I have been wanting to write for a while but I was quite hesitant! Thanks to Mrina Di (I am sure most of you know her) ... She is the one who encouraged me to write this one! Even the tittle credit goes to her! Thanks a Lot Di ... Love you heaps 🤗
This SS is based on Arshi's Contract Marriage and Aaksh and Payal will also have an important role to play in this SS like Arnav and Khushi.

PROLOGUE
One week had passed since Arnav and Khushi's contract marriage. The Guptas had broken off all their ties with Khushi. The atmosphere at Shantivan was also tensed. Arnav and Khushi were in their own separate worlds. Arnav was back to his world of being the Arrogant Singh Raizada. He had started going to the office the next day of the wedding itself. It was his way of avoiding his families' questions. When Anjali had asked him how he can go to work leaving Khushi behind on the next day of their wedding he had plainly answered back "Di both me and Aakash can't stay away from the office. And anyways Khushi is not new to this house like Payal. So Aakash should stay here while I go to the office!" After saying that, he had just walked out without sparing a glance at anyone including Khushi. He leaves early for office and comes late so that he could avoid the family. The only one he could not avoid was Khushi. But he never cared to answer her questions. Meanwhile Khushi was in a world where she was not herself anymore. She was just plain tired of everything. She did not understand... no in fact she did not try to understand what was going on around her anymore. The first few days of the marriage she tried her best to ask Arnav the reason behind the contract marriage but nothing other than the words 'I don't need to explain you any damn thing' and 'I Hate You' came out of his mouth. Then she had tried to woo the family but most of them also ignored her ... Other than Anjali, Aakash and Payal; no one used to talk to her. The few interactions with these three were her only relief in that house. But when she could see confusion in their eyes related to hers and Arnav's marriage, she used to ignore them. What could she possibly tell them about it when she herself dint know the reason behind her marriage. So she had decided to stay in their room most of the time ... She used to get out only when it was necessary. What else could she do other than that now ... She had no answers for the questioning eyes of the Raizadas. On the other hand the Raizadas were more upset with Khushi than Arnav. They knew Arnav was unpredictable but Khushi ... no one could believe that a girl like her could get married without her elders consent. Naniji was very upset with Khushi since she never expected Khushi to do something like this, she always considered Khushi to be 'sanskari '. While Manorama thought that Khushi was a gold digger and that both the Gupta sisters had planned to trap the Raizada brothers. These two used to just ignore Khushi completely. NK had left for Australia since he had to get back to work and even Mamaji had left for London to manage few deals. So they both had left the next day after marriage after wishing both the couples good luck. The only people who even used to have monosyllable talks with Khushi were Anjali, Aakash and Payal. They were just plain confused with the happenings and did not know how to react. It was not that they were not angry ... They were angry too but somewhere deep inside they felt that Arnav was more responsible for this issue than Khushi. Anjali had given up on asking her brother and her new bhabhi for answers and decided to wait until they themselves tell her. On the other hand till now Payal and Aakash had decided to wait until everything at home becomes normal but now they were out of patience to know the reason behind Arnav and Khushi's wedding and they knew that unless and until something is done about it neither is the atmosphere at Shantivan going to be normal nor are Arnav and Khushi going to reveal the truth behind their marriage. They knew that the reason behind this sudden marriage was not just love but there was a stronger reason other than that. And more than Aakash, Payal could feel that coz she knew her sister more than anything ... She could see pain haunting in Khushi's eyes but more than that she knew her sister would not hide anything from her. So when Khushi was doing exactly that, then that meant there is something fishy. She had shared her concerns with Aakash and they had decided then itself that they had kept numb for long enough and that it was time to take the matter into their hands and solve it.***
