Arnav couldnt believe what he heard from Akash, it was as if someone had shaken his entire world. All he could register was that Di was in danger. A moment ago he was running after Khushi thanking God for have sent her in his life to have come down crashing on the ground that there was alot of danger lurking on their backs.

However the moment he called his dad he was informed that Anjali was safe and had only gotten slightly hurt. During this course of time his call with his dad was recorded and someone on the other side of the world now knew of their where about.

"Its time to get you back Khushi". Rodger said in a menacing tone. he was extremely happy, Shyam had done his work well. He knew Arnav would call his father as soon as he hears about his sister and it would become easy to track the duo. Anjali however was just collateral damage but he also noticed Shyams interest in her. NO he could not let this happen, he had to finish Anjali before Shyam developed feelings for her. After all she was Anahitas daughter, it wasnt hard to fall for her.

HOW TO FALL FOR A GUY IN 10 DAYS- Chapter 35

It was past 4 am and amidst a heavily black London saw one hotel suit brightly lit. These lights did nothing to eradicate the darkness in their lives but Khushi had turned them all on in hope that after this stormy cloud passes she will be able to fill this darkness with more light than this. She stood leaning on the built in mini kitchen counter looking at everyone around, Arnav was on call with Aman his most trusted man after Akash and by the looks of it Aman was trying to assure Arnav of something and she guessed it must be related to Di. Khushi freshly remembered the conversation she had with his sister and had seen the happiness reflect through her eyes. Her joyous aura had made Khushi smile and hope for once that all this chaos will be over soon. She just couldn't picture Anjali getting hurt then how can a brother survive in a far away country knowing his sisters life was in danger. She wanted to blame herself but then Khushi was very selfish! She liked his attention and the fact that he was fighting for made her fall for him even more. She had planned to lose this guy in 10 days however had fallen hard for him in such a short span of time. She walked over to where he was standing and just as he sensed her presence he turned to address her for something but was cut short when she hugged him with full force. It wasn't a "I love you" hug, it wasn't even a "I physically want to touch you" hug, not even a "im scared hug". It was a "everything will be alright Arnav" hug. He chuckled at his own thought which made her look up at him and question him with the raise of her eyebrow. He however dismissed the thought and hugged her back with equal fervor. Oh what would he do without her.

"Khushi" his strained voice called out to her. In reply he heard a soft "hmm" near his chest. He pulled her back from the hug and lifted her chin with his fingers gently, before she could ask him what was he doing she felt his lips on her only to turn stiff.

He had sensed her stiffness and he knew it was because they were in the middle of so many people but he didn't care and kept a firm hold on her back till she actually melted in his gentle caress.

If Arnav had not been holding her she would have fallen for sure, though he took her by surprise when he kissed her while standing in the middle of the room but the way he kissed her gently as if devouring his favorite sweet, left no choice for her other than to respond. They were broken by the loud coughing by Payal who stood there with a smug look on her face. While Khushi chose to spring backwards Arnav dragged her back into himself with a no nonsense expression on his face.

"Kyaaa... biwi hai meri, haq banta hai uska!" he said in the most adorably irritated voice which made the two ladies laugh, one with embarrassment and the other with sheer happiness for her best friend.

Gladly Akash had chosen that very moment to wake up and decide to come out of his room to announce that he was famished and will die if he didn't have the fish and chips this hotel provided. Such was the wish of this dying person.

NK and Lavanya had decided to enter the room shortly after five minutes. One with determination in his eyes and the other looked like she was about to be slaughtered. While walking towards the group of people Lavanya recalled her conversation with NK from earlier that evening.

"Navu we have to tell Arnav about us, here is never a correct time so why not choose the wrong time and get it over with. Correct or wrong the truth needs to come out before it becomes too obvious. I can clearly see jalebi and Payal have a clue already and I cannot hide this fact from them."

Everytime he called her Navu she felt alive, her nickname was always "Lav" or just plain Lavanya, nobody had ever tried to do something different with it or improvise it the way he did. She still remembered why he had started calling her "Navu". The name was actually "Lavu" which was given to her by a boy in her university who was super irritating and had a major crush on her. When NK had come to visit that very annoying person who had happened to be his friend she had instantly disliked him since she thought he belonged to the same category. Over the period of one week there was a lot of hanging out done between the trio clubbing, partying, luncheons and what not. He had started calling her "Lavu" to annoy her, then it was changed to "Nanhi Lavanya" since she was younger than them, then it was transformed to "naughty Lavanya" and eventually it had become "NK's Lavanya. Hence "Navu".

NK stood there patiently waiting for her to reply when he saw the dazed expression on her face, he had no clue what she was thinking but it angered him a bit that she wasn't paying attention to him.

"Lavanya will you please pay attention to what I have to say??" he hadn't decided to sound so harsh but it just came out and to his horror it had affected her a lot.

"I was just thinking about how.. "Navu" changed form, nanhi Lavanya to-"

"NK's Lavanya." He said it in a softer tone this time cutting her mid sentence feeling very guilty to have scared her.

He was about to consol her when she herself melted in his arms, sometimes she made it very easy for him - he thought, but then that was the reason why he loved her so much. Oh so soo much. And what he heard next left him in shock for a good 2 minutes.

"You ready to tell Nanav?"

This question made him give her the brightest and the most boyishly beautiful smile before she had sealed it with her lips.

And now they stood hand in hand infront of the four important people in their lives feeling very scared but very determined however that determination did a slight flip when they heard Arnavs crisp voice.

"What the hell is this NK?"

Ok so this a longer update which explains alot of relationships and with this sorted i will continue my story from the next update :D
