Chapter 28 :

NK called up lavanya and spoke to her for a long time. They were worried for khushi but they also knew how much arnav loved her. They just hoped that all the difference between these two lovely couple gets solved and they tried to come out with a plan.

Arnav was looking at khushi with disbelief look. Khushi waited for him to say something but then he just kept staring at her. She pinched him to come out of the dream land and he screamed.

Arnav :Ouch!!! Khushi.. R u serious khushi. I mean i dint think you will ask this. I thought you wanted me to...

Khushi : Life is too short arnavji. At that time i was angry with you, with me for loving you when all you did was hurt me. All you had to do was just ask me. I would have told you. We know the value of a person only when we lose them. I came to know the value of my amma, babuji only when i lost them. I came to know the value of you when i decided to go far away from you. But inside i was dying arnavji. I loved you, but you never trusted me and that hurt me. I need sometime to fix myself. Please understand. I know if you go back you will never take care of your health. So that is why i asked you to stay here with me. So i can look after you. And anyways Jeejaji and aman can handle the work and you can also work from here Please.

Arnav : Stop it khushi u need not request. Just tell me what i should do and i will do and i am so sorry khushi for hurting you. I really cant stay without you. The moment you left i felt i was going to die. I was unable to breathe. Punish me, slap me but never stay away from me please khushi i.. i cant. After i lost ma, i had only di with me. Then you entered my life and you became more important in my life unknowingly. Please dont leave me like ma left us.

Khushi(hugging him) : Never arnavji, i will never leave you.

She wiped the tears and kissed him shocking him. Arnav was shocked but then he needed this assurance from her that she was with him. He deepened the kiss and pulled her more close. Her fingers made its way under his t-shirt. Arnav lost control when her soft fingers touched his bare skin. She wanted more, he wanted more. He broke the kiss and slowly moved towards her bare shoulders and gripped her waist even tighter. She was losing control. She was shy and scared. Arnav understood her feeling and stopped himself going further. He again moved towards her lips took a deep breath and opened his eyes.

Arnav : Khushi sleep sweetheart. I know you are tired. Go change and sleep. I will go to my room.

Khushi just looked at him for sometime and held his hand and nodded a no. She was shy and scared but she dint dint want him to leave her alone.

Khushi : Arnavji can i.. i mean can u i mean.. Can u sleep with me today. Please.

Arnav :Khushi i dont want to overstep my limitations khushi, by seeing you in this dress i am loosing control and i wont be able to control myself more. So its better we sleep separately rather i do something and regret later.

But khushi being khushi was in no mood to agree, she was after all Mrs. ASR and she had her own way of getting things done and finally arnav agreed to sleep with her with great difficulty. Khushi happily kissed him on his cheeks and went to change her clothes.

Khushi's Night Dress :

Arnav was shocked to see her in this night. Usually she wore cotton salwars, clearly she has changed. Arnav thought this is going to be very tough for him. Khushi came to her side of the bed and dimmed the light and lie down on the bed. Arnav took a deep breathe and made his way to his side of the bed fighting his desires to stop himself from crossing his limits.

Poor Arnav! What a fight between his mind and his heart! He needs Khushi but cannot overstep and jeapordize his new found balance in the relationship and Khushi is not helping at all with her enticing wine red night dress!
