Chapter 11

The sun rose high up in the sky happily shining as it marked the start of a new day.. Bird singing melodiously flaunting their excitement.. The night had passed.. And so had the darkness of their life's.. It wasn't only the start of a new day but also a new chapter.. A chapter filled with togetherness, happiness and maybe bitterness well that was yet to be discovered..

In the room.. On the bed lay two souls embraced in each other's arms.. Madly in Love.. Truly in Love.. Forever in Love.. The sunrays along with the wind was shamelessly tickling their face.. Both carrying a content smile.. They felt complete having each other so close.. This was one of the most peaceful slumber they would have had in the past few year.. And praying to having many more.. Suddenly something started ringing.. Ringing loudly.. Swayam had a frown playing on his forehead.. He felt Sharon cuddling into him as she was getting disturbed.. He immediately opened his eyes and looked around for the source..

There.. Sharon's phone was ringing in the loudest pitch possible.. He slowly bent forward to her side and took the mobile from the side table.. Immediately putting it on silent he looked at Sharon and slowly shifted out of the bed making sure she wasn't awake.. Walking tip-toed he walked out of the room and received the call..

Kriya: Hey Sharon! Kidhar ho tum? I'm ringing the bell from the past half an hour.. Don't tell me you are still sleep.. Get up!! I got you your breakfast..

Swayam: Catch your breath Madam!

Kriya was confused as to what happened to Sharon's voice..

Kriya (confused): Sharon??

Swayam (yawning): Sharon nahi Swayam!

Kriya: Swayam?.. SWAYAM!! Sharon ka phone tumhare paas kya kar raha hai?

Swayam (smiling): Sharon ka phone hi nahi.. Sharon bhi mere paas hai..

Kriya (shocked): WHAT!! Sharon tumhare paas? Mind to elaborate..

Swayam: Puri story baad main bataunga but for now I'll just say WE are back..

Kriya (surprised, shocked): WHAT!!! You can't be serious?! Sharon finally confessed to you!! Shit, Shit, Shit Shit! Mujhe vishwaas nahi ho raha! Finally tum dono saath ho! Oh my god! I'm so Happy!!!! Congratulations!!!

Swayam (smiling wider): Thank you! Now if you don't mind kya main Sharon ke paas jaa sakta hu? Warna woh uth jayegi and I want her to rest as raat ko late ho gaya tha!

Kriya (teasing): Raatko late ho gaya tha *clearing her throat*hmmm..

Swayam (blushing): KRIYA!!

Kriya: Ok! Ok! I'll leave you but jaise hi Sharon uthti hai tell her to call me!

Swayam: Yes I will!

Both hung up.. Kriya was actually dancing after keeping the call.. She was so Happy for both her friends that finally both had accepted their feelings and were together now.. As her excitement subsided a bit her smile vanished the sooner it came..

Kriya (to herself): Hey Bhagwaan! SID!!

As soon as Swayam hung up the call he felt a pair of arms wrap around his torso..

Sharon (resting her head on his back): Good morning..

Swayam (turning to her): A very Good Morning My love..

He pecked her forehead as she pecked his cheek.. Sharon again rested her head on his chest wrapping her hands around him and closed her eyes..

Sharon: Tum itni jaldi kyun uth gaye? It's just 7..

Swayam (stroking her hair): Kriya ka call tha tumhare liye, tum disturb na ho iss liye I came out.. But why did you get up..

Sharon (pouting): I couldn't feel you next to me..

Swayam: I'm sorry.. But chalo you can rest for an hour hour more..

Sharon: No I'm fine.. Waise Kriya ne call kyun kiya tha?

Swayam: Pata nahi she said woh tumhare ghar ke bahar khadi hai with your breakfast but when I told her you are with me and we are together again toh khushi ke maare chilane lagi..

Sharon giggled listening to her best friends reaction.. She took her cell from Swayam and broke the hug while calling her bestie.. Swayam in the meantime headed to the washroom to freshen-up..

Sharon: Hey Kriya! Kya hua tumne call kiya tha..

Kriya (hesitantly): Haan woh aise hi.. But Swayam told me you both are together now..

Sharon (blushing): Yes, hum dono saath hai.. Par tum khush nahi sound kar rahi?!

Kriya: Nahi, nahi aisi baat nahi hai! But Sharon are you sure about your decision?

Sharon (confused): Obviously I am! But tum aisa kyun puch rahi ho? Baat kya hai?

Kriya: Sid..

Sharon went numb listening to his name.. She had completely forgotten about her engagement from the time she left the party.. She hadn't realised that any decision she takes will not only affect her life but also Swayam and Sid.. She was bought out of her trance with Kriya's voice..

Kriya: Kya Sid ko iss bare main pata hai?

Sharon: Nahi..

Kriya: Tumhe uss se jitni jaldi ho baat karni hogi.. Don't delay this Sharon nahi toh bahut problem ho sakti hai..

Sharon (tensed): Par kya woh samjhega?

Kriya: Don't worry Shar.. Sid is a nice guy.. He will understand..

Sharon: I hope!

Kriya: Relax Shar..! Now you are not alone, you have Swayam with you.. Sid se ek baar baat karlo and everything will be fine.. Ok?!

Sharon: Yes I will talk to him right now itself..

Kriya: Ok.. See you soon.. Bye..

Sharon: Bye..

Sharon didn't waste a single moment and dialled Sid's number.. The number was not reachable.. She tried again.. And again.. again but not reachable.. She was hell tensed now.. She was with Swayam but not His yet.. She still belonged to someone else and this thought was adding to her tension.. She was pacing from one side to the other trying to call Sid again and again..

Swayam was all fresh and came to the living area.. There he found Sharon tensed and fiddling with her phone.. She walked to and fro continuously.. Swayam got worried looking at Sharon in this state and stood in her way..

Swayam (cupping her face): Hey baat kya hai? Tum itni tensed kyun ho?

Sharon (on the verge of crying): Woh main.. woh.. Sid..

Reality struck him.. really hard.. His hands that were cupping her face automatically loss the grip and slowly descended.. He was staring at Sharon who was worried.. Sharon saw his hands moving down and immediately caught them and bought them close to her..

Sharon (looking into his eyes): Hey don't worry.. Main Sid se jald se jald baat karungi.. And things will be fine..

Swayam didn't know how to react.. Though he loved her so much but the truth was that she belonged to someone else.. All that happened since last night flashed in front of his eyes.. He gave an assuring smile to Sharon so that she doesn't worry..

Swayam (cupping her face with one hand): Tum freshen-up ho jao.. Breakfast karke I'll take you home.. Tumhe site visit pe bhi jaana hai..

Just as he was about to take his hand off Sharon caught it..

Sharon: Kya tum mere saath chaloge?

Swayam (trying hard to smile): Yes why not? After all I've promised you that I'll help you with your event..

Sharon was happy but somewhere she knew Swayam was just trying to be ok.. Till she doesn't get the matter solved with Sid, Swayam would be very uncomfortable.. She knew she had to do this as soon as possible.. As she entered the room she called the hotel and was told that Sid had already left.. Then immediately Sharon called his PA in Delhi and asked him about Sid's schedule.. She was informed that Sid would be back to Mumbai after his business meet in Hyderabad and that was after a week..

Sharon (to herself): Shit! Shit! Shit! Ab main kya karu? 1 WEEK!!! But wait toh karna hoga as Sid se iss bare main sirf face-to-face baat kar sakti hu.. But Swayam? Woh toh ka naam sunte hi kitna uncomfortable ho jaata hai.. Mujhe usse iss ek hafte ke liye distract karna hoga.. And ek baar Sid se baat ho gayi toh everything will be fine.. Ya! And Swayam ko distract karna jyada difficult bhi nahi rahega as ek week main mera event bhi hai and we both will be busy in that.. Please God please iss baar meri help kar dena.. Please!!! (just then her eyes fell on her ring) Jab engagement hi nahi rehne wali to hiss ring ka kya kaam..

She removed it and kept it in her purse..

In the kitchen..

Swayam was busy making coffee for both of them.. The water has boiled long back but he was too busy with his thoughts..

Swayam (in mind): Control Swayam Control!! Woh ab bhi engaged hai.. She loves you but she is not yours.. Yet.. Sharon pe abhi bhi kis aur ka haq hai.. You have to keep a distance from her.. Agar Sid nahi samjh paya toh? Par Sharon aur main ek dusre se bahut pyaar karte hai.. Main nahi reh paunga uske bina.. Nahi agar Sid nahi mana toh main usse samjhaunga.. Par tab tak.. I have to keep a distance from Sharon kyunki hum abhi koi relationship main nahi hai..

He was brought out of his trance when he felt Sharon's hand on his shoulder.. She was standing beside him but he was so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't realised when she came there..

Sharon (concerned): Tum theek ho?

Swayam (fumbling): Ha.. Haan.. Main bas woh..

Swayam pointed toward the vessel he was boiling water in and there he saw the more than half of the water had evaporated.. Sharon saw the vessel and understood that Swayam was worried.. She turned him and looked into his eyes..

Sharon (cupping his face with one hand): Mujhe pata hai tum Sid ko leke pareshaan ho.. Maine usse call kiya tha but he is in Hyderabad for some business meet.. I promise woh aate hi I'll talk to him.. Tum please khudko kisi bhi cheez ke liye blame karna aur guilty feel mat karo.. Swayam I love you.. Aur tum mere liye sabse jyada important ho.. Yeh engagement meri liye kabhi important nahi thi, I just did it for dad..

Swayam (removing her hand and turning his back to Sharon): Sharon tum samjh nahi rahi ho.. Sid ka tum pe sabse pehla haq hai.. We are not in a relationship or anything.. Aur yeh sab..

Sharon (turning him): Iss world main agar mujhpe kisi ka sabse jyada haq hai toh woh tumhara.. Mana ki Sid mera fianc hai but sirf naam ke liye.. (getting irritated) Main jab keh rahi hu woh aate hi I'll talk to him toh tum kyun yeh sab baatein lekar baith gaye.. Aur humare beech kuch galat nahi hu and agar itna hi regret karte ho mere saath rehna toh fine I'm leaving.. Tum baitho yahan apne guilty ke saath..

She turned to leave but Swayam caught her wrist.. And turned her..

Swayam (taking a deep breath): I'm sorry.. Main kabhi kabhi kuch jyada hi sochta hu.. I'm sorry..

Sharon melted looking at his puppy doggy face and smiled..

Sharon: Its ok!

Swayam (hugging her): I love you..

Sharon (cuddling into him): I love you too..

Swayam: Lets do one thing.. Abhi I'll get ready and take you home.. Phir wahan se we'll go on a breakfast date to your favourite restraunt.. What say?

Sharon (cuddling): I say YES!

Swayam poured in a cup of coffee for Sharon and rushed to get ready.. In a while Swayam came out in a denim full sleeve shirt with the top 2 buttons open and giving a clear view of his perfectly sculpted chest.. Black fitting jeans and his hair falling straight as if ironed.. He walked out fiddling with his wrist watch and then moving his hair over his forehead.. Sharon was actually drooling over him..

Sharon (in mind): How can he manage to look so freaking irresistible even in such a simple pair of clothes?!

Swayam caught Sharon her staring at him and smirked.. He slowly moved forward as she didn't budge an inch..

Swayam (slowly moving to her ear): If your done drooling toh chale?.. Mere peth main chuhe kabaddi khel rahe hai

And he burst out laughing.. Sharon playing punched him in his chest..

Swayam (rubbing his chest): Aaauuu.. Aaj kal self-defence ke classes attend kar rahi ho kya? Kal raat ko khata and ab punch..

Sharon: Shut up Swayam! Lets go!

They left for Sharon's home and headed to the restaurant soon.. Sharon looked having proper English breakfast at times and so did Swayam.. They both got their stomachs full as they knew it was going to be a long day ahead..

i was wondering if sharon has forgotten about sid. glad to see at least kria hasn't. kria is such a sweetheart, i could imagine her dancing around in joy at the news! i hoped sid doesn't create anyproblems for them but agar drama nahi hoga toh mazaa kaise ayega story mein!!
