Raiprakash family

The royal family of Jaipur. This family had conquered this city a 25 years ago. The king was the head of the family. Unlike other kings, he had only one wife. They had five children; four of them being girls. Their youngest child being a boy is the apparent hair of the kingdom.He was suffering from a deadly disease. There are talks in the family about the marriage of the king's eldest daughters: kriya and sharanya with the princes of mithila: reyaansh and swayam. The members of the family are:

Gautham Raiprakash

The king of jodhpur and the head of the raiprakash family. It was under his rule that the caste system was introduced in Jaipur. The upper class people were happy as they became subjected to so many privileges. But the lower caste had to accept their fate. Thus the upper class always supported the king while the lower class opposed him.He loves his family and can go to any extent to protect them. He wants his daughters to get married soon. His youngest son suffers a deadly disease and this makes him quite worried. He appoints a psychic saint to look after his son and cure him. He blindly trusts the saint.

Mrinalini raiprakash

The queen of jodhpur and wife of gautham. She loves him the most and can never disobey him. She is a strict mother to her children and does not pamper any of them. She wants them to be disciplined and capable of ruling the kingdom. She does love them but never shows it. She loves to dress up and wear expensive jewellery. Her concern for her son makes her believe in the saint her husband brought to cure their son. She does not ever go against the saint. She follows him blindly.

Kriya Raiprakash

The eldest daughter of the family and the grand duchess of Jaipur. She was a bold girl and was beautiful. She has a whitish skin colour. She loves to read. She is always scolded by her mother because of her behaviour. She is out-spoken and straight forward. Diplomacy is not her game. She has keen interest in the administration of the kingdom. Being the eldest, she also has a huge sense of responsibility. She is the closest to her second sister Sharanya. Together both of them are called the big pair. She does not have much of creative sense but was she was hardworking. She carries a personal vendetta towards the saint. She tries a lot to persuade her family to not trust the saint, but her pleas are not heard. Her parents are so blinded by the love of her brother that they do not see what she has to suffer. She is a head strong girl and does not cry. She hates people who sympathise with her. Whatever may be the problem she always has a fake smile plastered on her face. She is engaged to reyaansh shekhawat.

Sharanya Raiprakash

The second eldest daughter of the family and the grand duchess of Jaipur. Unlike her elder sister, she is fair and resembles her mother the most. She is lovingly called as Sharon. Diplomacy was a piece of cake for her. Her sisters used to send her as the representative of their group whenever they wanted anything. Even though kriya was ten moths elder than her, she never objected Sharon taking charge of things. Everyone just gasped at her skills of explanation. Sharon was a wonderful painter and an expressive poet. She also was a melodios singer and a graceful dancer. She has no interest in anything related to the kingdom. She along with her sister has a personal vendetta towards the saint. She feels that he is betraying her family who trusted him. She does not like being close to the saint. She always supports kriya when kriya speaks against the saint. She is afraid of the saint laying his dirty eyes on her sisters too. She has been unsuccessful in convincing her parents to distrust the saint. She is not strong like kriya. She does not smile much, anyone hardly saw her smile. She is engaged to swayam shekhawat.

Neharika Raiprakash

The third daughter of the family and the grand duchess of Jaipur. Everyone in the family calls her neha. She is plainly defined by her love for her father. she tries to spend as much as time as possible with him. She loves sports. She excels in playing tennis, badminton, hockey and polo. She was a girl but thought like a boy. She did not stay at home all the time like her mother and sisters. She stayed outdoors playing. She does not know much about the happenings of the kingdom. She does know about the saint her father appointed. But little does she know about the hatred her older sisters share towards him. They instruct her to stay away from him and she obeys them. She is reserved and quiet in nature.

Rinnisha Raiprakash

The youngest daughter of the family and the grand duchess of Jaipur. She is called as rinni by her family. She is naive and cannot understand whether anyone is telling the truth or not. She blindly believes in the saint like her parents. Her sisters warn her to stay away from him but she doesn't listen to them. She hates them for this. She thinks that whatever the saint does, it is for their good. She is talkative in nature.

Simrita Raiprakash

Gautham's elder sister. She is like a god-mother to the big pair. She does not like the saint and always insists her brother to fire the saint from his job. She knows the reason why kriya and Sharon hate the saint. she visits her brother once in a month stays for ten days. Kriya and Sharon adore her. Gautham and mrinalini pamper her a lot.

Bharat Raiprakash

The youngest child of the raiprakash family and the apparent hair to the throne. He is diagnosed with haemophilia. He had to be careful to not injure himself because he lacked the clotting factors necessary to prevent him from bleeding to death. There was only one saint who could cure him. As a child he was simple and affectionate. He was the centre of this united family, the focus of all its hopes and affections. His sisters worshipped him. He was his parents' pride and joy. When he was well, the palace was transformed. He does not know about hatred his first two elder sisters share towards the saint.

Saint shivamitra

He was a beggar on the streets of Jaipur. He was a saint. He said he had powers to liberate humans and help them get rid of their pain. Miracles also happened in the lives of people he cured. This news reached the king and he appointed the saint to cure his son. He is respected and praised by all the members of the raiprakash family except kriya, Sharon and simrita. The children of the family have been asked to consider him 'their friend'.

Shekhawat family

They are the royals of mithila. They have one of the most powerful army in the entire rajputana. The king of mithila had two wives and both of them departed to heaven. He has two sons: reyaansh and swayam( reyaansh is elder among the two )who are the hair to the throne. He fixed their marriage with the princesses of Jaipur: kriya and sharanya. The members of this family are:

Bhuvan singh shekhawat

The king of mithila. He is a strict person and likes everything to be in order. Reyaansh and swayam's father. Loves them dearly. He married twice and lost both his wives. He wants his sons to get married as soon as possible and start to rule mithila as kings.

Reyaansh shekhawat

The elder son of buvan singh and the prince of mithila. He has got good looks to a great personality. He has a charm that no female can resist. He is an impulsive person. He hates people who try to harm anyone he loves. He is very close to swayam. He is very good in masial arts, sword fighting etc. He is engaged to kriya and is dying to meet her.

Swayam shekhawat

the younger son of bhuvan singh and the prince of mithila. He has got looks to die for and a calm persona. He is less spontaneous than reyaansh. He is a rational and positive thinker. He is interested in administering the kingdom. He plays a Varity of instruments. He has melodious voice too. He is very close to reyaansh. He is engaged to Sharon.

Vikramjeet ranawat

Cousin of reyaansh and swayam. He Stays with them occasionally. He is a playful person and cannot see anyone sad. he is an expert at playing polo, hockey and tennis. He has a younger sister Vishaka. He Adores and pampers her a lot.

Vishaka ranawat

Younger sister of vikram. She loves and adores him. He is her inspiration. Everyone pampers her in the family.

The marriage of kriya with reyaansh and Sharon with swayam is a based on a treaty between the raiprakash and shekhawat.

The kingdom of mithila will have two kings after the princes get married. Reyaansh will handle the army, police and duties related to security while swayam handles the administration of the kingdom. Kriya and Sharon after becoming queens will also have an active role in the administration of the kingdom.
