A malicious act is something one makes knowingly.

I hope you are not going to exonerate Arnav by hiding him under the misconception that he has committed a mistake.

He has not.

He has committed a malicious act. Knowingly.

He has hurt Kushi intentionally. He knew exactly what he was doing. He had pre-meditated to hurt her. In fact, I would even go as far as to say he has committed a crime. An emotional crime!

Please don't make Kushi run into his arms just because he decide to say sorry to Kushi after more than a week of convincing himself to do that!!!!

(If he hadn't then she would still be on square one!)

I realize that Kushi, being Kushi, who has feelings for him, will probably forgive him. But it is humiliating to think that he can treat her like a puppet. Or a rag doll. He feels like, so she's out. He feels like so she's in. Hell, what about her? Does she have any say in this?? She married him. Does that mean he is going to control her and her destiny? Her fate? What about her will? Is he going to dominate her??

(Please, I hope you don't do the crap they did in the show!!)

They need to be together as both have feelings that later, they will realize is love. But it's not right to be together right now. Just because he thought about his actions after the fact, just because he realized that he hurt her, even though that was his intention in the first place, just because he has physical desires for her, just because he has now decide to live in truce, does not mean she has to go along with everything he says! Yeah probably, she will forgive him and probably it would be a better atmosphere for all concerned to live under friendlier circumstances (for whom?? As far as I can see there is nothing in this marriage for her except heartbreak. Until he decides otherwise. Jaise kay Kushi ka koi maina bhi nahi!!!)

And then his reasons for the marriage and subsequent celibacy! Really! Is he trying to kid himself! Of course,he is going to hold on to that feeble excuse, so that he does not have to think of the real reasons, eh??
