he kept his phone on speaker.

Swayam ' ya it's me tum...

Kriya ' it's me kriya

Hearing that everyone were surprised and went near swayam...swayam gestured everyone to be quiet and he answered...

Swayam ' kriya it's really you i can't believe it, kaise ho tum, tum kaha ho tum itne salon baad call kar rahi ho

She cut him and said

Kriya ' swayam kehne ka haq toh nahi hai par happy friendship day

Everyone there got nostalgic and said to her

Everyone ' happy friendship day kriya

She got surprised and realised what must have happened and cut the call. She was happy her friends wished her but angry on herself that she couldn't control herself. She immediately switched off her phone and started crying heavily till she slept.

On the other side swayam tried again and again to call her but her mobile was switched off.

He said to everyone

Swayam ' guys usne apna mobile switch off kar diya hai hum ab use contact nahi kar sakte

Simmi ' pata nahi kriya ne aaj tumhe phone kiya we thought that usne hame bhula diya hoga

Swayam ' i dont't think so simmi mujhe uski rone ka awaz aaraha tha pata nahi kyun mujhe kuch ajeeb sa lag raha tha jaise use hamari zaroorat ho

Bharat ' use hamari zaroorat kya hoogi... jab hame uski zaroorat thi tab toh woh hamare sath nahi thi to ab kyun humse baat karna chahta hoon

Sharon ' nahi bharat agar woh hume bina contact kiye footloose elims ke baad chali gayi hogi toh koi na koi reason toh hoga na...

Neha ' lekin Sharon hu yeh bhi toh nahi bhul sake thi usne jo bhi kiya hoga jis reason keliye bhi kiya hoga lekin hume ditch kiya tha na

Sharon ' aur hum sab yeh bhool rahe hai ki uski wajah se tum log ... hum log aaj ek doosre ke sath friendship day mana rahe hai

Swayam ' you are right Sharon hum kriya ke aane se pehle kya the just some normal weaklings but kriya ke aane ke baad sab kuch badal gaya usne hume sapne dikhaye lekin sath sath uska yeh bi with thi ki woh weaklings aur dazzlers ka divide mita sake aur jab tak woh yaha thi tab tak toda successfull thi...

Aashi ' agar kriya ne aap sabko yeh sapne dikhya the to beech mein aap sab ko kyun chod ke chali gayi thi

Rey ' kuch aur reason hoga jo woh hum sabse chupa rahi hai shayad woh majboor hogai hogi

Everyone was surprised that rey was talking about kriya. He was quiet till now but he couldn't stop himself from saying it

Rey ' guys don't be surprised waise bhi woh kyun tum sabko bina ek baat bhi bataye sirf swayam ko ek letter deke chali gai hoti... hum sab aaj yaha ek sath baithe hai toh kriya ke wajah se...

Swayam ' aur aaj tak hum kisse na kisse kaam mein busy the ki ek baar bhi use yaad nahi karthe.

Everyone were silent from that moment and stated to think about the time when kriya was with them...

But then there was one person standing in one corner, who had mixed feelings. Yes it was rey. He dint know how to react. He should be happy, sad, and angry or just ignore what just happened.

Swayam came to him and put his hand on his shoulder and asked

Swayam ' rey...

Rey ' ya... kya hua

Swayam ' tu theek hai na

Rey ' no zindagi mei pehli baar itna confused hona pad raha hai... mei thak gaya hoon apne dil ko sambhalte

Swayam ' rey tu wahi kar jo tuje theek lage... just remember that we are here gor you

Rey ' thanx dude

After some time everyone went back to their home from their dance academy with confused feelings. They did not know what would happen next.

Rey was more confused than anyone. Slowly he started to think about that fateful night and started to analyze her behaviour. He came to a conclusion that kriya was surely lying all the time and there was something fishy about her sudden back out from the college.
