Chapter 31 :

Khushi woke up with a smile on her face. She was again with her family. Though she was sad about what happened to anjaliji, she was still happy that she knows the face of shyam. She got up, got freshen up and went to kitchen. She decided to make breakfast and tea for her family. She made the breakfast and went to open the door so fresh air and sunlight could enter the house and made her way towards the door.

Arnav returned home as per her instructions. He kept pacing the length n breadth of his room till the carpet was on the danger of getting torn and his legs had no more energy to walk. Finally sitting for some more time on recliner and on pool side he decided to sleep. He changed into his nightwear and then started the real torture. Toss and turn. He was so frustrated and restless and finally the sleep made its way on this tortured soul. He got up with a splitting headache. He felt his head would burst into pieces. He quickly freshen up for jogging and asked HP to get him his black coffee and headache tablet. Thus after half an hour he found himself infront of GH.

Before he could knock the door khushi opened the door and was shocked to see arnav standing with raised hand to knock the door.

Khushi(slapping her head) : Khushi tu bhi na.. Always dreaming about that laad governor. I am sure he will be having a peaceful sleep and u are thinking of him standing at your doorstep knocking your door so early in the morning.

Saying this she moved out only to get bumped on his hard chest.

Khushi : Arnavji aap. So early in the morning. Wait a minute. Do u have headache and on top of it you went for jogging. Did u have tablet.

Hearing her blabbering buaji came to the door to see why her sanki niece was talking to herself. Then she saw arnav standing near the door and hit khushi on her head.

Buaji : Are Oh Sankadevi. Why are you not allowing arnav bauwa to come inside. Is this what manners is. Hatto parameshwari.

Buaji pulled arnav inside and made him sit on the dinning table.

Buaji : Kya huva arnav bauwa. U dont look well.

Arnav : Well buaji i am having very bad headache and i had tablet still its not reducing. So So i i mean i just came to see khushi and u all.

Buaji hid her smile and sadi that she will ask khushi to do oil massage so his headache will fly and asked him to go to khushi's room and take rest. Arnav gave her a smile and headed to her room.

Buaji : Are oh khushi heat this oil and do massage for arnav bauwa. He is having very bad headache. Meanwhile let me get freshen up and prepare tea and breakfast.

Khushi : Is laad governor ki tho. Buaji tea and breakfast is ready. Prepare your favourite tea for your arnav bauwa and i will give such a massage to his head that he will never get headache in his entire life.

She lightly heated the oil and headed towards her room. She entered the room and closed the door. She saw arnav lying on the bed with his hands on his temples massaging it. She kept the bowl on the side table and removed his hand and made him sit on the bed. She slowly dipped her fingers in the oil and first applied it on the temple and started to soothe the tense muscles. Arnav was initially shocked but then relaxed feeling her soft fingers. Slowly his hand wound around her waist and kept her in place. She tried to move but he tighten his hold and she had no way to move and gave in. Soon his headache started reducing.. He relaxed and hugged her keeping his head on her bosom hearing her heart beat.

Khushi : Were you working last night arnavji. Y are u always breaking the promises which you make to me. Y are u not taking care of your health. Are you a small kid who needs a mother to run behind you every time to tell u what to do and what not to do. Arnavji with all this i wont be able to achieve my goal. Please understand. Take care. U have a wonderful family who love u a lot. Dont give them this pain. As for me, i will also be in pain if your not taking care of your health. I just need some time to settle everything. Is it too much to ask.Now sleep for sometime and i will call you for breakfast.

Saying this she made him lie down on the bed and moved out to call RM and inform arnav was here and also to get a set of spare clothes for him.

The moment he felt her soft fingers on his forehead all his tension vanished. He dint speak a word and listen to her and then slept. All his restlessness vanished thinking that he was in GH with khushi. The sleep which he could not get last night made its way the moment his head hit the pillow inhaling her jasmine fragrance.

He heard some laughter and slowly opened his eyes. He was first disoriented with the new surrounding, then he realised that he came to GH to meet khushi and she had massaged his head and then he slept. He slowly got up feeling energetic. Khushi came to wake him up but was surprised that he had woken up. He handed him his clothes and asked him to freshen up and come for breakfast. Soon he found himself with gupta family having heavy breakfast with khushi sharing the fun and jokes and her life with nanheji and lavanyaji.

Arnav got up to leave and told that he will meet her in the evening and went back home with a smile on his face. Khushi had nothing to do, so she told she will go and meet jiji after lunch. She spoke to nanheji and lavanyaji. She prepared the lunch and then left to RM to meet her jiji.
